La ubicación y precio. Hotel bonito muchacho de recepción del turno de la mañana muy amable y atento al igual que la persona de mantenimiento. No hay ruido, muy silencioso por la noche.

regadera sucia, coladera tapada y no había agua caliente. se reporto, el personal de mantenimiento lo resolvió.

La ubicación, televisión, clima

Las camas hundidas de los lados derechos, solo te dan 1 cobija aunque tu reservacion sea para 4, solo te dan 2 toallas para 4 y si las pides en la tarde tienes que esperar hasta el otro día para que te den las otras. El frigobar no se puede conectar porque no hay conector compatible. Los personales de atención con cara no muy amistosa.

Ótimo custo-benefício, localização excelente, chuveiro e ar-condicionado e cama bom. Apesar de todos os defeitos, o hotel nos atendeu muito bem pois pagamos muito barato. O ponto forte com certeza é a localização ao lado da quinta avenida e de uma OXXO. Quer um hotel econômico para dormir enquanto faz passeios durante o dia e aproveita a quinta avenida a noite? Esse com certeza te atenderá.

Infraestrutura antiga, mobília do quarto antiga (leve cheiro desagradável), não tem frigobar, tinha pequeno vazamento na pia e o atendimento poderia ser um pouco mais cordial.

Ubicación excelente, humedad en las habitaciones, perfecto para 1 o 2 noches

La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de la 5a y de todo tipo de comercios. A menos de 10 minutos caminando hasta la terminal de ADO. Tiene seguridad en la puerta toda la noche. Lo recomiendo para una o dos noches.

Las habitaciones olían mucho a humedad, hasta el tercer día no limpiaron la habitación. Si se oye algo el ruido del exterior, pero no es exagerado. También tuvimos algún insecto grande en la habitación, quizás deberían poner trampas. Cuesta encontrarle el punto a la ducha.

Located close to the center and to ADO to the terminal. Nice rather large swimming pool. Hot water with reasonnable pressure in the shower.

We had two rooms, one was fine, the second one had a licking air conditioning. Close to a night club rather noisy at night. Taps strangely located in the shower.

Awesome location!! Can’t wait to book again

This hotel is awesome. Great location! Close to everything. Only a block from famous 5th avenue. The staff here are amazing especially Alberto!!! He is so helpful with anything we needed.

Expected so much more

The location was excellent! The personnel was wonderful!

The wash basin was falling underneath, you had to get close to the wall to shower, not all the light switch were working . Dead roaches at the entrance of the room.

Overall a good place to stay

Cleaning staff and security (Alberto) were great! Very friendly and helpful.

The first welcome was terrible at reception. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Uninterested employee behind desk. Please teach this guy what hospitality is! Rest of staff perfect. Asked (same guy at front desk after check in) for room with fridge. However 70% of hotel was still available, there was not any possibility to change. Of course that can be policy or not possible but try to explain this to guest. Would have rate hotel higher when the experience with this guy was better.

Great stay

Easy and friendly check in. Great location close to 5th Avenue and Coco Bongo but quiet at night. Super colorful and interesting design of the hotel representing the Mexican culture. Comfortable and clean beds. Swimming pool.

Location, value for money

The location - within walking distance to all the main attractions of Playa Del Carmen. Parking available Felt secure Clean room Space to store luggage Arrived late - check in was easy

When we checked out we continued to use the pool for half an hour and despite our room still being empty and the cleaner had not yet visited.., we were not permitted to return to our room to use our (already used) bath towels.. we were travelling with our two babies.. The floor is tiled and very slippery when wet No hot water

Quiet, complete and beautiful place

very good place. I hope come back again for sure. ideal for have a place to sleep; very good breakfast crossing the street in alliance with hotel. parking near the facilities. All really great

We enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda Maria Bonita Hotel. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and the beach.

Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The property was very clean and had a very authentic feel

Did not have a room with a balcony as advertised. Small fridge worked well, but there were no other supplies in the small kitchenette. Bathroom could use some updating.

Nice & safe place to stay in Playa

Big room, clean and with a nice swimming pool outside in the hacienda. Very close to the center, the ferry and the bus station. Perfectly located when you don't have a car

The hotel is in downtown Playa del Carmen. Its busy and there is a lot of noise until early morning, depends if you like that. Clean and tidy. Has a proper safety deposit box. hotel looks amazing, really vibrant. We were arriving late so they allowed us to check in later than the advertised time. The security guard at the front door was very nice and helpful.

The door to the room was open when we got there and the patio door didn’t lock at all. the door didn’t feel very secure.

Colourful Hotel let down by the staff

Colourful, fair prices over Christmas, good location.

Very unfriendly hotel staff, especially on reception. Had to ask 3 times before the room was made up at 3pm.

Great location and value for the money

Right across from Coco Bongo, some noise on the weekends especially, but cant beat the location, all the restaurants , bars/clubs near by.

WIFI was spotty, but I was on roaming so didn't bother me

previous stays had been better

central location, however, that comes with a price as Hotel is adjacent to a busy nightclub, which is open until the early hours

reception staff are not engaging and lack basic customer service skills. On our last night we had requested a late check out, which was agreed, however, the following morning this was revoked and we were told to vacate the room
