It was just a quick weekend getaway and our stay was great. Check in was quick and super friendly.

Solid hotel for visiting PTown. Long walk into town, but easy parking.

Best parts: Mike who drove the van, and the location. Mike was the warmest, nicest person at the hotel. He embodied the welcoming spirit that I wished his colleagues had. He was so hospitable, kind, and helpful. Some of the women who worked at night were lovely as well. But during the day, I asked for help with a huge suitcase, and they said that they don't have anyone who works at the hotel who helps with bags. This was NOT a cheap hotel, and even the most basic hotels will always offer to help people who need help. There was a kind of cold energy during the day. Again, the folks at night were much friendlier. My room was fine and clean, but taking a shower made the whole bathroom flood. There was a strange slant to the floor that made it very dangerous and slippery. Perhaps that was just my room!

I can’t recommend Harbor Hotel Provincetown enough! A bit of a last minute booking unknown, and what a pleasant surprise when we got there. Very smart, modern but comfortable. Crista (Krista?) was absolutely lovely when we checked in, friendly, delightful to chat with, and very helpful with all questions Provincetown. Excellent guest service! As we were staying there on slower nights off-season, the hotel was generous enough to give us an upgrade – very stylish twin bathrooms, one by the spacious bedroom, and the other by the equally spacious lounge w sofa, tv & dinette. Both separated by a sliding door, so it felt more like a well designed apartment than a hotel room. Oh, and then there’s the beach & ocean view (we were on the second floor) filling all of the large windows, and the most beautiful of sunrises! The gentleman who checked us at - terrible at names, sorry - was just as helpful, recommending parking near a great brunch spot Cafe Heaven. We travel often, and staying here was a delight from start to finish - highly recommended!

The front desk staff was super helpful in recommending local restaurants to eat at.

The property is excellent. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. It is also right across the street from the beach, provides a shuttle into downtown, and has a very hospitable staff.
Ask for a room further away from the entrance to the pool for more privacy ;)

Clean, quiet, sold some beverages, across from the beach. 2 fire pits active in late September. Front desk was very helpful. Great tv and lovely updated bath area.

We love this hotel nice rooms with balconies, great pool, across the street from water and good location with easy transit

No phone in room, bar/food closes by 4pm, not as nice as the photos for the money they charge

Loved the room, the property and staff was amazing. Not happy to find pet fee was "per pet, per night!" Outrageous! Especially when my dogs are 9 lbs each and the charge is the same for BIG dogs. When a Senior travels alone, she is safer and happier with a pet.

The room looked like it was recently renovated, and equipped with a mini fridge. The pool is heated and has lounge chairs, tables, a little hammock area and fire pits. It is about a half an hour walk to town from the hotel but they offer free shuttle services every half an hour until 8:30 PM. There’s a small beach across the street that my pup absolutely loved.

Shuttle was useful
Could use more staff - those who were there were accommodating and helpful
Limited to no food options in the hotel was difficult especially with young kids
Tesla parking lot great for EV users
Lots of room for kids to roam

The place was dirty and carpet stained. Called Travelocity to report the conditions and they did not do anything. I paid $366.00 for a dirty motel

Great hotel, stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 dogs and was very pleased with my experience

This hotel, although nicely updated, is in an inconvenient location, basically in Truro, not Provincetown. If you have friends in town you’ll spend hours of your time biking back and forth, and then they charge you $30 per day for “amenities” you never used once, on top of the $400-500 nightly rate. Never again.

Right on the beach. Very clean. And very quiet considering it’s a family hotel with a pool and cool playscape area.

There was a domestic situation in the room next to us. We called the front desk and cops ended up coming but it kept us up for 3 hours from 3-6 am. For the money we were spending we expected the hotel to handle the situation more swiftly. Staff was unapologetic during checkout and didn’t even ask how the stay was. Spending $700 for 2 nights I would’ve expected better service or at least some compassion. Sink and shower also backed up.

Was a very relaxing place to stay

There was a couple fighting at 3 am and we called the front desk. They I believe called the police who came twice. Kept our entire row of rooms up( we were next door) paying $625 a night the hotel did nothing to compensate us or even acknowledge or apologize for the disturbance. I’ll never stay here again. Sink and shower also didn’t drain properly and had to keep shutting off shower during so it wouldn’t flood

First two days and half we had to deal with a broken ac unit that was leak large amount of water all over the floor. Everyone knew about the issue and still rented us the room, from front desk to management to maintenance. Once fixed on the third day, we didn’t have any other problems with the stay at the hotel.

Parts are being remodeled and others already are. It’s nice in a lot of ways…nice design choices…except for the artificial grass at the pool area…which gets way too busy to really enjoy. Milk as an option with the coffee in the lobby would’ve been nice.

The main issue with this hotel is that it's too old. The room floors are not carpeted and rugs are torn, ACs are noisy, and showers are old and need renovation. This hotel really needs an overhaul. And some staff are not very friendly.
6.0 / 10.0
Three bummers:
- 1950's AC unit was LOUD
- The mold spots all around the lower part of the beds is unacceptable (and unhealthy)
- And when three people reserve the room please have three, not two, shower towels available

Nice to be across from the beach. It’s a mile and a half from town but they have shuttles. We have a room overlooking to the pool, it can be noisy. This hotel is great for families with kids or if you are in a big group. There was a bachelorette party last night. Lots of outdoor spaces to hang out with fire pits. The pool area is big with games and hammocks.

What a great place to stay. The staff was very nice , they had a great pool I love how the hotel is extremely dog friendly. The hotel has a driver to take you to town they hotel is across the street from the ocean it’s perfect !

Except for the noisy construction it was great
6.0 / 10.0
Construction going on and wasn’t notified until we arrived. It was noisy and dirty and we were in the part that wasn’t renovated yet and right over and across the hall from the work. However, that said I am sure once it’s all done it will be an excellent place to stay. Just wish we had been told.

We picked this hotel because it had last minute availability and was relatively affordable. It was in a less convenient area of Ptown (the edge of East End), but we drove back and forth on Bradford St. w/ no problem!
The lobby is cute and there was a wine hour (wish I was told at check-in instead of getting a text a few minutes before), some popcorn, and early morning yoga.
The pool was nice (seemed clean). Firepit by the beach was lovely. The cabana closes at 4pm (again, we only found that out when it was too late).
The rooms were kinda dingy - not terrible, but dirty carpets and a constant damp.
There is a convenient shuttle that we saw and staff seemed pretty friendly and helpful.
