Everything about the location and comfort was excellent. Food from buffet was always cold. They should work on a way to keep food hot. The food selection was only Mexican. There was no American options.

Food was great. Hotel rooms were basic and not dirty but not the cleanest. Hotel staff was friendly while at the eating areas but extremely rude and unwelcoming in the other areas of the resort. I was injured at the pool. Tiles were broken at the bottom of the pool floor and i cut my foot pretty badly. Staff was very rude about making sure i was ok and refused to give me an incident report number. I wish they were more accommodating to the people that are paying a good amount of money to be here.

The air conditioning doesn’t work. Also there was a leakage in the room , we had an in incident and they didn’t care. They don’t have anywhere in the website about the all inclusive , not being all inclusive that they charge $300 pesos additional to order from your room. Poor service from the concierge .

The room was spacious with an updated bathroom including tub and a full array of amenities. Only cards are accepted at pool bar which is a bit annoying but otherwise a great place for 2nts.

Literally the most confusing hotel layout in the history of humanity. It was so difficult to navigate, I got lost every time I left the room, and struggled to find my way around any part of the complex. The beach was immaculate, they remove the seagrass from their part of the beach, which is great. Also, they did not seem to coordinate well with Travelocity. Both check in and check out were complicated.

Our room was not ready at check on time but we got to go eat which was awesome! We got an awesome room but it was not clean. There was hair in shower and a bottle cap in the corner. Now everything else was amazing.

The nicest pool front beach was for adults only 😠 Also the fact they take no cash as form or payment on any restaurants was so annoying. Only take card payment. It might be safe for them but for me it was safer to pay cash since last time I went to Mexico they stole my card info and bought a plane ticket. Took me months to finally get that resolved with my bank 😡

The property has limited food choices, if you are vegetarian you will be hungry so don’t even pick this property as your stay. The elevators do not work. There is no AC in the lobby or any of the restaurants.

The bar staff know who has an open tab. If you are wearing an inclusive band they ignore you and ordering a drink its a nightmare. All inclusive is paying the hotel more so we should be priority if anything.

The hotel it’s amazing. Customer service is great. Pools and beach can’t complaint at all. Bad side staying on the third floor on section E is a terrible idea. Restaurant is on the 4th floor. So the noise of dragging chairs till 1 or 1:30 am and same thing on early morning 5:30 am terrible. Hotel recommended for sure but avoid section E specially third floor.

The property was appealing, I was in a beach front room on the floor level of the hotel. The buffet food was average, but the view was amazing. The pools were nice. The waters were clean, clear and beautiful shades of turquoise blue/green views. The resort is a large property and by my room being at the beach level, the front desk was a fairly long walk away. Day one, unfortunately my phone was not working and I had to walk to the front desk to report it. Day two, housekeeping cleaned our room while we were on an excursion, but they did not leave clean towels and because my phone was not fixed, I to walk to the front desk to request clean towels. Day three, my toilet would not properly flush, and again because my phone was never fixed, I had to walk all the way to the front of the hotel to report it. I again requested for my phone to be fixed and I was assured that it would be. We left for another excursion and later that night we wanted to request room service, but again our phone was not working. So, I had to walk all the way back to the front desk.

Amazing staff!!! Had trouble with a car rental and all of the staff there was amazing at helping me figure things out. One thing I wish was better is the pools, they needed to be cleaned more often.

No air conditioner in any of the restaurants, mosquitos in all rooms, one person even said thag mosquitos are just like a pet at the hotel and should not even bother us. There were about 200 mosquitos in our room and evetually they changed our room. Workers work in inhumane conditions in extreme heat and therefore service id verh bad.

The room was cleaned daily but it needs proper maintenance. Shower needs grout replacing and tiles given a deep clean. Breakfast was good, large selection. Buffet dinner was very average and the food was like warm. Don’t think all inclusive is worth it unless you like cold food and a small selection. The Italian portions were very small with no accompaniments but it was hot and nice. Ok for a short break but 2 weeks here could get a bit monotonous.

No AC in their lobby where you check in! 2 hours to check in. No one to show you to your room. The room was utterly disgusting! Smelled musty and moldy, dried crusty food on patio, couch had stains and dark long hair all over it, floors were not swept, sand everywhere, and a woman sitting on our patio arguing with someone on phone. The absolute worse experience ever! I walked back to lobby and demanded a refund.

The AC in room barely worked. No AC in the restaurants or throughout the hotel. The all- inclusive package kind of wasn’t worth it because you have to make a reservation for restaurants a whole day in advance. The property wasn’t very clean. A lot of The workers didn’t comprehend English well at all The wings in the sports bar was actually good and that’s about the only good thing I can say.

I did not enjoy my stay here. I booked 4 rooms and one of the rooms shower was ice cold. Not to mention we lost power. Room service only cleaned our room 1 days out of 4. We had to constantly ask for towels and washcloths. The food at the buffet was AWFUL AND EXPENSIVE. It was absolutely terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE. Thy don’t serve alcohol until 11am which is insane. How is this an “all inclusive” but the bar doesn’t open until 11am. The checkin process was extremely slow and they have no ac in the lobby waiting area. The elevator by our room never worked so we had to use the service area. I know the manager will probably respond to this in a disrespectful manner and let me be the first to tell you. I don’t care. Worst experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.
