Beautiful rooms between breathtaking greenery and landscape. The perfect place for calming down and taking a break from the big city, especially for couples. You can always find a private place to spend some time at the resort and it is not crowded at all. Tunis Village is right Next to Hotel, where we explored nice pottery places.
The staff was more than friendly and professional and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
I wanna point out the delicious breakfast with a variety of local and international foods. We will come back for sure.
The price is quite high but it is really worth it for the experience and great time you will have.

absolute immaculate grounds, beautiful garden and design of the buildings.
staff was very polite and attentive, some spoke very good English.
vegetables fresh from the garden were used.
The local, freshly prepared Baladi bread and the croissants were delicious.
The breakfast menu could have included cereal/ muesli as an alternative.
The toasted bread was too dry, a whole meal alternative would be good.
We ordered a G&T at the pool bar and were quite shocked about the price we were charged afterwards, the cocktails are priced reasonably. guests should be made aware about the costs of the sprites, it’s not mentioned in the drinks menu.

Beautiful architecture
Terrible service with an extremely old ,non maintained furnitures . The room phone was not working properly and very old coffee machine.
Firstly the hotel is full of insects big ants were found everywhere in bathroom the staff didn't apologies or compensate. In addition to that a very poor selection of coffee and tea is available in the room for such an expensive rate I asked for creamier or milk the reception they told me to buy it from restaurant! Wifi password is not provided if you don't ask for it and it is extremely low if not working.
In the morning they told us we had a choice of either oriental or occidental and did not give any menu very limited and small portion I found out later that they should have given us the options of omelet/ scrambled egg and waffle which they provided second day.
The restaurant blue donkey is extremely expensive for the quality provided.

The staff were so accommodating and looked after our every need so quickly.
The breakfast was simply amazing, both the continental and Egyptian options.
It's a lovely peaceful place just five minutes walk into the 'centre' of Tunis Village.
Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!
The dinner menu did not have many vegetarian options.

The Staff are super friendly, very attentive, professional and most importantly very polite and respected my privacy as i came alone without my family this time. Truly exceptional services, starting from the easy check-in, my Suite was even ready before check-in time, the Staff at the restaurant, pool and specially Walid who recommended some activities to do during my stay as well as the Shisha guy :)
The overall design and the ambiance of the resort is magical, serene and much needed for a relaxed vacation. Highly recommended and a must try. I will definitely come back again next time i am in Egypt.
- There were some construction noise at times.
- No privacy from the Terrace (Sea View Suite 22).

It's a beautiful place.
We paid for a lake view and there was strictly no lake view, we were given a view to the lawn. Not sure why we were then made to pay for a lake view.
