He staff was very helpful and our room was very clean

It's just a motel room really. Comfortable bed, pillow a little firm for me. Free air-conditioning and WiFi. Very clean and the lady on reception is lovely. There is some traffic noise but not too bad. It's situated on a industrial estate about 5km from Carcassonne. I walked it and the French don't seem to believe in pavements, don't do as I did and take the longer scenic route back because you'll have to walk in the road.
I'd definitely stay here again.

Close to the airport and has the essentials.

The room itself was fine for the price paid , although I had problems with the electronic key on the first 2 days. The hotel website says that the area is walkable but this wasn’t the case. Walking from the airport the only way to get to the hotel was by crossing a busy main road ( not by any designated pathway but a well trodden route which would be hazardous in wet weather) and then encountering a slip road off the main road. I was a single traveller and was glad that I didn’t have any children with me . None of the staff I spoke to were able to give me a walkable route into the centre of Carcassonne from the hotel. I walked on the first day but was walking on a main carriageway for a lot of the time. It was only by chance on day 3 of a 9 day stay that I discovered the only safe route into town ( 4 Kms ).

Very good reception

Charged by Expedia and then at the hotel. Arrived last minute to save driving through the night or sleeping in the car. But alas crashing would have been better

The room had an infestation of ants and the receptionist was not bothered about this.
Breakfast was awful.
Room very small....a shipping container converted!
Bathroom about the size of an aircraft bathroom.
But inexpensive. Would not stay there again.

Location, location, location... and cheap.. If you are looking for somewhere near the airport for an overnight before or after a flight, this place is perfect. Beside a McDonalds and Buffalo Grill and other eateries, within walking distance of the airport and near the Toulouse-Narbonne-Perpgnan-Barcelona Motorway, it is fine for a quick overnight. Breakfast was basic, but at this price for 2 adults and a child who can complain. its all relative...

Room was very very small, hard double bed with just 2 tiny pillows. 1 very small window, extremely noisy outside all night and incredibly hot and stuffy, couldnt leave curtain open to get more air as there were bright lights left on all night outside. It is a budget hotel but there seem to be much better places to stay for the same amount of money.

Bed was comfortable the pillows were horrid, not nice at all.

Clean & basic accommodation. As expected. Requested ground floor due to wife having difficulty climbing stairs as was given a room on the top floor.

Its a very basic but clean hotel. As long as you realise this before booking then youll be happy. If your expecting more than basic then youll be disappointed.

Went as part of a group needing multiple cheap rooms so it suited our purpose but you get what you pay for. Very basic room with very little space and uncomfortable beds. Bathroom small but shower decent and maids provide clean towels daily. More of a motel than a hotel with rooms opening onto outside. Close to supermarket/shopping mall, McDonalds and bus stop into town and only a 15min walk to airport but beside a busy road with no easy place to cross. Walls very thin! Staff very abrupt in manner at times and zero tolerance on noise after 8pm. OK for a cheap stopover but not for a family holiday.

The rooms were very small but clean. Constant sewage smell from drains spoilt the stay

Its a Hotel for voyager with secure and free car park. Fair enough to stop for a night after a long trip. Its not to far away from the city centre, so you can drive to grab some take away food and come back to eat in the room with the TV on.Continental breakfast is provided for €5 per person.

The location is probably its besy attribute.

Good position for seeing the town, but a car needed.

Very difficult to find as no access from main road, but once found easy to use the automated check in and breakfast ordering system
1.5
It had all the essentials but in a minimal space. We were literally only there to sleep and for this it was fine. It even had air conditioning which many more expensive hotels fail on. The bathroom felt like an astronauts capsule but it did the job. Most hotel breakfasts are a rip off but this one at 4.50e was excellent. We were back on the road with minimal delay.
