Superb accommodation with great attention to detail: the bedding, fresh coffee in room, bath products., double shower in honey moon suit, delicious a la carte breakfast..friendly staff and service. Good quiet location within 30 min walk to the center. Love to come back.

Charming hotel. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the lodge itself. The property was clean and we had such a wonderful welcome. The owners took time to talk to everyone which we highly appreciated. We will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden oasis!! It is evident that enormous amount of thought has gone into the detail of this wonderful guest lodge. The staff were so thoughtful and delightful and helped us plan our action packed agenda and with recommendations. Do try the Dusty Road dining experience! The rooms are extremely well appointed and we slept so well on the beds! Very tastefully decorated.
Outside has wonderful gardens and a very nice pool with lounging area in or outside of the direct sunshine. Taxis are only $7 to most areas and all organised by the guest lodge. We also met the owners who were a delight to chat to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It’s a lovely family owned property in a great safe location. The staff did so much to make our 3 night stay memorable, easy and maximise our time.
We spent time in advance organising all the activities and on arrival we had a full and complicated itinerary (each of us doing different things!) all set up and ready to go - can’t thank them enough for that.
I had a single room - they are a little dark but have everything you need with a big bathroom!

My stay at Pamarah Lodge exceeded my expectations. The lodge is very beautiful & has a modern style. It is located in a very serene & secure neighborhood. The staff went above & beyond for my grandmother & I. I’m super grateful that I got to stay there & meet such lovely people.

Cleaning stuff was super helpful, organizing another hair dryer as the standard one was too weak for long hair. Room was always clean. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of spray they used each day (chemicals to protect from mosquitos). Since the spray was in the room, we would recommend to leave it up to the guests if they want to use it or not, as it's difficult to remove it from the room. Since we didn't ask to not use it, please don't consider it as complain only a comment.
Lady from the reception (Loveness) booked for us "Lion Encounter" on Zimbabwe side (not Zambia as requested by us), telling we can't walk with lions in Zimbabwe, we can only watch them, what was not true (later we saw pictures from other tourists). By doing that she took away from us also opportunity to see small lions which are just on Zambia side.
Hotel is supporting cheating on TAXI prices. Example: for TAXI to the Airport you pay 30 USD per drive (not person), which is more far away from hotel (20km) than Mukuni Village, which is only 15km distance and you pay 66 USD per person (not drive). Hotel didn't reply at all to our question what is these 66 USD for, they let you make trip and claim price after return. Stories with expensive transport organized by hotel we had many more.
Worst experience was while organizing Dinner at Elephant Café in Zambia. Zenzo from reception was supposed to organize it. He showed me WhatsApp message from Cafe that they are fully booked on the day we wanted to go. I didn't give up (since I lost my trust to them much earlier) and asked to call Cafe. Surprise - by phone Cafe told me they have free places (finally we were just 6 people and capacity was 24). We assume Zenzo put fake number into his phone, writing to someone else to force us to book another activity BUT on Zimbabwe side.
Kitchen was not OK as well, heavy food, old bread (hard), omelet not fried properly and we found many egg shells inside. No vegetables, you get only yoghurt with fruits, old bread with jam or ready meal from menu which is super heavy.
Pamarah received from us 5 bottles of alcohol + 5 packs of different sweets as gift from Poland, even those they were able to lie directly into our eyes and smiling. Owners seems to support all of that. We made negative rating on TripAdvisor 2 weeks ago, allowing them to contact us for more details, which they haven't done till today.
Above described are just few stories from many more...

They had a small dinner at $25 per person. I thought it overpriced, especially in Zimbabwe.

Beautiful lodge and very kind and friendly owners
When breakfast was busy, the staff member on duty catered to the more demanding local guests first while leaving everyone else waiting for quite some time.

Very nice rooms
If the staff asks if you want a water, they should mention that it is not free of charge, also breakfast variety could be better

The hotel is clean, comfortable and homely. There is a lovely pool and outdoor area for you to sit and relax. The owners Phil and Mornette are extremely welcoming, and the rest of the staff really took care of us. The hotel is also in a good location so it wasn’t too far from the main attractions and the falls.
It would be good to have more dining options - I was stuck for lunch one day and having some food available would have been great. However there are so many lovely restaurants nearby and in the area a short walk or taxi ride away.

Neat little lodge, nestled in the quieter suburbs of Vic Falls. Simple and easy check in process made that much more welcoming by friendly staff. Great meals and interacting conversations with the staff and owners! All in all a worthwhile visit!
A couple more meal options or flexibility around dinner would be great for those travelling or arriving late.

Lovely breakfast next to small but very pretty patio with pool and seating area.
Individual lodge bedroom in traditional style with nice ensuite.
Staff were very attentive and helpful. Eg accommodated early check in and made great cocktails.
Really helpful with travel and sightseeing advice prior to our arrival.
There recommendation to use Sheppy taxis for transfers was brilliant.
Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls is more expensive than we expected.
Make sure you take dollars as they do not use their own currency.

Pamarah Lodge is a special place. To begin, the grounds are beautiful, with wonderful mature trees creating a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed - our kids loved the family room and the coffee beans and French press were a delight after months of instant coffee while on the road. What sets Pamarah apart though is the people: the owners care and check in regularly on their guests; the staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable. The staff booked all our activities, arranged taxis and were generally lovely, helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Before arriving, all of our inquiries were answered promptly. If you arrange a dinner (you should), it will be excellent. We highly recommend Pamarah Lodge.

Very attentive and responsive staff, with a genuine care for our stay. We loved Pamarah. Travelling with children is not easy but they made it easy and made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Lungile who stayed up late to meet us after a tough day driving. Also to Rutendo who responded to all our needs during our stay.
Excellent choice of healthy and standard breakfast with quality ingredients; compliments to the chef. The lead hosts, Phil and Mornette, were very welcoming. I have to say Pamarah exceeded our expectations. It is spec'd to a high standard but this is only as good as how you are received. We had a warm reception and guidance from the whole team. Nice touches, very clean and attention all round (even woke up to our grossly dirty car washed!) We were truly appreciative - the outstanding service was almost tangible. Would definitely stay here again when next in Victoria Falls. A real blessing.

This is a very modern clean, quiet, and tranquil place. The staff is very friendly and supportive and you can get a great rest.
Overall this was not worth the money. The value for what we paid was not there. There was also not an easy way to get dinner.
