doors to lobby are always locked which means if you are trying to check in you need to cheat front desk. Keys stopped working middle of the night so one family member was stuck in the stairwell in minus weather, pool water temperature was 19- 20 degrees c according to my Garmin watch. It is way too cold for us to be Able to use it. I stayed at Blackomb Lodge previously and iit must be under new management. we had a very cheap customer service experience. Only one tiny soap for a room that supposedly is for 6 people, freezing pool temperature... will definitely not stay here again

Our room was right above a bar and we didn’t get much sleep. Also, we paid for a balcony and there was only a view of the stores, not the view you see in the pictures online
1.5
Ok for overnight stay. Wouldn't recommend for extended stay.

Very poor. Doors were locked when we arrived. Facilities dirty, and run down. No hot water. Broken furniture. What staff there were uncaring & unsupportive. Worst hotel in Whistler, no question.

The room was dusty. The bathtub had hair from people that used the room before. The light in the main entrance of our room was burnt out. Even in the lobby all the garbages were overflowing and the carpets looked so dirty

Over price very unhappy customer

It was good but It's not fare that you have to pay 50 canadian dolars for luggage care before you leave Whistler. It's the first hotel in my live, I've been in 15 differents countries and they don't. Even in Hyatt Montreal I did not pay or all Europe. Bad, very bad.

Beni and Ian demonstrated excellent customer service and were very friendly and professional making us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Centrally located at the heart of the village. All the restaurants and shops at your doorsteps. Room is spacious with all necessary amenities. Soundproof is not so great, some noise from the pub downstairs past midnight.
1.5
Hotel has a locked lobby policy and a parking arrangement that make things a bit clunky. But all in all nice clean place. Staff was very friendly.

Safe, quiet, friendly manager, great parking and right by the village

Overall excellent

It was very close to all of the shops. The room included a full kitchen with dishes. No hand towels or soap for the bathroom sink. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner were included. $35 for parking was a little steep. They required $250 damage deposit which will take about 5 business days to have returned. The pool was really cold. Once the sauna heated up, it was good. The hot tub was wonderful.

Loved location. We would have loved daily room service to refresh wash cloths and coffee. No one serviced our room in the 3 days we were there. Property was older but clean and convenient.

Manager Benny(sp) was a great guy!
4.0
Staff are great, Benny went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Property looks a bit tired, much like the other properties in the village. The room was well equipped with bottle openers, glassware etc.
get a room facing the parking lot if you want a quiet stay!

Property manager was the worst! He hounded my friends in the parking lot while I checked us in! He was yelling at them if they paid for parking and if they were staying there? We literally JUST PARKED

AC didn’t work through out the stay. This hotel is too expensive when compared to similar hotels. Not worth the price.

The staff here were friendly and helpful. To our surprise the room had a kitchen. Very centrally located and great to step right out onto the village walk. We were disappointed to look out at the back alley to the parking garage and other building. We weren’t in the room that much so won’t let it keep us from returning. Will try to request front view next time.

for the price this hotel was... I was very dissapointed at the customer lvel service, dirt in the room, missing items, shower falling apart, tile stuck on with tape. will never stay again

Check in was terrible. Manager/ owner was super rude. We didn’t have worst experience like this in Whistler

Property workers seems too struct on eveything.

What i liked was that it was quite.
Dislikes, were the water when bathing you had to run for 15 minutes before it got hot. The AC was not cool enough, and it made so much noise that we could not sleep. Switched it off and got a fan. Still was not cool but had no choice.

Right in the heart of the village. Lots of fun.

One night stay price paid ($625) did not match the facilities and services provided.
1. Did not want to provide us with second key as they “didn’t have enough keys”. Eventually gave an extra key after much hesitance and upon request.
2. One light bulb in bathroom not working.
3. Optik TV not working. Called service desk. Quick in response. Brought another remote, which didn’t work either. Promised that maintenance personnel will attend to this but no one showed up until the time of check out.
4. Sofa bed came with no blankets or comforters.
5. Requested comforter, to which we were told that they don’t have enough so offered one blanket with multiple holes and long hairs stuck on it. Had to request another one, which luckily was cleaner than the other one.
Will never recommend to any friends or family. Lesson learnt - spend that much money on a better place which is a bit further from village square.

Convenient location. Decent standard room.

Unfortunately circumstances. The shower tub would not drain. The washroom door squeaked. Requested an additional wash towel twice over 4 hours and had to go personally to obtain the requested item on the third time after 1 hour of wait. I question management from the front desk to the room attendant. Expected a normal experience for the price paid. A 10AM Check Out? I had to sign an agreement that I would not be noisy 10PM. Outside the facility person yelled until 2AM. No security or police ceased the behavior.

Not a good experience and experience

Perfect location and amenities for our stay. I would recommend this hotel in the future

It was a last minute pick. Overall nice location. Took very longtime at the registration desk. Parking was far
Room were out dated and old.

There is still a pending charge of 250 C$ on my credit card for incidentals three weeks after my stay is done. It needs to be removed immediately. They should be more attentive to this type of situation.

Bad experience i have stayed so far. First of all, all door locked only way to get in for check in is to buzzed up by front desk. The staff is mean and unprofessional. No service mind not even smile to greet the guest. I can feel bad vibes. And so many rules and cant have friend over( only registered guest) which is nonsense. Room is ok but disappionted that i found they provided only one bath towel. I have stay so many hotels and most hotels will provide you a floor mat, large medium and small towels. Went to let one of the staffs know and she was talk back to me with attitude. Not recommed to stay if you dont want to feel like stayin in the jail. Lesson learned. Not gonna stay this hotel anymore.
