I didn’t spend any longer there than was necessary . It was somewhere to sleep

Clean and Friendly, easy to get into town.

Excellent location - very close to our concert venue of Cambridge Junction, with plenty of choice when we wanted a restaurant (Savour closed as it was a Tuesday evening) (and good bus services to get into the city centre if you don't want to walk). Spotlessly clean and comfortable - loved the mattress! Tea and coffee making provided in the rooms, as were toiletries. Friendly staff, who were kind enough to upgrade us from a twin to two double rooms - my daughter was delighted!

The decor is looking a little tired - scuffs on the skirting board and wall paper, for example - but nothing that would stop me from booking here again if we return to Cambridge.

A lovely place with wonderful staff.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the room is cozy and quiet. Interesting decor and nice, discrete jazz music in lobby.

Interior of room could use some refreshening.

Easy, comfortable and friendly perfect for a group of lads.

Easy going which suited us as we were on a charity bike ride. Great place for 10 lads, not sure I would get away with taking the Mrs.

Nothing really!! But no cooked breakfast but 5mins down the road a full fry up for £7.50. The property could down with a brush up.

Quite good for a short stay

Quite liked the location - fairly close to the main train station and lots of restaurants.

The restaurant downstairs closed earlier than what was mentioned on the website or the brochure in the room.

Good stay

Really good position, next to bus stop for city center and attractions. Restaurants and supermarket also in the nearby. Room was clean and nice. Nice garden and patio on the back.

Unfortunately it has not been possible to have a shower as it was not working. Personnel was really sorry for this.

Good value, great location, friendly staff

Great location, friendly staff, free parking. Room had everything we needed and we slept well as the beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains worked a treat. We walked into the city the first time but also got the bus in the evening which stopped just outside.

Booked for next week again happy stay.

NIce place friendly Staff plenty of places to eat, near bowling alley and cinema plus numerous food chains. Had Chinese hotel very nice food traditional. Bed comfortable and good nights sleep what more can you ask for?

Very expensive for what it was.

The hotel is well located and the room was clean. Staff were polite.

Shabby dated decor, stone cold shower, kept awake late into the night by the overflowing gutter water hitting concrete. Bed was very wobbly. At £150 I'd expect a decent nights sleep and a warm shower. I'll be finding another hotel next time.

Currentlu the best experience in hotel in the uk

Suitable and comfortable, having chinese service, clean, having a lot of good restaurant and shops nearby, you can also study in the lounge and store your luggage

The rooms were nice and clean, and so was the bathroom which felt spacious. The room faced the back of the building which was quiet since it wasn't facing the street.

The bed was too hard, and the curtains were almost solely for decoration as they didn't block out much light. The combination made for poor quality sleep each night.

Superb

Handy location to drive to, with a reasonable amount of free off road parking. It is about 25-30 mins walk into the centre of Cambridge with various good quality shops, bars and restaurants on the way (some 5 mins away near the railway station)... I ate at the excellent quality Oak Bistro (18 mins walk towards the town centre). The hotel has a Chinese restaurant which smelled great, and i was tempted, but I was only staying 1 night and didn't try it as I'd pre booked the Oak Bistro.

The hotel is clean and tidy but as you would expect for the price its rather tired and dated. A little noise at times, but overall I wasn't expecting much and it was actually much better than I expected!

Clean room but room walls very thin.

Very thin walls and creaky floors meant we had a very noisy night. We could clearly hear full conversations happening in the room next door, and were woken when they returned from their night out at 2am and started loudly playing music and inflating balloons!? Overall not an enjoyable stay.

Good stay for my business trip needs

The location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby . And they have a excellent Chinese restaurant on the premises which is great.

The traffic in the corridors can be a little noisy at time
