Goede hotel met uitstekende service

De locatie van het hotel is perfect. Er is een metro station in de buurt waardoor het hotel een goede uitvalbasis is om Dubai met het openbaar vervoer te verkennen. De buurt is ook prima met veel eetgelegenheden en kleine winkels. De Mall of the Emirates is op loopafstand. De kamer is netjes, schoon en ruim. Vooral over de badkamer waren wij te spreken. Ik raad aan om te boeken met ontbijt. Het aanbod is ruim en het eten is lekker. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij vragen. Met speciale aandacht voor Mohammed. Hij heeft ons meerdere malen goed geholpen met onder andere onze bagage, laundy service en het regelen van een taxi. Wat ook fijn is de gratis shuttle service van en naar Mall of the Emirates en het strand.

We hadden 2 kamers geboekt. Bij het inchecken was was 1 kamer nog niet klaar. Dat was vervelend maar geen ramp.

Luxurious, comfortable stay

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and everything was luxurious: spacious, spa shower, comfortable bed and beddings. The staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was a huge variety and definitely worth including in our booking. Conveniently located about 300m from the metro rail which allows for easy access to malls and attractions. We've stayed in Dubai a few times before, and the Grand Cosmopolitan is by far the best accommodation we've had.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:15pm and our room was not ready for check in. We waited about 30min. However the reception waiting area was comfortable and the hostess arranged a generous fruit basket to be delivered to our room to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we were only booked for 2 nights and didn't have time to enjoy the facilities

Complessivamente un buon hotel, moderno e pulito

La colazione era buona e varia. L'hotel era pieno e quindi la mattina di solito non c'era subito il tavolo per la colazione. Veniva fatta una lista e poi venivamo chiamati. Attesa di circa 15/20 minuti

The hotel is really excellent. New, spacious rooms, very clean, has excellent staff and the breakfast is also great. If it has a drawback, it is its location, that is, that it does not have a view, it is not in any special place interestingly. However, the metro is only 250 meters away, so access to any place of interest is quick and cheap. when i come to dubai again, i will stay there again. everything was great.

Lovely cozy Hotel, don't miss it.

Très bon hôtel rapport qualité/prix

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable et courtois! Je remercie tout particulièrement Fadil à la réception pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ! L’hôtel est très bien placé entre la marina et downtown, et tout proche du Mall of Emirates. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et de qualité ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais seul bémol qu’il faut tenir en compte si vous êtes exigeant sur la propreté, à l’arrivée la chambre est propre mais pendant tout le séjour le ménage était très mal fait, il restait toujours pleins de saletés au sol après le passage de la femme de ménage! Il y a une piscine sur le toit de l’hôtel qui est très agréable et petit plus il y a une permanence tout les matins à l’infirmerie pour effectuer les tests PCR pour 150 dirhams résultat dispo en 24h!

High response speed, wonderful breakfast, professional and kind staff and very clean

There was a sound coming from the facade of the building early in the morning, which was a little uncomfortable. It is also due to the sun's radiation and their expansion.

Un super séjour

Nous avons eu une superbe suite. La piscine est superbe! Le petit déjeuner rien à dire, il y en a pour tout les goûts. Le personnel est au petit soin, très prévenant (un petit clin d’œil pour l’accueil d’Hanna).Un très bon 5*.

Il posto è bellissimo, la struttura è nuova, pulitissima e accogliente, la posizione centrale.. tutte caratteristiche che, già da sole, giustificano il massimo del punteggio. Tuttavia, una nota di merito aggiuntiva dev'essere fatta sull'educazione, la professionalità e cortesia di tutti (ma proprio tutto lo staff!). Mai visto qualcuno non salutarti o sorridere. Complimenti.

Non ho trovato qualcosa che non va. Posso solo dare un personale consiglio: la piscina la terrei aperta e accessibile agli ospiti anche la sera. È comprensibile che ciò sia difficile essendoci un bar/ristorante, il "pacifico".... però ponendo alcune regole, la si potrebbe tener fruibile dagli ospiti per godere della visuale notturna di dubai immersi in acqua.

Un séjour inoubliable

Tout était parfait, je ne vois pas ce que l'on peut rajouter en qualité de services. La grandeur et la propreté des chambres, la piscine et la salle de sport toute équipée dernier cri. Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque.

Pour dire quelque chose, des bouteilles d'eau fraiches auraient été les bienvenues dans les chambres. Celles distribuées étaient à température ambiante.

Accueil très professionnel. Personnel au top qui sait prendre soin de ses clients. Mention spéciale à Rajaa et Sofia à la réception , Akash et Ishika au restaurant. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir délicieux aux saveurs variées, avec des produits frais. Chambres très propres avec personnel attentionné. Les navettes gratuites pour la plage et pour le mall sont très pratiques et confortables tout au long du séjour. A 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro, à 10/15 minutes à pied du mall Emirates

فندق جمييييل جداً راقي ونظيف في منطقة البرشا تحتك مطاعم ومقاهي ماتقفل طول الليل. اعجبني العزل ماتسمع ولا صوت لامن الغرف اللي جنبك ولامن الشارع. على كثر الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها وكلها 5 نجوم لكن هاذي افضل إقامة

My family and I just spent the kindest, most fun, most welcoming vacation at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel. It indeed deserve the five stars rating and much more. Check-In: The check-in experience was a “breeze” with lovely and welcoming receptionists, the escort to the room by the receptionist was a nice gesture. In-room amenities and housekeeping: Everything a family needs as amenities in the room is available or can be arranged by the excellent staff. The housekeeping staff was excellent and attentive to all details as they make up the room, the room sparkled at each make up round. Sheets, towels, and tissues were regularly changed to pristine and neat replacements. Shout out to all housekeeping staff, especially Linn and all other workers whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. Gardenia Brasserie and Americano Cafe: A role model at hospitality. Breakfast at the Gardenia was vibrant with variety of dishes and hospitable staff. Ann was kind and hospitable to my family, especially my daughter. Waiters and waitresses at the Gardenia were kind and helpful with everything we needed. Coffee and pastry are mouthwatering at the Americano. During my stay, I had my morning turkish coffee fix by either Ann or Yelis which was done by the best people, and the perfect morning routine before I went about my day. Family Activities: Some days we didn’t have to leave the hotel as it offers nice and fun activities. Gym and Swimming pools, for adults and kids, with refreshments are available. Kids play area are also available. For relaxing, in-house wellness spa can be used. My daughter had an accident by the gym. The security and the duty manager were attending and offer all the help there is. They offer first aid and even asked to call a doctor. Later, they send a cake to our room which was a tremendously kind gesture.

A nice comfortable hotel

There is a lovely pool deck and separate kids pool with play area. The restaurant was very nice, I enjoyed the Italian buffet theme night.

No alcohol, my bad for not realising when booking. Cost for early and late check out was high.

Amazing stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming. The room was perfectly clean . The bed was incredibly comfortable. Room service provided excellent service and very tasty food. Every staff member was friendly and eager to assist, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Thank you, for making my stay so special.

A good stay affords an attentive and motivated staff... Some of them are not that visible to the guests... but they do their job with a high anticipation. Especially the people from the house keeping department like Rai, Rajat and Pun. If you need to relaxe try to go to the recreation area in the 6th floor.. Darya will assist you in her pleasant way. If you need a good massage... well ask for Yuria and her lovely colleges... On the pool area you will find the life guard Monrial who will have an serious eye on your needs and deeds. enjoy...!
