About this house rental
Welcome to your private resort. With over 4350 square feet of living space & nearly an acre of fun. Featuring waterfall, pool, spa, basketball court with an option to convert to tennis/badminton, bar with outdoor tv for all our outdoor entertainment needs. Plenty of indoor entertainment as well. Main home has an open floor plan featuring chef's kitchen with Wolf appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator & massive island. This property is great for entertaining with friends or relaxing with family alike.
It is a wonderful home, with plenty of space, whether you are looking to entertain as it does not have a strict noise ordinance like the nearby Palm Springs yet being 15 mins from downtown and from airport. If you are looking for a relaxing get together family or friends, it is at the same time in a quiet neighbourhood with only a few neighbours around. This home consists of main home and guest house with over 4350 square feet of living on nearly an acre lot. Surrounded by mountain views from every angle. It features a private office for those seeking to do some work while being away or if you have children that are doing online learning with strong wifi throughout the property. Main home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guest house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area. There is also an outdoor shower located by the pool. We have RV hookup, holiday or RV parking is available. It is a large, gated lot with a ton of parking within the property and there is also street partaking. We have children floaties, life vests and pack and plays. If you need some other children’s amenities, please reach out and we will gladly accommodate. We serve families as well as groups. Whether you are looking for a guys’ golf trip gateway, girls’ bachelorette celebration or yoga retreat or elopement, let us know what we can do to make your stay most comfortable.
PROPERTY LAYOUT:
Right wing of the house:
Primary (master): large room with a king bed and a queen sofa pullout bed (can put additional 1-2 blow up queen mattress there, if needed. There is a standard size closet there.
En-suite bathroom with a shower, double vanity and a separate room for toilet (lockable).
Bedroom 2: smaller room off the master, it is a queen bed and a closet plus a desk with chair. It can be accessed through primary or through a patio door leading to the pool. Bathroom is shared between primary and this room.
Middle of the home:
Living room, kitchen, dining and gameroom (pool table and fire place). Open concept, giant room, sliders and doors open to the pool area with Sonos speakers.
Left wing of the house:
Bedroom 3: king bed and office with attached to the wall multiple desks. Across the bedroom is in a hallway, a full bathroom (usually a bathroom used for common areas or the one across the pool).
Bedroom 4 and 5: located upstairs, both queens, with closets and a shared full bathroom. Can put a queen blow up mattress in each, if needed.
Guest house: full kitchen, small living room and small dining. Full bathroom that can be access via living areas or hallway for bedrooms 7 and 8. Bedroom 6 accesses the bathroom in living areas.
Bedroom 6: smaller room with queen bed and a closet.
Bedroom 7: queen bedroom with a closet.
Bedroom 8: 2 queens with a closet.
There is also an outdoor shower attached to the half bath along the exterior of the guest house. It is great for those who use the pool and those staying in the guest house and can be accessed from exterior of the guest house.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $40/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
Please note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
PET POLICY:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind $150 is refunded and $50 goes towards pet's stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. This place was amazing and has the perfect set up for our large group stay. Anna was kind enough to accommodate all of my guests! There were plenty of air mattresses, pillows, blankets and even towels for all my 20+ guests. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dinning area, living room and pool table area made the whole experience very communal. Anna was quick to respond to any questions I had, even during our stay. Thank you! We really cannot wait to stay here again.

Nice place with ample room for our group of 11. Comfortable beds, nice showers/bathrooms, and plenty of room for all. Great outdoor space with options for lots of different interactions (relaxing, swimming, fire pit, bar, pickleball, etc.). This is a great property, but if you have 16 or more people plan on sleeping on blow up mattresses, which none of my ladies wanted to do since we all split the cost equally. The outdoor area, pool, spa is wonderful, but could have more than 4 lounge chairs. Beware of the wind in this area. Really windy. The kitchen/living area are great for large parties, but the kitchen is not really stocked with pans need for baking. Ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, but management sent someone out right away. Did not get fixed during our 3 day stay. Property is a little dated and could use update of some things, but for the most part, it was very nice.

We were in town for our wedding and this place was perfect for hosting all our friends and family. The pool was great and there was ample parking for everyone. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our family of 11adults and one toddler stayed here for 6 nights. Communication with Anna was excellent and a heating situation in the bedrooms and in the pool was quickly resolved. The kitchen is huge and great when you have lots of cooks. There are 4 cupboards of glassware and lots of kitchen utensils. We bought/used paper plates. The kitchen could use more bowls of all sizes, some storage containers and some large pots. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house: one large master with a king and en-suite and a small bedroom with a full/queen behind the kitchen, one king with office, a bathroom across the hall, and 2 queen bedrooms that share a bathroom farther down the hall. The walls are very thin-we could hear conversations in the next bedroom. In the guesthouse all 3 bedrooms share a bathroom and common space. We had some issues with the pool heating but those were all resolved by the property manager. One thing that would be helpful is a property book with some guidelines and instructions. You are about 15-20 mins away from a grocery store and about 7 from gas stations.

We held a small intimate wedding ceremony and reception at this property and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for our family and friends to stay with us and given the size of the property we were able to hold both ceremony and reception onsite. The outside bar and pool was a perfect touch to the event and everyone enjoyed themselves. The living room to the main house is huge and spacious perfect for entertaining and holding everyone for our rehearsal dinner the night before. Overall it was a great experience.

The property is great for a large group. We spent 5 days here to celebrate our Mom’s 70th birthday and had a total of 17 people with ages 8-70. There were plenty of beds, TVs, pool towels and space to hang out.
The pool area was the highlight. The shaded portion was really nice. The outside space was huge and we didn’t use half of it, there is a basketball court and an outdoor bar area.
Any small issues we had were resolved promptly and the host was very responsive.
The location is great as the property is barely Desert Hot Springs so you’re very close to Palm Springs.

A true resort for large groups
We had children and grandchildren. The pool area was absolutely amazing. It had a chest freezer in the Tiki Bar which held enough ice for the whole 3 days. The home was amazing and huge and the back house was equally nice!!! We will definitely book this home again as this is an annual trip for our family!!!

Since it is a party house, the kitchen lacked the tools needed to do some of that cooking so we had to buy some items like large pans, baking sheets, roasting pans, etc. Also, some of the many cupboards which were empty were not clean. The host did provide us with kitchen towels, dish cloths and pot holders upon request.
The host texted me 2 hours from check-in time (as we were traveling by car and plane) to tell me that due to a septic problem caused by the previous tenants, we would have to stay two nights in another house that I would have to rent. She kindly did some research and found 3 houses in Indio from which I could select. I chose the one that was most similar in number of king beds and bathrooms. I contacted the host of that house and paid for the two nights. Our family checked into the Indio house and I was reimbursed promptly for those two nights by the Desert Hot Springs host. Two days later, we packed up 5 cars with all our food, luggage, toys, etc. to transfer to the Desert Hot Springs house when the host contacted me 40 minutes before our departure to tell me we needed to stay another night in Indio. I paid for that third night which along with fees for pets and pool heating in Indio caused the week in the Desert to cost 1/3 more than was originally planned as those additional costs were not reimbursed.
The Desert Hot Springs house had lots of beds but the two kings were broken. We found some paint cans in the garage to prop them up. Probably fine if you are partying a lot as you might not care where you sleep.
The pool was over chlorinated so the kids had some chemical burn but it was not life threatening and they did love the pool.
The host met us upon arrival and thoroughly explained the house to us which we certainly appreciated.

The Desert Hot Springs house had lots of beds but the two kings were broken. We found some paint cans in the garage to prop them up. Probably fine if you are partying a lot as you might not care where you sleep.
The pool was over chlorinated so the kids had some chemical burn but it was not life threatening and they did love the pool.
The host met us upon arrival and thoroughly explained the house to us which we certainly appreciated.

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect for our big group, had every room filled, and had plenty of gathering space for everyone on the main house and the pool area. Would definitely stay here again and 10/10 recommend!

Very nice property in a not so nice area. Very well gated and secure. Guest house is 3 separate entrances, not all in one “house”.
The Futon in master is broken, half of the queen beds and pillows are plastic or something, very uncomfortable.
If you can’t afford the other areas of the valley, this large home is a good bet.

Anna's house was just perfect for our large family gathering. Everyone was just amazed at the size of the rooms and the layout. It was a beautiful location for our event.

Our trip was not affected by the issues whatsoever as it was all resolved in a timely manner - my guests and I were beyond impressed with the property & the grounds that we couldn't let issues that were out of anyone's control affect our moods. There was ample space throughout the property for all of us to spread out without feeling cramped. We had 9 children ranging from 3 to 14 so although the house is set-up like a party house, it's child-friendly as well. The pool was amazing! We all spent most of our time in the pool/around the pool - lots of floaties, noodles, & other pool toys were provided. I do want to mention that in the guest house, the three bedrooms are only accessible via a door to the outside - we didn't have an issue with it as we had adults sleeping in those rooms but it may not be suitable for children. Overall, everyone had a great time & our only regret was not booking an additional day. Thank you Anna for continually reaching out to ensure everything was going well. We are looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Property For Large Family Gatherings!
