Great staff and on-site restaurant - if you stay towards the rear of the property it's a little quieter.

Room was small, there wasn't any AC in there but a FAN. Minimum i was expecting was AC because its very hot there in day. I was there on 1st Jan.
Location is good very close from the Transtusa - Cartago bus station (2-3 mins walk from bus station).
We had lunch there and they did not have queso when i asked, twice in lunch and breakfast. Very unhappy that we are in turrielba and they don't have queso there.

Great location, they even gave us the room at noon to be able to prepare for the event we had, breakfast was very very tasty
The mattress was damaged so you would sink all the sudden on a hole at a side of the bed, The bathroom had a permanent bad odor.
