The house has an amazing setup, you won’t want to leave. Everything you can ask for in South Lake Tahoe. Great bedroom space, open kitchen, and beautiful decks to enjoy the views. Load up at the grocery store or check out the restaurants in town. Beautiful golf courses in the area and amazing trails to hike. 10 out of 10!

House was as described. Appreciated the safety features around the pool as we had young children. Kitchen was well stocked, linens as well. A suggestion would be for some pool toys and board games as groups like ours travel from out of state and can’t bring those things along. The late night text (1:30am) about the air conditioning being left on after 8pm was not necessary due to having the ability to turn it off remotely. While we understood the error and the necessity of the reminder, the timing felt inappropriate. To avoid either in the future, having the thermostat preset upon arrival may have helped (80F in the house at 10pm).

I'm a very picky person and this house met all of my requirements. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a plus. It accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. It was so clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The patio was expansive with enough chairs that we ate there frequently. Consuelo was so pleasant to deal with. Would go back there in a heart beat.

We stayed at this property with a large group of adults and children and found it to be perfect for our requirements. Highly recommended for large eclectic groups like ours.
The house is spacious, comfortable, but not overly opulent. It was decorated attractively with luxurious elements, but there isn’t a sense that your children are constantly about to break a priceless artifact or fall off of a balcony.
The kitchen is noticeably well-appointed and in general excellent for hosting a lot of people, both in the obvious ways (good cookware and functional appliances that anticipate large groups) and in subtler ways that show careful thought. For example, there are a lot of kitchen gadgets that are somewhat unusual but key for large groups, there are a lot more coffee mugs than one might normally keep, there are a few key industrial-grade items like roasting pans, etc…
Finally, the pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room combo really can’t be beat.

We got really unlucky with weather (snow at the end of April!) and weren't able to spend as much time outside as we had planned, but we still had a great time thanks to the indoor pool, hot tub, and pool table! The house is clean and well maintained. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. Know that the stairs up to the family room/kitchen are very steep and pretty narrow. It didn't cause us any problems, but we did need to keep a close eye on our little ones. We weren't able to find the hike with the waterfalls pictured in the listing, so definitely ask the host for directions prior to your visit. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and I would recommend!

This house is really conducive for a family vacation giving each of us a lot of space. Everything was as advertised; pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, decks with lots of chairs and tables. The host was extremely responsive to any question I had prior to and during our stay. The kitchen is the best equipped vrbo kitchen I’ve ever stayed in with modern appliances, plenty of silverware, glassware and plates along with a huge amount of utensils, knives and small appliances like blenders, coffee maker, rice cooker, baking pans, etc. If there is a downside it would be that sound carries easily throughout the house. Having said that I would definitely come again and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Overall a great experience. We had problems with AC and hot tub but owner quickly got those issues corrected. If you have people in your group with mobile disabilities, this is not a place for you. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a place for you to visit.

We had a great time! Enough beds for our extended family and the most well stocked kitchen I have ever had while staying at vacation rentals. The swimming pool, hot tub, steam shower and sauna were the best after our day adventures in Lake Tahoe. Communication with the host was prompt and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect for a ski vacation. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the porch and swimming in the heated pool. If you have little ones, be sure to bring water wings as there are none. I love that you can lock the pool room when you don't want the kids swimming. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and concerns.

We have been watching the weather news all weekend, praying for clear roads to drive into S.Lake. I’m glad everything went smoothly there. The house was roomy and beautiful with all the amenities. The kids love it as much as the adults. The backyard was snow in so we were not able to enjoy the outside much. The pool table was flipped backwards so we figure we better not touch it. The house was fully loaded with houseware items so that was great. I would recommend this house for sure to family and friends.

The place was generally nice, spacious, and having the pool, hot tub, and steam room was a plus. However, while it was nice it was was over priced for what you get. It's a bit dated and a bit difficult to figure out to fit places for our guest to stay. And the sauna did not get very hot. The steam room was great however. Other than that, there were no issues and we enjoyed our stay

We stayed here in January 2023 and were very pleased with the house. Consuelo was a great host! He was very attentive, and gave us a list of the property information and details ahead of time. The place was very convenient, with a short drive to Heavenly ski resort and downtown.
The amenities were great, with a really nice indoor pool and sauna/steam room we could use in the winter. Highly recommend this rental!

A great holiday weekend with friends and family! SHORT drive to casinos and heavenly ski resort! House had all appliances need for cooking and cleaning! Hot tub, pool and sauna were a bonus! We had a blast playing games like pool, cards and dominoes! TVs in most rooms to watch NFL playoffs! We loved the house and location! I would definitely recommend it 👌🏽

Fantastic house close to everything!
We had a fantastic vacation here! The house had everything you could need from plenty of beds, towels, shampoo etc, beach chairs, umbrellas not to mention how amazing it was to come from the lake and have your very own pool, sauna and steam shower! Our four boys loved it! Check-in was easy and we found everything we could possible need. The expansive top deck was HUGE and we had room to setup cornhole (we brought it) and enjoy family time! Dining table was perfect for our family of 6 to ply nightly games. We cooked at home often and found everything we needed. We will be back, thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Beautiful property, great location
The house was beautiful, just a the pictures. The patio area was great for morning coffee. We were a family of 14 and we had plenty of room. The kids did not utilize the swimming pool as much as we expected, as the water was still pretty chilly. The only concern we had was that we had two toddlers with us, and this being a three story home, there are a lot of stairs. So, we had to be extremely careful with the little ones. Overall. we had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this property.

Awesome, central location and great property for the family
Our families had a blast of a reunion and we would definitely come again. Fantastic view in a central location. There was plenty of space to gather inside and outside on the many decks, the kitchen was well-equipped (including three fridges!) for us to enjoy lots of home-cooked meals together, our kids loved the game room and pool, and we were within 5-15 minutes of hikes, markets, fishing area, and the beach.
Although we are giving this 5 stars, there were a few things we hope the property manager can address for future guests: First is to check to make sure the pool, sauna, etc. are working before guests arrive. The sink leaked and the pool was too cold at the start. The property manager was responsive and got them fixed quickly, which we appreciated. The sauna wasn't working but it was so late in our stay that we didn't call. The other feedback we have is some of the queen and king beds could use upgrades as there were depressions in them, making it challenging for some of us to sleep in.

I had a party of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids ages 3-8) and this vacation home had accommodations for everyone. Very spacious. Loved the fact that we had a private pool. Only 15 minutes away from the casinos. 5 minutes from the grocery stores. I would definitely rent from this place again and will recommend to others too. When I needed clarification from the owner, I was able to text Consuelo and he answered me promptly. Thank you for renting your vacation home to my family. We really needed this mini vacation to relax and your home helped. thanks.
