Adequate

It was clean and tidy

The toilet cistern was due for replacement but they still rented the room and we had water coming out of the back of it all over the floor. The bathrooms did not have shampoo etc and for the price this should be a given as it is a bulky item. There should be a shelf in the shower cubicles to place soap etc. The soap had to be put on the floor which is a hazard for the next person. Small things that detracted from our stay.

Nice accommodation, nice helpful people, too many rules.

Basic clean facilities.

Rules everywhere. Never in 50 years of travel have I seen so many rules and even the local council bylaws manual was present in the room. So not sure if the property owners have had a bad experience that has triggered this level of scrutiny.

Great stay, really welcoming and helpful, immaculate and so close to everything

Location perfect - super close to everything within walking distance. Spacious rooms, really well-equipped kitchen - and everything immaculately clean. Pool and spa were great. Your service and helpfulness was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Beds in twin room much comfier than main bed - but grandson loved the swap! Would help to have S & P sachets on hand and paper towel. We left ours there for next guests

Great location, easy walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Transport was very accessible. Unit was roomy & kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Lovely gardens & pool area.

Great Managers, Great Location, close to the beach, shops and cafes

The location is fabulous, the apartment was adequate and accommodated us perfectly. The Managers are absolutely delightful and extremely helpful and we’re very welcoming. We checked in late and everything was super easy and directions where to get the late pack and park were explained prior to arriving. Would definitely come back and stay.

The swimming pool and setting. We all used the pool everyday. My grandson spent 5 hours in the pool on one of our rest days.

It would have been better if 4 more kitchen rubbish bags for our 5 night stay. It's not something you would buy. We used the plastic bags the fruit was purchased in.

Comfortable apartment a short walk from Broadbeach

The apartment was very comfortable. Parking was easy to access and a reasonable size.

Note that some of the ground floor rooms overlook the driveway/footpath (it can be a surprise to see people just outside the window).

Superb

Great place to stay with lovely helpful managers. Our 3 bedroom superior apartment was large, light and absolutely immaculate. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants and the light rail so no need to hire a car. Highly recommend as a great place to stay in Broadbeach.

A nice apartment, we would stay there again

The apartment is roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen/living area.

The queen bed is too soft for me

Would definitely recommend to anyone who would want a self contained place with amazing hosts.

Location was the best. Hosts were nothing but impeccable. Swimming pool was absolutely amazing. The place had everything you needed to be self contained. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.
