Tolerable for a short period

There was free breakfast and it was relatively close to the main streets

When we arrived they put us into a room in which the bathroom was covered in hair and someone else’s toiletries. It was very dirty and we had to ask to move. They did move us which was good but the next room was still poor. They never emptied the bathroom bin which with 3 girls staring filled quickly. We had to continually ask for toilet rolls to be replaced. Mattress and pillows lumpy and uncomfortable

Emplacement et personnel sympa

Chambre avec des trous dans le mur, qui donne sur un gymnase de foot juste derrière donc très bruyant vu que la fenêtre au dessous de la porte n’est qu’une simple moustiquaire. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans un autre bâtiment Le billard est aussi dans un autre bâtiment et je jacuzzi n’était pas fonctionnel. Assez déçus des prestations en vue des photos postées dans l’annonce

Extrem schmudeliges Hotel mit desinteressierten Mitarbeitenden. Entäuschung von A bis Z.

Uns hat die Unterkunft von A bis Z enttäuscht. Nach sechs Monaten reisen sind wir uns einiges gewohnt, das hier bildet die Spitze des Negativen. Alles ist extrem alt und verbraucht. Die Zimmer sind äusserst deprimierend und hellhörig. Im Bad stinkt es aus den Abflüssen stark nach Urin, man hat null Ablagefläche, das Toilettenpapier liegt irgendwo herum. Die Dusche hat praktisch keinen Wasserdruck. Das WLAN funktionierte mehrere Stunden nicht, auch Wasser hatten wir mehrmals nicht. Das Frühstück war lieblos und lächerlich wenig. Nicht einmal Wasser wird angeboten. Die Mitarbeitenden sind desinteressiert und das absolute Gegenteil von aufmerksam sowie hilfsbereit. Wir mussten neues Toilettenpapier organisieren, unsere Abfallkübel überlappten alle ausnahmslos. Niemand kam auf die Idee, bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt mal den Abfall zu wechseln.

Tienen para hacer actividades como kayaks, el lugar es abierto, las camas están muy cómodos, la cocina compartida muy completa y limpia.

Cuando pague no contaban con sencillo, quedaron de dejarme el cambio en la habitación pero nunca lo llevaron

Die Küche lädt nicht zum Kochen ein. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche mit Tischtennis und Billard befinden sich in einem anderen Hostel, etwa 3 Minuten entfernt.

Fueron bastante flexibles con el check in, ya que llegamos mas temprano de lo acordado, el hostel se encuentra en una zona muy centrica y es de facil acceso caminando al hostel del centro de San Pedro, el personal del restaurante y del hostel es bastante amigable.

No tenia jacuzzi, ni gimnasio como se dice en la publicidad

Quiet place with great breakfast

All of the staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy. It's off the main path, so it's much quieter than many of the other hostels closer to the lancha dock.

While the dorm beds are very comfortable, they're really squeaky. The bathrooms are inside the room with our ventilation, so it can smell a little musty.

Pleasant

The staff were extremely helpful especially given my limited Spanish, met some nice people staying in the hostel. A shortish walk from the ferry and out of the annoying noise of San Pedro.

The dorm room was quite unpleasant and unclean unfortunately. The bathroom was particularly dirty, and the whole room had a bit of a smell. Bed not comfortable and shook a lot when the other occupant moved.

Really nice hotel with nice service. They helped us to book a shuttle und got us our tickets.

the bathroom smells a little bit, but its clean. The neighborhood is a bit loud, but the musil stops at least at 12.

Affordable, clean, basic rooms, good location

I liked that it was a few "blocks" away from the party hostels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but clean. On my third night they offered a promotion that included free breakfast.

My first few nights there were quiet, but my last night a party chicken bus parked in front of the hostel and blared music from 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. I think the party bus was arranged by the resort around the corner.

Its an OK hostel of others are taken, I dont believe the sheets change after every guest that visits the bed, Showers are OK and Wifi is fast. I had a situation where the room was hot as a sauna and I couldnt turn on the fan because the noise was waking up the others so I decided to seek the help of the employees perhaps to find another bed to sleep in, Only to see the night shift guy drunk and unable to walk in a straight line.

Perfect affordable place for two people to stay in.

Very good value for money. Close to the main street so we felt safe walking to and from bars at night but far enough away that it wasn’t too loud. The building is fairly new so clean and wifi was good other than a few power cuts which can’t be helped! We were looking for somewhere on a budget and it was perfect and Lukas was very friendly.

It was pretty basic but that was exactly what we were looking for so no complaints.

I'm not sure if the towels were stained or dirty but had our own to use so not a problem. we didn't feel like anything else was dirty, overall good value for money for what you got I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Good place, clean and quiet. Near the most popular street and the piers for Panajachel. Easy to find. At reception they gave us recommendations to visit the Nariz del Indio, an amazing viewpoint that is highly recommended. The common area, and the kitchenette were good too

the bathroom door was wrong, but they changed it immediately when told.
