We love the place the rooftop pool was amazing..

Close to everything an walking distance was great.

There wasn’t anything bad about the property, but I wish the had more items to eat on the rooftop pool.

Very comfortable bed and lovely pool!

low grade toilet paper was very disappointing, you get better ply in public toilets. Mould on ceiling and bathroom walls, shower door barely opens and has minimal hot water.

Very disappointing

Pretty good location. Terrace with nice view.

Rooms very tiny, no space to even open a suitcase. Sheets, curtains, towels etc. very dirty, stains everywhere. Room was changed, supplies were changed but newly brought were in the same condition. Bad smell in the room. Rooftop terrace chairs also very dirty. Because of all this dirtiness we were promised partial refund, but we never got it. I don't recommend it, just pick different apartment as it's not even cheap.

Amazing Location with a Breathtaking Pool!!!

- Pool is incredible but can be busy during sunset. - Location is 10/10 for staying in PDC and exploring beacher/downtown/clubs/food - Good wifi - Staff is friendly - Accommodated early check-in

- Room was noisy at night because of night clubs - Room facilities need an upgrade; small touches like providing proper (big) beach towels can go a LONG way in improving the customer experience.

Always love staying here

Great location. Loved the cleaning every day and coming back to a fresh made bed. Condo was super cute and convenient to everything.

There was a lot of music from the clubs down the street. But I knew that was to be expected. Fell asleep no issues and music stops at 2am (Room 102, not all rooms have that issue and I stay here alot)

Good location

Asked on many occasions for the umbrellas to be opened at the pool area. Each time I was told it would be done or they had lost the tool in which to open the umbrellas. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a pool and I didn't use it once as it was unbearable to sit out in the scorching heat without any sun umbrella

AVOID! BIG A/C issues, bad value, owner not empathetic

Good location, nice pool, nice staff. kitchen is good as are fridge and decent shower.

Didn't get what I paid for. A/C broken first night. Higher floor (4) meant direct sun and we were sweating. Then when they tried to repair it, they left the ceiling open and I had to turn it off once an hour. it wad rigged. They tried to fix it again in the morning, and we came back to see it leaked all over our things. They left the ceiling open. We were moved to a room with "working" A/C that leaked all night again but was solved the following day. Unfortunately, the bed in that room was significantly smaller than what I paid for. It was too much of a hassle to move to yet another room, so we crammed in the bed. My friend's feet hung over the edge. she's 5'10. Pool was OK. Not super clean. Especially the hot tub part. But better than the nearby beach with an unbearable stench. Owner refused to give us a partial refund for the crazy issues we had. Luckily it was a short stay. A real sour note for what was an important, much anticipated trip.

love the location of the place, the customer service was outstanding thank you so much for all the help front desk and the housekeeping staff was great.

the only thing I didn’t like was that I never could locked my room because the electronic system wasn’t working even though the security of the place was amazing everything was ok the whole time and nobody touch anything I appreciate the honesty of the staff.

Great location, Rooftop pool & bar has amazing view and fair prices for alcohol , rooms are spacious and recently remodeled , bed was comfortable

Enjoyed our stay

The friendly, helpful staff, especially Julio the bartender at the rooftop pool, with a beautiful view. Near the beach and many great restaurants.

The place needs more bartenders in the pool area, he did a great job however drinks were always delayed due to only one bartender. Mirrors long mirrors need to be installed in the rooms.

The apartment spacious, clean, large, lovely and comfortable.

The location was great! 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main street of shops, restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool and bar was gorgeous with great views. The apartment was VERY quiet, which was perfect! The apartment was lovely, as was the building it was in. The owner was very helpful and very quick to respond when we needed a little help. I would definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for.

Loved the rooftop pool. Drinks were cheep and Julio was an awesome bar tender. The view from up there is great. Would recommend to young people looking for somewhere cheap to stay so they can party.

The location was ok because it was walking distance to most things but the noise from the clubs at night or people coming home from the clubs kept us up. The bed also had a terrible mattress protector on it that sounded like you were sleeping on plastic. The hot water in the shower didn’t last long and the pressure wasn’t good.
