Location was good.
Apartment was large and felt safe.
The apartment needed attention.
The kitchen window was filthy inside and out. Black mould on windows, bath and shower. Behind the tv also needed cleaning. Cooker needed replacing. I paid extra for a filthy balcony which was unusable, also not in the best of positions, nothing like what the pictures show. I really don't think people should be paying extra for it.

Carpet a bit worn

excellent location
the bathroom was dirty mould on the wall the toilet was not clean
3.0
Smell of damp, nothing like pictures, back door did not lock, no furniture on balcony, tiny furniture in the apartment and the pool is shared between hundreds of residents. Not disabled friendly, car park is a nightmare to find the allocated number and finding the flat is a chore in itself. You get what you pay for.

We were going to a show ,the millennium centre was a 10 minute walk, ideal.

property was in a a great location and very close to city attractions and nice pubs.
the property wasn’t very clean. I could see webs in kitchen. The kettle had lime scales and one of the fire alarms seems to be broken.

beautiful space in a fantastic location
the building was dirty floors not clean and there was a strange smell in the coriander, went to use the oven that’s in the room and it started smoking after 30/40 Seconds of turning it on.

We've stayed here several times and it has been 1st class. This time, not so.
We were given a one bed flat at first. The 2 bed flat they found was clearly the bottom of the list and was not fully prepared. It took 2 attempts to get some basic kitchen stuff. The table and a chair were broken. The carpet had seen better days. We didn't have time to moan and as the flat was usable, got on with the weekend. However, not up to scratch by a long way.

Easy to find and get key, agent very helpful, surprisingly spacious - large even and quite luxurious in an amusing/ironic kind of way (think diamante and white leather bed). Very clean and hotel standard furnishings. Large living room and bedroom. Good views over River and easy access on foot to Bay area and Cardiff City Centre. Felt very secure. Would use again. Generally made for a very relaxed and private weekend break. Lots of restaurants around in bay and we were able to see Welsh National Opera at the new opera house
Problem with parking spaces as despite booking one none were available close to apartment. Agent had screwed up and allocated our space to someone else and I suspect this doesn't happen normally. he was very apologetic and very keen to please and even helped with our luggage. It was a very busy weekend for him with an England vs France Rugby match. The Parking was OK though and space was only about 5 mins away.
Apartment could do with a few more plates and glasses
Quite cold on arrival but soon warmed up, would have been better to put heating on in advance
