Chambre est très belle, linge de bonne facture, jardin entretenu salle de bain spacieuse et fonctionnelle personnel adorable

Dommage les chiens la nuit… et les voisins indélicats qui vident leurs bières en parlant jusqu’à pas d’heure prévoir des boules quies comme partout ailleurs !!

Great little find

Really well finished accommodation, bed is among the comfiest I've slept in. Staff very friendly and helpful, booked ferry tickets to Koh Kood for us. Free transfer to and from the ferry which is a nice touch. Centrally located, 5 min walk to many restaurants and beach. Nicer beach at other side of island only 20 min walk - definitely worth it! Great aircon with good quiet mode setting for sleeping!

Walls are a bit thin, and can hear the many village dogs barking during the night.

Great place in Koh mak

Really nice rooms with comfortable beds. Location is not by the beach, but close to all the restaurants and bars. Nearest beach is like 10 minutes walk. Staff is very nice and friendly. Internet was ok for video calls and work. Good value for money.

Beautiful stay and wonderful hospitality.

Beautiful stay in Hanoii House. Smooth check in where we were met at the pier. Room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely little seating area outside in the garden. Good location - can walk or bike to nearby restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

very comfortable and lovely stay

Probably the comfiest bed I’ve slept on in Thailand. The room was immaculate and has everything you need. The staff were also very friendly and pick you up and drop you off at the pier

Great place to stay

The place is a close to the main road and gives easy access to beach and shops/restaurant. The room was big, with a desk, toilet spacious, and I was provided water every day. You can rent motorbike or bicycles if you'd like and the staff at reception speaks good level of English. Definitely good value for money

Some days the bathroom had a bad smell coming from the drain but it wasn't every day

Friendly well appointed guesthouse in a practical location

Friendly clean well looked after guesthouse with restaurants nearby and beaches on both sides of the island not far away. Can rent bikes and motorbikes and organise your boat trips to and from the island and pickups to the piers. Recommended.

Immaculate, well run guesthouse....Highly recommend

This is a beautifully kept guesthouse, the rooms are immaculate and so comfortable. Th a gardens are lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly. A 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Koh Mak. Close to lots of restaurants and mini mart. Your onward ferry tickets can be arranged through reception at Hanoi House answer were given a lift to the pier when we left.

If I were you, I’d book Hanoii House

Look no more, this is it! I stayed here for two separate times on my holiday. I booked two different room types and both were impeccable. Amazingly clean and comfortable rooms with lovely garden view. Greqt shower, good water pressure, warm water. And lovely staff who made my stay even more welcome. Beaches are within walking distance, so you don’t need a pool. Nice breakfast can also be found on the main street just minutes away.

Modern, clean and well located.

An excellent stay, the room was very clean, modern and spacious. We stayed in a bungalow, set within a beautiful garden. Good bed and in room facilities. Great location, only a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff, who helped us book our boat transfers. We would happily stay here again!

Greatplace to stay while on Koh Mak

I cannot say enough great things about Hanoi House, from the amazing price to location, quiet at night, good wifi, cold a/c, friendly staff, clean, good size room, a great stay…

Few suggestions: 1) come into the room to do a quick clean every few days 2) I wish that instead of a duvet the bed just had a sheet and option for a blanket on top.I got too hot with the duvet on 3) the room is quite large, consider on the open wall to add another table to be able to lay out clothes on Thank you for everything Hanoi, we will be back.

We have not found anything negative.

Hannoi house is the best place we have been on the island of Koh Mak. The rooms are spacious and very clean. You have wifi that works very well and a smat tv in the room. The location is perfect just one minute from the beach, and without the well-known “sand flies”😀.The owner Noi, helps you from the first minute in everything you need, speed boat, motorbike, taxi, eat…without a doubt it is a place that has made our stay in Koh Mak perfect. Highly recommended.💙

Great location, clean, simple, good value for money

Very clean hotel, plain, simple but clean and new with all basics covered including air con. Great location, close to alot of places. The hotel was great in helping with transport on and off the island and pick up and drop off. They were very quick to respond to messages on booking.com

There wasn't any space to hang my clothes, otherwise was great value for money.

Staff here are so lovely! Helped us in every step of getting us to Koh mak from Koh Chang as well as all transport when we needed it. The room was spotless & in an ideal location. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Just mosquitos but you’re on an island that’s to be expected.

Lovely clean hotel in a good location

Rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfy and the manager was very helpful in helping us book taxis, transfers etc.

Could have provided tea and coffee with fresh milk
