We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Very clean room. Beautiful courtyard area. Everything well maintained.

The property is lovely & a really fantastic location - just a few minutes (or less) walk to the main plaza, the bus terminal, the collectivo for Ek Balam, the grocery, & many restaurants. Cenote Zaci is an easy and direct 10 minute walk. The staff is super welcoming and helpful! The rooms are definitely not sound proof - & there was a lot of noise from firecrackers/fireworks (I was told it was nothing particular, just cultural - no idea what that meant) - it was happening during the day and until late in the night for all 4 days I was there, not sure if it's a regular thing or somehow just during my time there... This is not the fault of the property - I think I would have heard it from anywhere in the center of town. Either way, something to consider for traveling to Valladolid if you are noise-sensitive. As a single traveler, I felt very safe at the property and while walking around all over town. I appreciated that they have a water dispenser - but I really think basic coffee should be available in the morning for no charge (they do not offer it in the rooms). Aside from the coffee issue (which will be a consideration next time I come to Valladolid), I would happily stay again.

Only stayed one night and checked in late, but I had a great stay here. Front desk was kind and very helpful. The room was also nice and had a hammock, which I definitely used.

This hotel in Valladolid was an amazing stay for us. The property was very well-maintained and looked exactly like the photos. Despite being located in town, it offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Everything was within walking distance, and Cenote Zaci, which is a must-visit, was only about 7 minutes away. There were plenty of food spots and colorful streets nearby, perfect for exploring the city.
Our room was spacious and clean, and the swimming pool, surrounded by trees, was the perfect place to relax. The hotel only offered coffee, but we received two complimentary drinks thanks to our Expedia VIP perks. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice instalations and 7 min walking to downtown. The only thing is they don't have parking, you have to find a spot on the street.

The property location and staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. However the wifi was very poor.
Also the kitchen is closed on Fridays so no breakfast is available.

Nice place in general. Breakfast was pricey, street parking, shower wasn’t hot. But it’s a five minute walk to square, comfy bed, pool, pretty.

Fantastic boutique hotel close to centre of town. Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and the presence of a pool was a luxury! Felt like a mexico casa with a touch of luxury

lent location right next to an awesome bakery. They allowed us to drop off our luggage early morning way before our check-in since we were going for a tour at Chichen-Itza. Only regret is that I did not stay longer. The town of Valladolid is a great place to wonder off.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was great. The water was tepid in one of our rooms, but great in the other. The kitchen is not open every morning, but coffee is always available, as are muffins and bread. We would love to return!

Nice little place, convenient and walking distance to the main square. Helpful staff.
Wish breakfast was included in the rate.
Our room was well appointed. I used the hammock but not the small external plunge pool as I found the water a bit on the cold side.

This was a lovely property. The courtyard and pool area was very relaxing. The staff were so helpful. The location was excellent and we were able to easily walk to the town square and other points of interest. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was our first stay in Valladolid and we would return - and stay in this beautiful, boutique hotel.

Nice small hotel at walking distance to the center of Valladolid. The staff was super-friendly and the room we got exceeded our expectations by far! Whenever coming back to Valladolid, Casa Valladolid Boutique will be one of our first destinations to look for.

Fun little spot near Valladolid Centro.
Worked well for our family of 8 to overnight in 2 units.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area with grocery stores, a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. As far as the room, it needed a bit more furniture and the bathroom lacked towel hooks.

Right in the city centre, but not in the party area.

We loved our stay here! We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our baggage there and we took a nice walk through the area. Very walkable to numerous restaurants and some beautiful neighborhoods. Very clean! having just spent three weeks in filthy Tulum (sorry, not a pleasant city). We hope to return to Valladolid in our future travels. This hotel was perfect!

I loved my stay at Casa Valladolid. The staff were nice and attentive. The courtyard was beautiful, felt like we were separated from the city. Bed and shower were super good. The location was amazing, close to everything. I would come back again!

This was a great location for our stay in Valladolid! We had originally booked a totally different place to stay, and it was not good, so Casa Valladolid was a real saving grace for us, and really saved out trip by giving a solid place to stay to start our 2 week, multi city trip.
What a cute courtyard area this place had, with a comfortable pool!
Easy parking, a 5 minute walk to the square with bars and restaurants.
You can borrow towels for cenote trips. We got a Jr suite with a cute patio area.
Reception was responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend this location to stay!

We booked the Family Room for 2 nights. Despite the fact the room is presented as a 6 guest room (3 double beds), the hotel charges an additional amount of 20 USD per person beyond 3.
The room looked and felt like a cave, without real windows. The rare natural light sources could not be covered, despite the hotel claims there are blackout curtains.
One of the bottom sheets was torn on about 5 inches.
The trash bags of the hotel were stacked right at the bottom of the stairs leading to 3 rooms including the Family Room.
The tiled floor of the so called garden area was filthy.
The tiny swimming pool was dirty, not clear at all but looking milky. We definitely could not use it, a pity when you consider the high temperatures of Valladolid.
On checkin, we were handed 2 vouchers for a free coffee. When we reminded them we were 4 guests, they refused to give us 2 more, arguing this offer is only valid for 2 guests, despite the fact we were charged 40 USD for additional guests.
Of cours we did not use the vouchers as we did not want to pay for 2 more coffees that should have been free.
Upon checkout, I handed back the unused coffee vouchers to the hotel managers, telling her my feeling about this situation. No excuse at all : she just stuck to the hotel policy that she said was 2 vouchers per room.
The entire experience was a disaster.

We stayed three nights at this little gem, and we plan to return! It has a charming courtyard with pool, comfy beds, super clean rooms, great breakfast menu and food. The staff are helpful and it is a short walk to the big square.
