Val la pena allotjar-se en aquest Riad.

M'ha agradat la calma i la tranquilitat del Riad.

La banyera no tapava bé però el personal de l'hotel ens ho va mig arreglar i vam poder banyar-nos.

Boa opção de Riad em Marrakesh

Localização muito boa e staff extremamente gentil. Uma grata surpresa ao abrir a porta e ser recebida com o chá marroquino e pássaros. Como solicitei o transfer direto com o hotel, uma pessoa foi me receber na entrada da medina, onde não podiam entrar carros. Cama bem confortável, ar condicionado bom.

Acomodação não oferece agua, nao tem no quarto, tive que sair para comprar. E apareceu uma barata no meu quarto a noite. A localização dentro da medina é muito boa, mas importante saber que não se chega de carro até a porta do riad, informação importante para quem como eu estava com bastante bagagem.

Great location

Very good location, the rooftop is quite nice to chill. Situated in Medina, very close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops and ofc Medina . The staff was really kind and helpful, a special thanks to Brahim who solved a situation with one of excursions .

An amazing experience in Marrakech with a nice crew

Me and my family have a great experience on Riad Nesma. The crew is very polite, flexible, and sympathetic. The Riad is clean, in a good location in Medina, and very beautiful. Mohcine, Ives, and Mustafa attended us with everything we needed, being helpful and always with a smile on the face. They are sweet and very polite with the tourist, indicating things to do and explaining the Marrocos culture. I highly recommend this Riad.

Nothing, but if I need to say something, only the price is high.

A little fantastic island

The breakfast was gratefull and complet. The room clean with all the facilities. The swimming pool the best. The location was pretty great.

The room was a little noisy so the night was difficult to get sleep

Lovely staff, nice breakfast, very clean riad.

It would be lovely to have a " Noise policy" at the Riad, as the guests with kids are very very noisy and they don't have respect for others who want to relax and sleep more.

Everything was amazing. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Traditional breakfast was delicious and plenty of food to keep us going for the whole day. Heated pool and jacuzzi to relax after a long day. Fantastic location, right in the middle of local shops and also within walking distance to tourist attractions like Jamaa el Fna square and Bahia Palace.

Great location at edge of the medina. Good breakfast served in rooftop restaurant. Enjoyed the hammam which was a relaxing experience here. Very comfortable bed. Lovely riad decor with lots on historic photos, craft works and a variety of seating areas. Staff were friendly and efficient.

EVERYTHING!! Location, food, staff, facility, unique rooms to the culture! Abdul, Yves, Moha, Gave us TOP 5 STAR service, super attentive and caring. This place deserves 10 plus Stars the value for this stay was EXCEPTIONAL. WILL come back again.

The location is perfect! Inside the Medina, but not so deep so you can easily go in and out with your luggage with no problem. The staff is really nice, but there is a guy called Yves who is amazing. He makes you feel home

Clean, comfy, great staff and location!

All the staff were excellent. Yves, Abdou, Benami, et al. The cleaning ladies were lovely, even though I don't speak Arabic. But some spoke French so we were able to communicate. I had a Hammam and massage with Dounia and it was exceptional. I didn't want it to end. She only spoke Arabic, but she said some words in English and French, which I thought was so lovely of her. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Marrakesh.

The first night was noisy, as I slept on the first floor and could hear all the movements, so I didn't sleep well. But then I was moved to another room on the 2nd floor, so I ended up staying 2 extra nights. The breakfast is heavily gluten-based, and I'm intolerant. But Yves was very helpful and made sure I had a suitable option on days 2 and 3. No gym, but everything else made up for that.
