Breakfast was lovely. The location was easy for the beach, walking around the old city, and catching a taxi to anywhere. Halima and all staff were lovely.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. It was easy to find and very pretty inside. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us in arranging a taxi to the train station on our departure day. Breakfast was tasty and available at any time of our choosing. I’d definitely recommend this as a great home base for exploring Rabat, an under-appreciated gem of a city in Morocco.

This is a really nice area of the medina. Clean, safe, well-lit, and pretty. Mostly local residents.
The riad is beautiful, the rooms are nice too.
Walking distance to the Kasbah and Andalucian gardens. There's a nice ocean breeze when on the way too.
There's parking on Av. Laalou just a short walk away; that street is crazy busy and hard to find a parking spot on, but overall still very convenient since you're staying inside the old city.
Breakfast was decent.
WiFi worked well.
Shower was nice, as were the free toiletries.
When I booked the room, it said there'd be 2 twin beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (per booking description). What we got was a single room with a queen bed. The staff were able to pull the bed apart into 2 twin beds, so it wasn't too bad in the end, but overall the description of the room on booking made it seem like it's a lot bigger than what we got.
This is typical for riads - but there's almost no sound blocking in the room. You can hear what other people in other rooms are saying. We were really tired from our trip and wanted to sleep in a bit (until 9am), but other guests were up and having breakfast earlier, and even though they were speaking quietly, the noise woke us up.
Also typical for riads - the beds were quite hard. Ok for a night's sleep, but probably not so great if you're staying more than one night.

Only minor point to improve : electricity sometimes apparent or weak.

The property is a beautiful Riad.
They have maintained the character but also made it confortable.
It was not a problem for us but it does have very steep stairs- could be a problem for some guests.

Beautiful and comfortable riad situated in the medina, close to the sea and the tram. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with air conditioning, a tv, armoire and closet, and an en suite bathroom including a large shower. The breakfast was generous and freshly prepared. There are beautiful indoor and outdoor common spaces for relaxing as well. The staff was generous with their time and local knowledge, and each of them (from kitchen and cleaning staff to front desk management, made our time more pleasant with their caring and courtesy. Because of them we will happily return to this place!

Traditional riad - close to the city centre

The location is definitly the highlight and the cleannesss of the place too. Our bedroom Iris was definitely a perfect size for few days. The breakfast was lovely on day one and a little bit less day 2 but great overall. The staff was great too, but lacked transparency regarding diner service (payment).
The rooftop has no view at all on the city. The welcoming was not as lovely as the other riads we’ve visited but more than enough.
The dîner for two was outrageously expensive (54€); we had to pay by cash without a detailed bill. It was required for the bedroom as well, but as we didn’t have any cash left, we could pay by card ….
Leaving early the last day, a “take away” breakfast was given to us, although it was a lovely gesture it's not recommended as everything milky was warm and the piece of bread stiff.

In the heart of the city, safe, clean, beautifully arranged, all necessary services, GREAT staff!!!
The host arranged very difficult parking for us, safe and close by. Very attentive and caring owners & operators. Good breakfast. Quiet and safe.
The only thing is that you have to walk with your luggage but nothing can be done with it.

This riad is so beautiful and well maintained. It’s an oasis in the city. The location is central and we found parking close by. The staff were so polite and kind and totally professional. The breakfast was excellent and they catered for my daughters vegan diet. I can recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.
