Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte ma a posteriori ci saremmo stati di più. Bello, pulito, ben organizzato. La colazione continentale con buffet e dolci fatti live a bordo piscina, buonissima e bellissima

hotel très bien situé. très propre. Le personnel très gentil et serviable et le petit déjeuner franchement au top avec des produits frais.

belle piscine mais pas chauffée, voyager en octobre l eau est très froide donc impossible de se baigner.

Petit déjeuner bon et complet le jus frais pressé manquait parfois le personnel chaleureux et accueillants

La literie ,le matelas est un peu dur la chambre mériterait un petit rafraichissement

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une expérience

J'ai aimé les couloirs avec l'effet montagne sur le sol du 5e étage, on a eu l'impression de marcher sur un récif rocailleux avec un peu plus de confort.

Le personnel qui ne donne aucune information, l'isolation phonique laisse à désirer : entre les fenêtres qui siffle et Jawad avec son pop & bang sur l'avenue on ne dort plus. Les rideaux qui ne sont pas occultant, soyez prêt à vous manger 100k lumens dès 06h30, des équipements vieillots, une douche qui ne fonctionne pas, et surtout le must ! Un lit comparable à une planche de bois tapissé.

L’accueil du réceptionniste et du bagagiste. La propreté et l’emplacement. Le petit déjeuné et bien fourni mais dommage pour le jus d orange qui n’est pas vraiment pressé.parking gratuit. Sympathie du personnel.

Il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche. Les produits ne sont pas renouvelés chaque jour.

Good equipment, nice swimming pool but the staff are rude

Good equipment, nice hotel with a beautiful swimming pool.

We haven’t been welcomed properly, we haven’t received any help for our luggage and not even showed us anything around. They were not so smiling and even waiters wasn’t kind, we just had a guy in the buffet that were super obliging and helpful. I Was Was really didn’t feel the same welcoming than our previous Riad. They have been welcomed so much more, with a mint tea, and showed us area. I DON’T recommend it! I’ve also a friend who went there and find a cockroach on our salad so I will be cautious of that.

Tutto ben organizzato posizione ottima quartiere molto Bello e sicuro colazione super,personale gentile e attento alle necessità del cliente se dovessi tornare in Marocco Non avrei dubbi a scegliere la struttura!!!

Al Momento del check out ci “hanno tenuto in ostaggio” per controllare la camera se fosse tutto ok…e siamo stati circa 10minuti con le due persone che si parlavano tramite radio ,sinceramente questa cosa non mi è piaciuta affatto

Because of the unpleasant experience, we will never return to this hotel. Our rating is only a 2.

The hotel location was within walking distance of the Marrakech train station. The room was quiet.

The first time in our whole life we were insulted by the bell boy and the receptionist desk. We have extensively travelled internationally. We arrived around 12:30 pm. The receptionists did not even offer to store our luggage until after 2 pm. They treated us like animals to wait in a sitting area until the 2 pm check-in. They were ill-trained and rude. This includes the bell boy, who told my wife when we saw a couple coming after us. Why was he helping them store their luggage before us. When my wife asked the bell boy in French why would they get special preference, he replied in French: " Why don't you do it" Extremely rude and inappropiate behavior! My wife told the younger receptionist with glasses that they need to treat all customers equally. The whole experience was SO UNPLEASANT that we did not want to stay in Marrakech. Also the breads for breakfast were cold.

Great location. The best breakfast in town!

Just a cross the street from the train station. Room size was great, A free water bottle in the room, Great location near many restaurants, The breakfast was AMAZING! Simply the best breakfast in town. It was over the top!

Well situated, clean.

It’s so embarassed to take food and be stopped by the guard, I’m not informed when check-in that food could’t be taken inside! It took long time to doubly confirm if Mini bar was used or not, even I said that I didn’t use. Maybe you can clear the fridge and send the drink when each customer needed!

Great central location and nice pool area for escaping the summer heat. Pool cafe food was good. Great spa.

AC was struggling to keep rooms cool. Rooms could use some modernization but were clean, large and comfortable.

Poor location. Wouldn't go back.

Breakfast was excellent. And I had an internal facing balcony room. This is far quieter, and nicer, than the rooms facing the very busy and noisy roads.

Staff are not very nice. No laundry facilities, and outside service took too long so I washed my clothes in my room and hung them to try on the outside balcony. They dried very quickly.

I liked the pool and the relaxing environment. Drinks available to buy from fridge is good but costs a lot more than local shops

My gold earrings in my room ended up broken I had 2 pair and one fastener on each was broken I assume they tried them on they refused to accept any responsibility because the sign said not but if I left my room locked and didn't leave my belongings Unattended in a common area why wouldn't that be something they are responsible for then all the plumbing was backed up so no I was not p leased and would like a full refund
