Handmade decoration, nice location :)

We were welcomed really nice and she gave us super good tips. The room is comftable with a nice big balcony. Its close to the beach and to the bars, minimarket, ... . Nice koffee in the morning. Would come again. :)

It wasnt possible to rent the bikes just for a few hours. Thats all i can say about the negative ones :)

Nos recibieron con una lista de tips sobre restaurantes, actividades qué hacer, puntos de interes, etc! Buenísima la atención siempre! La playa cerquísima, te permiten ingresar al "hotel de enfrente" para llegar así que es rapidísimo! El hotel está cerca de punta cocos, a donde fuimos caminando (sin tour) a ver la bioluminiscencia y cerca del mercadito y del centro en general.

El aire de la habitación no enfriaba suficiente, el baño y la habitación está delimitado más por una barra que una puerta y el jacuzzi no estaba lleno (aunque no pregunté si funcionaba o no).

Tolle Atmosphäre, vor allem der Außenbereich ist sehr einladend und hier im Schatten lassen sich die heißen Mittagsstunden gut verweilen. Es gab immer Trinkwasser und Kaffe&Tee in der Früh sowie einen Kühlschrank, in dem man seine Sachen lagern kann. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt und 5-10 zur Hauptstraße. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, beim Check in bekommt man schon jede Menge Informationen und Tips für die Insel. Würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden, hatten eine tolle Zeit hier.

Holbox: Perfekte Lage, großartige Empfehlungen!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in nur 2 Minuten am Strand und in etwa 10-15 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Betten bequem und alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Cache hat uns detaillierte Tipps für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt gegeben, sodass wir das Beste aus unserer Zeit auf Holbox herausholen konnten. Er nahm sich viel Zeit, um uns die besten Empfehlungen zu geben. Absolute Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

Très bon séjour, hôtel biens situé avec un chouette personnel

Le personnel était au top, très avenants, bienveillants avec de bons conseils. L'hôtel était bien situé, pas très loin du centre et proche de la plage. L'équipe de ménage était top aussi, des nouvelles serviettes de bain tous les jours.

C'était un peu cher pour le standing de l'hôtel.

Really nice! Good location

Placed really good and in the good end of the beach. Nice host and a lovely balcony to our room. It is really nice that it is possible to cross the hotel in front of Sirenas, so you can go straight to the beach!

great stay and the paradise island

good location , close to downtown but far enough to avoid the noise and music from restaurant and bars. the place is clean and services is great, especially Christian who keep me informed and in communication if something was needed. the owners are fantastic people that we meet in the lobby , she is from Spain and animal oriented . we had great conversation and I can see that she care about the business

There are few things that can improve, I was in room 10 and the mattress was not very comfortable, the sheets had some stains. the bathroom’s door does not provide privacy because is like an open sliding door. Be aware that the streets are not paved, but dirty roads, so be prepare to have your feet full of dust and sand, said that , I recommend the owner to put a faucet in the entrance so every guest can wash their feet before entering to the building, otherwise you will always bring dirt to the room which is very uncomfortable. every time we return to the room, we had to wash our feet in the shower.

L'accueil, la décoration "esprit caraïbe", les espaces extérieurs, la disponibilité du gérant qui nous donné un maximum d'informations et son attention à notre égard pour notre anniversaire de mariage

La chambre était petite, sans rangement, la porte des toilettes ne fermait pas et l'éclairage était minimaliste..

Wonderful, relaxing, peaceful stay!

The staff at Casa Sirenas were delightful. So attentive, kind - we felt like we were staying at a home with a family, which we loved. We liked how quiet the property was, and how close to the beach. Super clean and tidy, loved the morning coffee, and our beautiful room with patio. Highly recommend!

Amazing

The personnel and owners were super friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the beautiful white beaches of Isla Holbox. Though, we preferred parts of the beaches that were less taken over by hotels. Sirenas Caribbean Rooms had one of the best 'value for money' location & rooms at the overpriced Holbox island.

Like a Dream

Perfect location on Holbox - just a few steps to the beach. Very peaceful and calm and just a 5 min walk to the center with all the restaurants and party. Very friendly and helpful hosts. I had perfect 6 days here.

Immer wieder gerne

Mir hat besonders das Zimmer gefallen, welches sehr liebevoll und sauber eingerichtet war. Die Außenanlage hätte ich auch sehr gerne genutzt, allerdings war in der Zeit, als ich dort war, sehr viel Regen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften, die unter Wasser standen, war die Lage jedoch sehr akzeptabel - man konnte über den Strand zu sehr vielen anderen Orten der Insel gelangen. Von der Innenstadt aus war dies etwas schwerer, so wie Freunde berichteten. Der Gastgeber war rund um die Uhr da und hat mir in allen Angelegenheiten geholfen.

Close to the beach and friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff, the bed was comfortable and the garden was nice and cosy. Outdoor shower and very close to the beach.

Room smelled like sewage, might be a general problem on the island. There were some incents in the room, but we didn't have a lighter. No bathroom door so no real privacy with whomever you share the room.

Experience we do not want to repeat.

You could rent a bike directly at the property, not so far from beaches or town centre.

We arrived and have been informed there is no electricity on the island. They made us pay in advance even though the conditions on booking clearly stated that we will pay the second half after the stay. The electricity outage was planned months ahead. Not only that no one from accommodation bothered to inform us. And also explain what this mean for us - like no shower and water in the toilet reservoir until about 10 pm. Basically they knew about it long time ago and didn’t even put an effort to prepare for that. We can live without signal or electricity, but full toilet is a bit too much for that price. When we arrived there was no water to flush the toilet. All day.. Terrible.

Most helpful staff in a cute, comfortable, value-for-money accommodation

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They gave us useful tips and were available through Whatsapp for any question we had. The room I stayed in (double room with terrace) was very spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan. Cute decoration in the terrace. Very quiet in the evening. Great value for money. The hotel is a short walk (10 min.) from the town centre and close to nice beaches.

We booked two double rooms with terrace, but my friend's room was quite smaller than mine (so she thought it was a bit unfair). Her terrace was also accessible from the outside (it had staircase) which made her feel uncomfortable. Some of the facilities are a bit worn out (e.g. shutters in the windows) but nothing major and really normal for this type of accommodation.

My stay was great, the location was close to the center and it was very safe in the whole island to walk around, even alone. The room was nice and clean with a huge terrace. Chris was the nicest host i have ever had! I've got great recommendations from him and was just a delight to chat in general. Water and coffee were also available for the guests.

Lovely place! We will definitely be back!

Everything! The location is perfect. You can be in the center in 5 minutes walk and at the same time it is in a quiet area. The staff were very helpful. They helped with everything we needed. You can also rent bicycles easily. The atmosphere is great! The place is very interesting and relaxing.

Very good

Chris, the manager, was so friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. He really made us feel at home. Nice place, really comfortable bed and good wifi- fi, shower etc. Very close to a lovely beach too.

Really lovely hotel

The communication with the hotel was really great, everything was done by whatsapp except the key hand over which meant that it was really easy to ask questions and they were really helpful. The room was clean and they had drinkable water in the reception area. We had a room with a lovely view over the nature area to the west of the hotel.

The only thing I can think of is having a better door to the bathroom as what there is now really offers no privacy whatsover.

Because of the flooded streets it was extremely difficult to walk places. Sometimes there was Abad sewage smell in my room.
