Great setting, clean facilities, quirky accommodation, friendly welcome
Description not detailed enough (needed more than ''cooking things" needed to bring crockery, cups and cutlery too). Female showers poor, Electric hook up not included in price and not obviously forewarned.
4.2
Good location and staff friendly and helpful. Hot tub a bonus in the couples retreat (although not sure if it was continually leaking as the floor outside was constantly wet?).
Some of the facilities could do with an upgrade and look a bit tired. We stayed in the couples retreat and the bed was only a double, and the mattress uncomfortable. Had two sleepless nights. Would have left after one night based on the bed alone if we didn’t live so far away. Bit pricey for what you get, especially seeing as you have to pay extra for the electricity on arrival!
4.2
Great facilities
Comfy bed
Clean and sanitary
Amazing hot tub
Friendly and helpful staff
Everything was up to my standards
4.2
Location was good there was no breakfast option with only a microwave and toaster not ideal
More facilities better beds as they are very small and very uncomfortable better facilities for eating
4.2
Couples cabin was lovely and secluded.
Atmosphere was great, very romantic.
Would absolutely do this again my body feels completely recharged.
Make sure you pack the car as if you are going camping and not staying in accommodation.
Really unfortunate but our electric went out on the first night we thought it was part of the curfew so kind of cut our evening short. We were told we should have phoned at anytime so they really were facilitating and to an extent that's on us however it was an issue that the credit on our meter ran out. So a slight oversight on their part.

Really lovely, very clean and comfortable. Cosy retreat for a chilled weekend. Hot tub was great.
The only thing is having to pay the £10 on top of the price for electric when it isn’t the cheapest place to stay to begin with! But otherwise very happy with everything.
4.2
The hot tub was amazing nice and private, inside space was perfect for chilled nights playing board games and watching films, very quiet and relaxing place
Toilet facilities needed a little more tlc in terms of cleaning more often as children chucking water at eachother in them/dirty toilet seats late at night, more outside lighting on way to toilets would be better

Friendly, welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable facilit

The cleaner was great, toilets spotless

when we arrived we where greeted by lovely staff, the accommodation was exactly what we expected and more. it was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
there nothing I didn’t like the only suggestion could say is a couple of cups, glasses and a few pieces of cutlery would have been welcomed although these aren’t advertised so we knew I think it would go a along way.

hot tub
had to walk to toilets

The cabin was lovely and the fairy lights all around the bedroom was a perfect touch for a romantic get away. The hot tub was lovely and easy to use. The one member of staff we saw was very friendly and helpful. Toilets on site were clean.
We had to pay £4 per night for electricity which I wasn’t expecting due to paying £340 for 2 nights for the cabin, I personally think paying all that money it should be included.
There is no running water/sink or bathroom within the cabin and we only found this out after we had booked and our booking was non refundable. The toilets on site were a short walk from the cabin but on a night the path to them is NOT lit so we had to use torches on our phones.
There was a kettle, toaster, microwave & fridge but you have to take all your own plates mugs & cutlery.
It was a lovely getaway but for the price we paid for what we got unfortunately we wouldn’t return.

We stayed in the couples Lodge the bed was extremely comfortable everything was clean it has a small kitchen area with a mini fridge microwave toaster and Kettle had a nice rustic table and chairs and a small unit there's a small outside area with hot tub we would have liked it to have been a bit warmer than it was what was great for relax on and night-time
We didn't like not having a bathroom or running water we did know beforehand so were well prepared as we do also camp
4.2
The play field for the kids could do with some swings etc.could do with basics like cups spoons knives and forks
4.2
Lovely atmosphere and the staff were lovely. Lovely welcome when we arrived
The beds were hard so we didn't get much sleep
4.2
The cars not being allowed on site meant the kids were safe. We had alot of our own personal space also wasn't crammed in.
I know the toilets need a thorough clean however shutting them 11am-1pm I didn't feel was the correct time as people don't tend to want to rush to the toilet in the morning and also wernt leaving the site until after lunch. They would have been better shutting them 2-4 when most people would have been out and about. I found this difficult when my 5 year old needed the toilet between these times.

Great place, friendly staff, clever USP, Will definitely return.
Nothing, everything was really good
4.2
Everything else was excellent and everything was exceptionally clean.
could have been awkward to get out of the grass car park if it had been full considering the amount of rain we'd had and it getting boggy, however we were ok and its only a minor point.
4.2
The place was immaculate.
Close to Scarborough.
The weather. But who can do anything about that?
4.2

Unfortunately the mattress for me after multiple spinal operations was far far to soft
