Me
siento estafado.

Absolutely stunning place with the best concierge team ever! They helped us with everything we needed, and very quickly! It is relatively small compared to other hotels around, so it is much more relaxing with less people being there. A truly wonderful stay!
If your room is closer to the road, you get to hear the loud music from bars and restaurants outside. But this is Tulum and it never lasted all night, usually stopped around 11pm-12am. Otherwise, we had the best sleep!
3.0
The room was confortable and the room service was exceptional.
The food and bar costs are absurd. The service at the restaurant and bar were not as expected for the cost.
3.0
Good included breakfast
Beach is nice
They changed our room when the music from the bar next door was too loud for us to sleep
Friendly staff
Bikes
Bar next door plays super loud music on weekends
Food is expensive
Wifi doesn't work well in the rooms, only in the common area
There's a family oriented hotel on one side of the hotel and a public space on the other, so it's not that peaceful because of kid noise and beach sellers

Friendly staff, good location, quiet beach, beautiful rooms.
They need to clean the seaweed regularly.
4.0
The space room
The private beach
The breakfast by the beach that’s included in the room price
I didn’t like that I still haven’t received my 400$ deposit since I left a month ago
They insisted that they released it and my bank haven’t received any transactions
Plus the 100$ that was stolen from our room

The service by the staff and the attentiveness was excellent! Especially hostess Ana!
The beach cleared after 2 days but best to catch the non excessive seaweed seasons in Tulum if you r primarily there for the beach and r&r on the property!

I really appreciated he exceptional service, all the staff from the concierge team to the beach club staff and housekeeping were kind, thoughtful and so fast at getting anything done. The concierge team responded almost immediately to my questions and tried their very best to accommodate all my questions and requests.
Breakfast included with the room was again great.
I loved the beach club, so chic, and the interior of the whole hotel.
The rustic theme wasn’t for me. it meant that the older rooms didn’t have sealed windows and doors which allowed lots of bugs and mosquitos to enter. the rooms were not so generous in size in comparison to what you pay for. Unfortunately the beach around the hotel has become very busy with locals setting up camp next door and the public having access through the neighbouring hotel so the quieter southern part of the beach I was hoping for was not so restful.

everything was amazing , food and drinks were excellent , we loved the breakfast every morning , staff where so friendly , the beach is so relaxing, in a more calmer part of Tulum very close to and walkable to other delicious restaurants
nothing, I wish I could have stayed longer !!! will definitely return to the next !!!
4.5
One of the smaller hotels on the beach which meant fewer guests and impeccable service! The staff and concierge service were 10/10 and they all knew the guests by name. Breakfast on the beach every morning and plenty of sun loungers for the guests so no stress to reserve.
No gym or fitness studio but had the opportunity to take part in yoga classes

location.
beautiful garden areas with lively birdsong and two woodpeckers! so lovely
sargassum on the beach was overwhelming.

Its a beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The bellboy was the nicest of all, always smiley :) The breakfast is exceptional with good coffee. Also the design of the hotel I liked a lot.
It was not worth the money, we paid 1400$ for 2 nights. We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation, that’s why we chose Nest but when we arrived at our room with sea view, we were disappointed - there was very loud music playing from the neighbour hotel and because it was very windy and there’s no proper ceiling, only straw roofs - there was such a loud noise from the wind. The sea view we also couldn’t enjoy because there was SO SO MUCH seaweed. they kept telling us that they were cleaning the beach but we didn’t see someone during our stay. In my opinion when you charge so much money for a room, I excepted that someone would clean the seaweed (there was also plastic and other things in the sand)
We told the staff that we were unhappy and therefore they put us one night in another room but the last night we slept in the seafront room and we couldn’t sleep at all because it was so loud. i appreciated the free massage the hotel gave us but I would much rather preferred a refund of the last night, that we could have gone somewhere else. I believe if you charge so much money for a room, you should at least have a proper roof and double glassed windows, in case of windy days.
In general - Tulum is very overrated, there are so many other nice places with better hotels,
restaurants and beaches.
I have never seen so much seaweed than in Tulum. The water was brown because of the accumulation of the seaweed on the shore.

Loved how small and peaceful NEST was. We stayed in one of the tower rooms - beautiful, romantic, chic, quiet, nice hot water in shower, comfortable bed and pillows, two balconies, strong AC available at any time. What more could you ask for?
It’s on the better end of Tulum Beach in my opinion, calmer than the main party zone with easy access to anything you could want - shops, restaurants, bars.
Fantastic, welcoming staff. We were waited on hand and foot. Excellent breakfast - try the ranchero egg breakfast and the fresh fruit plate.

Boutique size, beach is nice. Food was good too.
Service could have been better, its a small hotel shouldnt take 30 mins to get beach towels. Staff can be more attentive and service more personalised.

The setting is perfect.
Definitely the prettiest looking beach property,in the best location away from the noisy area.
Really friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us ,they went above and beyond for us.
The breakfast was soo good and honestly nothing was too much trouble for them.
We didn't hear about the complimentary yoga classes or daily activities until we asked which was a shame.
The lighting in the garden room and ocean view room could do with being looked at as both were quite dark.

everything was perfect. the staff, the food, size of the property, cleanliness of the room and entire place. we are certainly coming back!

My partner and I had the most incredible few days staying at Nest - it is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! Firstly, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning, we stayed in one of the ocean view rooms which was a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had everything we might need for the stay. What really stood out about this hotel though was the service and the food. Every small detail had been thought of, from cold towels on arrival to removing any seaweed from the area of beach outside the hotel every morning. The staff were all absolutely lovely and so helpful/friendly - we felt really valued. The breakfast was included in our stay and there is a great range to choose, everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We also ordered lunch which was equally as delicious. The hotel itself is right on a beautiful bit of beach with plenty of sunbeds too, where we spent most of our days. Highly recommended.
Nothing, the only thing that might not be preferred for some people is that it's quite far down the beach road, so to get to the main hub of bars & restaurants it's a 20 min walk or so - this was great for us though as it's much quieter at this end and we wanted to be away from the noise of the main area.

Very comfortable hotel. Staff are wonderful here! Beautiful location. Breakfast was delicious!
Music @the beach would have been lovely

breakfast and location were excellent, we had a single problem one day that they served us a fermented and sour watermelon juice, but it does not tarnish our opinion
During our entire stay the beach was very dirty, in addition to the zargazos there was a lot of plastic waste that was not removed, our advice is that a manager controls the cleaning of the beach at least once every two days,

The breakfast was yummy with vegetarian and vegan options. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge team. Everything from the airport transfer organization, the tour with primitive expeditions to the reservation and recommendations for dinner was great.
The locks to the rooms were a hassle and felt outdated. I got locked inside on accident. Some wooden planks along the pathways would have been helpful to avoid getting sand everywhere. I'm not a fan of getting sand in my bed.

The staff were so pleasent and helpful. We felt so welcome throughout our entire stay. Everything is so beautiful here: the view, the plants, the rooms, to mention a few. Also, the complementary breakfast is AMAZING!

This is a perfect, peaceful getaway in Tulum! A small boutique hotel (only 13 rooms) with amazing facilities. The beds are super comfortable, shower is perfect, beach beds are everything you need, breakfast (and all other food) delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is also perfect! Almost everything on walking distance, and otherwise you can use their bikes for free. Don’t skip a facial/massage!!
nothing to mention here!

The moment we arrived and noticed everyone reading we knew it was the place for us. WE were already in Tulum for a few days and found it hard to find the right place to feel authentic and not forced. We walked into Nest to see what the beach looked like and immediately felt this serene calmness over us. both my partner and I immediately agreed we could sink in and settle in to our holiday vibe no problem. The staff are attentive and very personable and the other guests keep to their own place in paradise. The breakfast was included in our room rate and was delicious. Everything we had was very good or better and the beach service knew when to let you sleep and when you needed another drink. I cant say enough about how charming and great this little place is. Should we reurn to Tulum again we will definitely be booking this place. On a side not the Deep deep Deep tissue massage will destroy your knowledge of what you thought a massage could be.lol dont get a walk in beach massage. Book the spa and prepare yourself for a world of Pleasurable Pain.
I didnt like that I couldnt stay longer. A wedding party came and booked the place. I also didnt like that we werent invited or that we had to go so soon after finally finding our spot. But alas these are all things out of our control and thus do not apply:)

It’s a lovely small hotel
The water pressure in the bathroom is way too low and A/C is blowing almost a warm air, which is not enough to cool the room down.
Other then that it’s a nice and cozy place!

The location of Nest is perfect! We stayed at the ocean room, the view from there was fantastic and the distance from the beach is less than 5 meters.
The concierge team was incredible, they went above and beyond our expectations and they helped us every time we need them.
Thanks for the amazing experience!!

The only nice thing was the beach which is shared by all the other properties on the strip and the lovely pool at their sister hotel down the road where the staff were warm and welcoming.
After extensive research we decided to splash out and stay at Nest because it looked so lovely on the website. How wrong we were. The hotel has no facilities other than a narrow path of sand which leads to the sea and to an almost totally unshaded eating area which was very uncomfortable especially at breakfast. Moreover the restaurant staff were surly and although the unremarkable breakfast was included in the room rate we were asked to sign for a tip each time, something I have never seen before. The beach is of course wonderful but it is the same beach front as every other hotel on the strip so nothing special there. We bought the entry level room assuming it would still be nice because of its price. Our small room had no balcony but merely a large window which looked onto someone else's balcony so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy and the other side overlooked the parked cars and was noisy. There was the smallest hanging space and nowhere to put any other clothes so we had to live out of our suitcase. The shower was a tiny cubicle and the water pressure was weak. We even had to ask for a hairdryer. The hotel was by no means full so we asked for a different room and were shown one which was bigger with proper facilities however they refused to move us unless we paid an exorbitant amount to swap. As the first room was so expensive we were not minded to do that. Had there been some lovely facilities in the hotel this might have been acceptable but there was absolutely nothing to justify our choice. We wish we had stayed anywhere else.

Everything was amazing - the location, the hotel and the food. You can also use the pool at their sister hotel. Hope to come back!
