Gute Unterkunft mit viel Platz im schönsten Ort auf Teneriffa

Die Wohnung ist in einer tollen, kleinen abgeschlossenen Anlage. Alles schön ruhig. Am Pool immer Platz. Der extra Kinderpool ist auch toll! Die Unterkunft ist groß mit Dachterrasse, großem Kühlschrank. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind Supermärkte und der Dtrand ist zu Guss gut erreichbar😎

Leider ist die Einrichtung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Keine der 8 Liegen konnte benutzt werden, da total durchhängende Bezüge. Der Sonnenschirm war komplett hinüber. Das wurde leider auch nach einer Bemängelung nicht geändert. Ein Grill war nicht vorhanden. Die Couch gehört dringend getauscht, man sinkt bis auf den Boden. Ventilatoren funktionieren zwar, kühlen aber nicht runter. Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön, aber es geht auch ohne. Der Rest ist eben typisch spanisch…nicht perfekt, aber funktioniert irgendwie.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Would recommend.

Pictures didn't do the place justice (it's usually the other way around). Apartment was huge and mostly very high quality. Everything worked. Plenty of towels. Great location. Off road parking, including secure underground car park. Complex was very secure. Very good pool. Quiet. Lots of sun. Plenty of shops nearby. Duques area is the nicest part of Tenerife that we saw while we were there.

Hard to find any faults really. Kitchen will need updating at some point but everything worked so can't complain. Aircon would be nice but at least they supplied fans in every bedroom. Underground carpark is a bit tight - I mostly parked outside as I didn't want to risk damaging my hire car.

Property was lovely. Well looked after, plenty of space for a mixed family group, well equipped, good directions to get to property on arrival and key pick up. Prompt response to any queries raised with agent all sorted with no drama

Apartamento ideal para un grupo de amigos o una familia numerosa

Me encantó el trato por parte del anfitrión, ya que ha estado muy pendiente en todo momento. Nos ha informado con antelación y con detalles de todo lo necesario (incluido el envío de vídeos de cómo llegar al apartamento). Hemos recogido las llaves en una caja con código, lo cual es muy cómodo para flexibilizar la hora de llegada. El alojamiento es muy completo y amplio, con buenas vistas desde la terraza y con todas las instalaciones necesarias. Es parte de un complejo de apartamentos muy tranquilo con vigilante por las noches. Ubicación buena, a 15 minutos de la playa, a 15 minutos de una discoteca y próxima a la autovía que conecta toda la isla (a 20 min del aeropuerto sur y 1h del aeropuerto norte/capital; a 10 minutos del Siam Park y de centro comercial). Tiene piscina comunitaria de mediano tamaño y no mucha profundidad ideal para un chapuzón rápido o para niños. La cocina es amplia, la sala dispone de una mesa amplia y cómoda, dispone de una conexión de Internet bastante adecuada y de decodificador de Movistar con muchos canales, las habitaciones son grandes con armarios de sobra... Aparte tiene lavadora, lavavajillas y plancha. Nos facilitaron una plaza de garaje amplia (cabe un Seat Tarraco de siete plazas). Respecto a las camas, eran relativamente cómodas y con varios cojines. El apartamento dispone de dos baños amplios que nos ha dado mucha comodidad, todo estaba muy limpio. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Aunque fue un inconveniente fortuito y poco remediable por parte del anfitrión, justo durante nuestra estancia iniciaron obras en la piscina al segundo día. Como opinión personal, considero que el ático está algo desaprovechado; yo pondría una mesa más grande con sillas y una barbacoa más amplia. Por otro lado, como pequeño detalle, hubiese agradecido alguna pastilla más para el lavavajillas y algún producto más de limpieza básico. Solo por mejorar, en las indicaciones que envía la agencia por mensaje añadiría una chincheta en Maps del lugar concreto de la entrada al complejo y de la puerta del garaje, además de la que ya nos enviaron de dónde recoger las llaves.

Exceptional

The apartments are spacious and has privacy from neighbours. It has everything what you need for your stay if you want to cook for yourself, do your laundry. The views are amazing, you can watch the sunsets and greet the sun in the morning on private terrace. There is a nice swimming pool. It is 15 minutes till the beach. The area is not noisy. There is a parking lot. We loved our stay, thank you.

Pillows are not the most comfortable as they are very high but I guess it is very individual.

Really enjoyable and Anna from Asten Realty was always available to answer any queries.

great location above all else; we’ve staved in Terrazzas many times but not in this apartment. It was clean and tidy and the roof terrace is a great bonus.

The tv wasn’t working but that is a very minor issue and we got along just fine without it.

Good location and a nice development.

A bit tired in areas, lights on roof terrace didnt work , the sunloungers had seen better days, no bbq utensils and the apartment just needs some TLC.

Exceptional

Location, pool and cleanliness all very good. Staff very helpful.

Not much in the way of crockery and what was there was mainly chipped. Parasols on terrace need changing, they were full of holes.
