There is neighbours with dangerous dogs who haven bitten other residents many times

nothing.
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. The road there is very dangerous, during the day and at night (you can easily have an accident on the dangerous climbs) you can get lost on the way in the jungle. You do not see their end of the road up and you can't see if a car or someone come, you have to beep all the way on a one-way road. By the time you get to the top of the dark road, there are scary dogs that jump on people. Full of reptiles in the rooms too. They charge electricity for the use of the room.
Now water sometimes.
There is no service and almost no one to talk to.
When you want to do a check out, there is no one to bring the deposit money back

Nice sunset View
the bedding and pillow covers smell of sweat and was not cleaned when we arrived. the kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. the place is generally lacking any kind of maintenance, you will not see it on the pics but their is mould on the ceilings and the kitchen cabinets are chipped and peeling. you will need a SUV to access the accommodation as it is very steep and probably not safe by motor bike especially when dark. walking is not an option and there are no nearby restaurants or shops. there is a family of giant geckos living in the lounge area below the blind, 1 is the size of an adult male foot. I complained and checked out after 1 day and got refunded by Booking.com

the view was really good also the pool and the pool table was good entertainment for kids.
The location was really bad. it was really hard to get the taxi on top of the hill and you need to get down for essential as well like there was no tea coffee provided. The prices that was provided for the tour at the property was wrong.

Didn’t like anything. No one was the to greet us in to the apartment. The taxi man that pick us up from the ferry port had the keys for our apartment and knew exactly where our room was. The taxi man (although was lovely) was not a private taxi and the fact that he had the keys to our apartment which 3 young girls stayed in was a bit concerning
The apartment was lovely how ever the location was AWFUL. The apartment was up the steepest hill ever and this was not specified, there was no way that it was possible to walk up and down this hill, and the apartment was so remote that you did need to leave to get supplies. The offer of a car/moped was offered however as tourist to the island we were not comfortable doing this, and it was rather expensive for us as travels to rent. We got transport back to the hotel one night and we were left in the middle of the hill due to the transport not being able to find the apartment, we were left in the middle of a storm as well. As soon as this happened the transport told us to move hotel, and we did, we only stayed one night because it was so bad. I did pay for all 3 nights and was told I could contact to get a partial refund however after contacting the hotel multiple times I have never received a reply. I do not recommend this place whatsoever, the way the treat people is disgusting, after explaining our situation no one even got in touch to apologise for the traumatic experience we went through after being there only 24 hours, and the location is awful. Do not stay here

Excellent staff, Alan was very supportive and polite,
Great location and value for money. Amazing view towards the sea, but we struggle a bit because of hot water wasn't working well. And mentioned facilities are not there ex (washing machine, oven, water, ect. But other than that excellent place for relaxing and for some time out from crowded places. Special thanks to (alan)

bed and presentation of the villa was good. Shower was good. Great views.
the hob didn’t work, a/c didn’t work in the bedroom, the windows in the kitchen and bathroom didn’t have locks so anyone could get in the villa. There was a power cut for several hours, although there was a storm the power cut lasted 2 hours after the storm. The walkway to get to the villa is very dangerous and someone could very easily get seriously hurt. there are large gaps in windows and doors so lizards, cockroaches etc can get in.

Pretty clean inside and good interior. All necessary appliance in the kitchen. Friendly staff and good service
Pool area was a disappointment. Pool was quite dirty but got cleaned after asking. Deck around pool is filled with booby traps ( old deck with holes everywhere and they are covered with thin plastic sheet) should definitely be renovated asap.

Partial view over the roof of house in front was nice. Room set up was nice with outside patio. Water dispenser was handy too.
Cleanliness of the bathroom and under lot of dust under the bed could be improved. Quality of Shower gel and shampoo are hostel grade. No WiFi whatsoever.... checked all networks with password provided in Welcome book. Communication with host was non existent ... Called 2 numbers multiple time with no answer. When we agreed to meet at property, 3hours later nobody came (that wasted my limited time). Couldn't use nice looking swimming pool.
