We could hear event music from the roof in our room until 1 am. Otherwise room was comfortable.

Not an ideal location

Alex was incredible. He made the stay worth it
4.3
Was close to Audi field. The place was comfortable and staff are very friendly
4.3
I enjoyed my stay here. Great location if you want to go a baseball game.
4.3
Great place to stay. Area around the hotel has a lot of great places to eat. Quiet, clean part of the city.
4.3
Very comfortable rooms and attentive staff. The only limitation, which will correct in time, is the there are not good dining options nearby.
4.3
Friendly service. Modern, clean room. No complaints at all. 5 min walk to Nationals Park and restaurants.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was great. Our room wasn’t ready so instead of 2 beds we got a one bed suite with a rollout couch. There was a lot of construction outside our window so it got pretty noisy in the morning.
4.3
To start, the way to navigate the street is weird. There is construction next door and which means the street is particularly blocked. If there some one trying to us the street going west, you have to stop as if it a one way. You are best off to use the Valet for $55, bring cash for tip. Check in is a breeze. Our room was nice looking be there was a bunch of sand or dirt the floor that stuck your feet. Then house keeping entering with out knocking while we were undressing. The shower had mild and grime on it. The next morning house keeping tried to enter again. We had the bolt up so they were able to get far. But check out was easy too.

Great location for walking to a game at Audi field and easy walk along the water to restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Only problem was bathroom sliding door got stuck if closed too far(all the way).
4.3
Never any availability of food on premises, always closed to public.
4.3
Great room, close to ballpark.
4.3
Location is right then for the baseball and soccer stadium. So thats nice. Area is being gentrified rapidly. So that's weird. Lots of bars and restaurants around and felt safe enough for a city. Staff was young but really good and helpful. Room and building was fairly new but clearly bulding in a rush. AC barely worked. No ventilation so was damp. Shower door didn't close. Bathroom had a water leak somewhere. Etc. Also, they rented out the rooftop deck Saturday night for a party that lasted late and the hotel was full of people not staying at the hotel. If going back for another game, i will look to stay somewhere else more in the Navy Yard neighborhood.

Very good

Dead rats outside of the entrance. Valet took almost an hour to get to us. We had to sit outside in the traffic in our car for that long before someone even told us what to do. We were told we had to request the car through an app but then we still had to go request it from the valet stand after waiting for it for 20 after the app request we were told to send.
4.3
Great service. When I checked in my room was across from an elevator and when I went downstairs to request one further away from the elevator I got upgraded to a spacious corner room.
4.3
Valet was a mess and it took forever. They also double charged me for the room.

The hotel very new and looks clean, our family stayed 4 nights, no room service provided. The first 2 nights we have chosen not to provide room service, but when we want them to provide room service, no one doing it. The first night we stayed, there is party hosted on the top of the building, it's noisy, the worst part is fire alarm rings at 7am, we rushed out, and no staff from hotel telling us what's going on, and no one told us when the situation dismissed. We were standing on the street until we saw the fire truck left, and we were still not sure should we go back to our room or not, because no employee from hotel told us so. Also, the last night we stayed, between 12pm to 5am the room smells horrible, at beginning we thought our kids didn't flash toilet, I checked it's cleaned, and the smell became worse and worse. We have to turn the air conditioner stronger and lower temperature, finally the room doesn't smell too bad, but the result is our kid got sick due to the low temperature.

The property lists the rooftop deck as one of the amenities, but you really don't have access to it because it is always rented out. They play LOUD music pretty much nightly until midnight or later. After the partying is finished on the rooftop deck, you get to hear all of the loud drunk folks outside of your hotel room for another half hour. It's impossible to get any sleep. Not the safest hotel for a single, female traveler due to the partying, constant smell of marijuana, etc. The cleaning crew is a joke. I was there for 4 nights and was provided with 2 k-cups and 2 creamers. My room was "cleaned" twice and they didn't refill either one. They also didn't give me a fresh, clean bag for my ice bucket even though I had clearly used the initial one provided. They made the bed and gave me a fresh towel but didn't clean anything else (it was blatantly obvious) and my room was in very good order when I went out for the day. (I didn't have any clutter keeping them from cleaning properly) Definitely would NOT stay here again.

Hotel itself is very nice. The untold story is it is located on the edge of the “hood” (low income, high crime area). We were accosted out front of the hotel by 5 juveniles throwing rocks, some of which hit my husband and made our Uber driver leave us stranded. Employees did nothing as the kids all came and stood in front of the building apparently knowing the employees. Parties at night on the 9th floor ,with loud music, which could be heard from our 7th floor room. Front desk employees were all very nice and helpful, but I can’t say the same for the parking attendants outside. Proximity to the baseball stadium makes it a great place to stay when going to games, but I won’t be back. It’s about a 1/2 mile hike to walk to food options on the north side of the stadium + the subway. Just walk next to the ball park to avoid a problems.

1. Most items on menu in restaurant were unavailable.
2. Rooftop was closed due to a birthday party on the 4th of July. The staff seemed unsure or unaware of anything that was happening. Rooftop was also closed on July 3rd. Notice should be given to hotel guests when amenities are not going to be available.
4.3
Love the location, quiet, a great place to stay. Property should not book events if it can’t handle the parking capacity. Paid 55 dollars to wait 45 min to get my car on July 4
4.3
Near baseball field. Excellent location
4.3
Only hiccup was valet parking. Other than that great.
4.3
This was a great hotel. The parking was a bit expensive to be expected in a big city. All staff in the hotel & in the restaurant were super nice.
4.3
One elevator was not working the whole three days we stayed there. The wait time waiting for the other elevator was long due to parties happening every night. There are constant parties going on at the rooftop making it unsafe.
The area is not safe at all. The price is too high . The valet parking is too expensive.
4.3
The property and location were great. What I didn't like was the TV options. You can only watch local channels. In a more modernized hotel, you should have the option of connecting one of your Netflix or Hulu accounts, like I've seen in other hotels. They give you a smart mirror in the bathroom but not a smart TV......

This was my second time staying here. Nice hotel but odd valet and staff experience. Because it is near to impossible to park at the hotel you kind of have to use the $55 valet parking a day. I wouldn’t complain about the valet parking but they had me waiting for over an hour before they brought my car around. And when I asked someone at the front desk for assistance in finding my car or help finding the staff who were working valet she could care less and suggested that I walk to find them.
4.3
This property designed for two elevator only had on working. Also there was a need 4 more staff.
4.3
Great Staff, comfortable rooms, very clean.
one elevator was out of order - causing delays
The Restaurant was closed due to special events every morning
The construction noise across the street - something you couldn't help
The roof top area was not open during my stay which was disappointing
4.3
The hotel was booked months ago and 24 hours before arrival, the reservation was CANCELLED!
Unbelievable! You are fired!
4.3
Staff were friendly. Great service. Clean and comfortable rooms.
4.3
The property was updated. The bathroom was a little dirty as well as the shower curtain. The beds were too hard for me. Rooms were nice.
4.3
Came in for the baseball game. Convenient walk to the park and to surrounding areas for food and entertainment.
4.3
Hard to park your car
4.3
Busy weekend with the game and a private party, only one elevator was working.
Roof top was blocked off for a party not much information given if we could stay and grab a drink or not.
Downstairs restaurant was great!
4.3
This hotel is located in a convenient area. It is so close to Nationals Stadium and many restaurants. We were able to walk to many places. It is very clean and the workers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Loved my stay here. Will come back again.

Clean , modern decor
