My fiance and I had such a great stay with Carlos and his team at Santerra. It really felt like we were staying with friends or family.
Even before we arrived, Carlos helped us arrange transportation for dinner both nights of our stay. Our driver was awesome and on call when we needed him to get us.
The property is a cute, rustic vineyard. We stayed in the deluxe suite, which is a geodesic dome. The room is so so cool, with an amazing view. Super comfortable bed and fantastic AC. It was a really hot weekend, but we couldn't tell when we were in the room. Grab this room if you can!
Coffee was waiting for us in the common area outdoors when we woke up - with the Santerra team ready to make us breakfast. I ordered breakfast enchiladas, which were homemade and delicious.
Also, one of the highlights of the property are the two dogs. They're sweet and loving and helped ease us missing our dog at home.
I will recommend this place to my friends and family and will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Great location! Easy to get to just follow the signs and it should lead you there. This place is just basic necessities. Nothing more or less
There was wifi listed in the booking but wifi was not available.

No hot water at either of the 2 rooms we got. The rooms were not as nice as shown in the pictures.

Scenic property, nice views, comfortable room. The owners are gracious and accommodating as are the staff. We had excellent cooked to order breakfasts each morning and a welcome bottle of wine in our room made from the grapes on property.
No door on the bathroom.
4.5
The room was clean and had everything we needed.
The heater in the room was not working, and had to use a portable one.

Such a great find! Would definitely recommend! Cute and quiet establishment with great comfort and staff. We arrived really late and they were extremely helpful in checking in and providing info in a timely manner after a long drive. We didn’t get a chance to try to the breakfast as we had plans but were thrilled it was included! Staff was extremely courteous throughout the whole stay. Room and restroom were very clean and the King Size Bed was extremely comfortable!
Location. Was a bit off the beaten path with minimal signage

Our hosts were excellent, generous and educated people. They tried hard to make us feel at home. Congratulations to Carlos and Mirna!
Poor driving directions and lack of signs.

Very nice new property in Valle de Guadalupe. Very comfortable bed, clean, lovely patio
There was no hot water in the evening and again in the morning. To be fair, as soon as I let them know, they turned on the water heater and the situation was fixed. Santerra is a bit hard to find in the dark, perhaps a lighted sign would be nice. Since we were here during low season, there was no breakfast available

The location, views, bed and linens, cleanliness, owner Carlos and his wife and Emanuel who makes you feel special with their caring attitudes is what brings us back often to this accommodation.
Wifi not the best but typical of what’s available area wide,

The shower did not have pressure enoguh. Everything in the hotel was super basic. Breakfast, room, clean, services, instalations. The rate price quality it was simply poor. I do not reccoment this place for staying in Valle Guadalupe.

once we found it, it was wonderful!! Very hard to find! The roads are all dirt and hard to find a location especially at night in the dark!! Need better signage and perhaps a map to get to the location.
They need a box of tissues in every room and Two wash cloths if they give you 2 bath towels.
