About this house rental
A renovated dairy barn just footsteps away from Mason Lake in Briggsville, Wisconsin. This 70 year old barn has been tastefully restored with custom made rustic furniture, farm decor and antiques for a nostalgic look and a cozy feel at the farm.
The Bent Beam Barn is an iconic getaway ideal for large families to corporate retreats. Would also make a great location for an off-site business meeting during an off-season weekday.
Ample space for relaxing and all kinds of activities on the property. Enjoy the sunset over the lake from our deck. There is a large fire pit and spacious yard to enjoy campfires, horseshoes, a football game and much more. Bring your boat, kayak or canoe to enjoy time on Mason Lake.
An open kitchen and living room concept is ideal for socializing with family or friends. The barn has three levels of living space: ground level with bathroom and laundry; main level with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, and living room; loft has one bedroom and a built in bunk bed area, along with plenty of room for games and hanging out.
The all new game room ( Milking Parlor) is open for our guests. We are always working on adding new items but this space is truly a unique experience. Most of all the decor came from local farms and we added a special twist to make this area that you definitely want to see!
Local restaurants in Briggsville are only a few minutes away. And only fifteen minutes from Wisconsin Dells, you are just a skip away from all the attractions and restaurants offered there.

Can't say enough about this unique amazing place! Really cool decorating, lots of beds and great family hang out areas! Kids had fun collecting chicken eggs. So close to the Dells. Just perfect!

This barn was one of the most beautiful places that I have ever stayed in. The owners have this set up with many activites for the family to do while you are there and they were easy to work with. They were fast to get back to me with answers to all of my questions and even left a wonderful welcome package!!

We loved our stay! The most common compliment everyone kept saying was we loved all the details in the decor. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for extended family to meet. We had plenty of space to hang out and the kids loved the bunk beds and game room in the basement. The owners were great with communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The barn was awesome. The description, the amenities, the comfortably situated living space again was awesome! My sisters and nieces could not have been any happier with the Bent Barn Beam. The outside areas are just as beautiful as the inside. Thank you again so very much. We would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Beautiful property and location. Enough to do at the barn for adults and kids. Our grandkids especially loved the chickens and visits from nearby deer. Plenty of space for all nine of us and could handle many more. Matt was great with communications.

We loved the Barn . Well laid out and very user friendly . very private . we were never bothered by anyone . we had a party of 14 and it worked prefect . Matt came by one evening to feed the chickens . I went down to meet him and what a great guy ! He even furnished complimentary firewood !
we are going back and I would highly recommend this stay to anyone .

Out in the country this property offered peace and tranquillity. A short drive from the Dells, but there was plenty to do here for our grown children and their families. Our host saw to our every need and was always available to answer questions.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The barn itself is super cool with tons of amazing details on a big piece of land while still being close enough to head into the Dells for the day for more adventure. We plan on booking again here soon since everyone kids to grandparents had an amazing time.

What an amazing place, we just stayed at Bent Beam Barn and it was amazing! Matthew the host was even better than expected and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas and had an amazing time! The Barn is laid out great and we all had plenty of room. The Milking Parlor is a blast and my favorite part, the loft w/bunk beds was awesome and the kids loved it! We will be back, we are just trying to figure out when, I would not hesitate to book with Matthew and his family again. Thanks Matthew for all that you did!

Loved it. Would go back in a minute. Close to the Dells, but nice to get away from town. Would be amazing in other seasons to enjoy more of the outdoors.

This rental was perfect for my family's stay! My husband and I brought our 4 married kids with their families. We absolutely loved the renovated barn's features and decor. The bedroom arrangements fit my family's needs just right. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and we loved the lower level with pool table and carpet ball. We would definitely stay here again!

Unique property
Me and my 13 other guests had a fantastic stay at the Bent Beam Barn. It's a beautiful property and was a very unique experience with plenty of room to spread out. The kids were entertained in the lower level playing pool and adults had a great time gathering for board games at the giant farmer's table.
The only thing to mention is that noise travels and even quiet fun on the first floor was VERY audible in the rooms above. But we made it work! Overall a wonderful place for an large family gathering and a very welcoming host!

This property is very nice, just for info sake, My Mom has parkinsons and in wheel chair. She could get in lower level, but very much a challenge to get her upstairs to main level. We did it with the 4 men we had, but just want people to know. We had a nice time! The kitchen and living area and outside deck were are favorites!

A fun and unique stay
This is a really cool, unique place to stay. With it being a converted barn, the layout is really unique and it is filled with art and furniture made from old farm equipment, antique signs, etc (there are of course regular beds couches etc). The sleeping arrangements, given this layout, are unique and our kids and their cousins loved staying in the loft. There is a nice kitchen, large deck, and really cool eating and campfire area outside. The owner is very friendly, responsive and helpful if anything should come up. Highly recommend.

Our family spent the weekend at the barn and it exceeded our expectations! It was spacious enough for 10 adults and one child. There was plenty of space and privacy to relax and hang out. We took full advantage of the kayaks, too! Great, quiet lake, easy access. We hope to revisit someday! ☺️
