Freat Staff and fun people all around. Nice clean room, a little cold in the furnishings, but very pleasant.

Location was great for what I needed. The parking was frustrating as none of the elevators in the parking ramp were accessible when I arrived or when I left, making it challenging to get to my car. It was a little distressing since everywhere you see signs to lock your car and I’m walking around by myself in a parking ramp. I mentioned the challenges with the parking ramp to the front desk with no response other than yeah it’s a separate ownership.
The room was nice except smelled somewhat like urine as soon as I walked in. I was in a hurry so I didn’t wanna mess with trying to change rooms. I shut the door to the bathroom, which seemed to help with the smell. I mentioned to the staff in the morning and they said they were going to talk to engineering about it. It seemed like it might’ve been a drain issue. But it was definitely an unpleasant smell.
I had hoped a room that was $150 a night plus $40 overnight parking would be a little bit nicer.

A great stay! The staff were all very welcoming. Tom, are go to man was always helpful and friendly.
The rooms were very clean. The beds are very comfortable! Nice amenities

Front desk girl with shorter brown hair who checked us in was super friendly.
The issue was our room faced the road and there were bars across the street which both caused noise late at night. So make sure your room doesn't face the bars. Also $100 a night for a small dog to stay in the room is insane.

Great location, I had to ask for service to my room which I thought was not acceptable.

I would have given this a 5 star except for the bed was like sleeping on a board. So terribly uncomfortable which was difficult to sleep and woke up with a sore back.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful! Parking was nice and easy on the attached ramp. Very clean and modern hotel. Beds were comfy!

The primary issues with my stay are largely beyond the hotel's control - noise, constantly - from the street, from rooms above, below, and next door, where a loud party raged till 4:00 a.m.
Bedding isn't posh - bedspread is little more than 3 sheets. The food in the bar and breakfast were both good, nice service at the bar and friendly, helpful people at the front desk.

I enjoyed the hotel but directly across the street and my direct view were the area's strip clubs! Happy I wasn't traveling with the kids.

Pros: Room was nice for the price, bathroom very spacious and attractive, shower was phenominal for a hotel. Luzurious shower for sure. Front desk staff got us a couple of extra waters when we stopped by and asked.
Cons: Curtain didn't close all the way so room didn't get fully dark at night. Bathroom door is frosted glass which is pretty but if someone gets up at night to use the bathroom, turning on the bathroom light illuminates the whole room (through the glass door). We asked the front desk staff for a couple of extra pillows, she said they'd send them up but didn't.
Overall, for about $150 this was a really good value. Felt more upscale than the price.

Walkable to Target Field. Excellent breakfast and fun bar area. Easy check in/out.

My only complaint is a wish they validated the parking ramp. Its 40 bucks to park your car overnight.

Very clean property, quiet, and easy walk to Target Field. The only thing I would improve upon is options for food. We were planning on eating dinner there, and they just had a few options that were kind of “fussy” type food items. We ended up ordering pizza instead!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. We were in the city for a Metallica concert at the US Bank Stadium and we walked (about a 15-20 minute walk).
I write this next part as someone who lives on an old farm place on a dirt road, but it was LOUD! We are not used to so much traffic noise but last night it was ridiculously loud. We weren’t able to eat supper until around 1:30am and we finally laid down to sleep at 2am. As we were trying to sleep it sounded like people were racing outside. You could also hear people yelling outside. It took awhile for us to fall asleep due to how loud it was. But, after all, it is downtown Minneapolis. I wasn’t expecting it to be super quiet like at home, but it was unnecessarily loud. No fault to the hotel it self, but just beware that it may be loud throughout the night at this location.
We would come back. The price was great and we were close enough to where we had to be for the concert. Like I mentioned above, staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

Had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. Called the front desk and they sent somebody up with a plunger.. no idea why there wasn’t anything in the toilet. Called front desk again and they had us move to a different room. This was all after midnight so kind of an inconvenience.

Great, clean spot by the lovely North Loop neighborhood. Easily get to Twins, Timberwolves, and Vikings game! Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as Mississippi River access. There’s a great gym on site. My only small complaints are that breakfast is a little pricey for a buffet, and they only clean rooms once every other day (luckily, they cleaned ours every day once we requested it). Overall, great price for a great hotel!

The hotel was very nice and easy to navigate after checking in. Entry was a little tricky before we checked in.

Very convenient and close to Target Field and Target Stadium. Very modern and very clean.

Worst experience in a hotel. No privacy in the bathroom area. 2 inches gap between toilet area and the main room. The sink was outside in the “kitchen- closet area”. Did not refresh the room after first night until we asked and insisted. Minimal number of towels. Electric system was tricky. Could not turn on the light in the bathroom or shower without the main room. No light above the sink or mirrors.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. This hotel is way overrated on this app tons of issues with the place. There’s a hole above the check-in area in the ceiling really crappy paint work you could tell the place has been painted 10 times. The bar was dirty and gross. My room was super humid poor ventilation Towels, kind of stunk like musty not impressed at all

The hotel and room is spotless. Very good staff and bar area. Good location close to north loop and restaurants. The room has no bureau or drawers of kind for clothes. Not well though out.

Beautiful property! Bartender Karin was fantastic. We got stranded due to massive flight cancellations. I managed to rent a car online at 10 pm so we checked out early at 715am. When we got to The rental car counter at the airport after waiting about 45 minutes in line we were told that our confirmation was a glitch from the IT outage and the system was confirming cars that they did not have available. So we were not able to get a car to drive home. We managed to book a greyhound bus that leaves 6 PM tonight. So we returned to the hotel and asked them if there was anyway that we could rent a room back for a few hours so we could rest. He said we would still have to pay the full room rate. I pointed out that it wasn’t checkout time yet for the room that we paid for last night but he offered no options. He told us we could hang out in their lobby. I asked him if they have a restaurant since we hadn’t eaten in nearly 24 hours and he said yes we have one but it’s closed. Then I walked around the corner in the lobby and found a big breakfast buffet with several people eating. The waitress told me they were open so we sat down and ate. Not sure why the guy at the front desk told me they were closed, but that just rubbed me the wrong way. Then when I got up to use the restroom, I walked in to find a man in the restroom, cleaning it without a sign on the door. As a loyal Marriott customer for more than 20 years I had hoped maybe to have it better experience.
