This gorgeous 4-bedroom home is set back in the oaky forest of Chilmark. The scenic drive down the hillside to this home provides some of the greatest views on Martha's Vineyard, overlooking the ocean and unique island topography. Located in the secluded outskirts of Menemsha, there's easy access to Menemsha Hills and the Brickyard trail system. A short hike from the front door and you have access to miles of maintained paths including Brickyard historic site, a brick factory that powered the construction of New Bedford and Boston. Alternatively, take a 10-minute walk and you can enjoy private Brickyard beach adjoining the historic site. Upon arrival, the woods open up to a contemporary home with a clean expansive lawn on the hillsides of Chilmark. Inside, you will find all the historic charm the Cape and Islands are known for. Numerous windows make you feel like you are truly tucked away in your own forest world. This home has an open floor-plan that provides an optimal space for entertaining friends and family.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
