El Riad es muy bonito y tranquilo. Solo 3 habitaciones y muy cuidado todo.
El señor que nos atendió era un poco impertinente.

Comfortable room with everything we needed. Tarik was a superb host. He went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. He arranged everything we needed, even offering us the loan of his umbrella. And he provided a delicious breakfast. I can’t say enough about Tarik - he gets 5 stars!
value not on par with other similar properties

The property was very clean and traditional which created a great experience for us. Amazing location in the heart of Medina and great pool and terrace.
Thanks again Khalid for the great experience with you for the first few days. You welcomed us with tea and sweet and treated us so well during our whole stay!
The only ‘negative’ aspect of the propriety is that, In our room, there was only the bath tube without a separate shower

This Dat is well located in the Medina and, once you know the way, easy to find. The ceiling of our room was amazing.
Having a breakfast table and chairs next to our room.

over all the experience was amazing, the details of the place, clean, calm, so cosy and touchable.. took my heart. I can stay all the day with my book.
should mention that it’s inside the old market , you should park outside if you come with own car, don’t bring big suitcases, because you have to drag it all way into the market.

property is beautiful and calm - 120 year old Riad recently renovated. it has 3 bedrooms plus a nice terrace and patio with a plunge pool which was cold but refreshing
it is spotlessly clean, the bed was big and comfy and it was quiet at night.
bathroom was stylish and well equipped with lots of towels and bath robes which was a nice touch
Tarik is the best host - very friendly, helpful, makes a nice breakfast!
He even walked to the main road out of the Medina to meet me when I left my laptop in the bedroom - very kind of him
located in the old medina - close to the shopping streets and with lots around within walking distance
nothing!

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating, they answered all our questions and gave great advice and went out of their way to help with any request. The breakfast was delicious every day and room size was great (had a living room with couch and TV and a private little balcony). So nice to have a quiet place to get away from the hectic medina.
Minor things…some touch up paint needed, squeaky doors, etc. Nothing that would stop us from staying again!

design ! true riad with a rustic vibe. we also loved that it only had 3 rooms. so it felt small and private.
the location is pretty deep into the Medina with no access by car. the staff was nice enough to come help us with our luggage from our car

The property is attractively furnished, with striking arabesque photos. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff person was friendly and outgoing. I was able to get some clothes washed and dried and was not charged!
I had heard a lot about Morrocan breakfasts so I came with high expectations. I had invited a friend to join me and got the OK from the Dar, but there was only breakfast for me, which was nicely presented but very limited. The second day there was no breakfast provided. I was leaving at 8am and the host explained that the OJ shop ony opened at 8am. A group left before me so I got some coffee (cold) that had been made for them
. There were nothing else provided.
There is a free standing bathtub in the room, but without a shower curtain, one can't shower. A small nuisance in the bathroom is that there are no shelves for toiletries nor space around the sink to hold things- it would be great if there could be a shelf.
When it came to pay, the host explained that they had a bad terminal connectiion so I had to go to town to get cash. Better to let people know in advance and let guests pay on line rather than having to go to the bank.
In sum. I paid less in many places and got more, and based on its ratings, I expected more.

Very peaceful from hustle and bustle, the Riad was like an oasis from the bustle outside! The man on duty was very helpful when we had a difficult chancer trying to get a tip for help we didn’t ask for in finding the Riad. The breakfast served was lovely, as was the tea we were served after checking in. I would certainly return - it is a clean and well run place. Accepts credit cards, relaxed atmosphere with a dip pool we need to come back to try once it is warmer. :)
Just needed some better communication about meals/timings beforehand or on arrival e.g. being told that if we wanted dinner we had to ask before a set time etc. The booking.com booking had said no meal options but this was not true. The breakfast served was fantastic! We would have enjoyed the stay more if we had been able to have dinner in, but in the end we did have a lovely dinner out. The room was a bit exposed being at the bottom of the Riad, but as the place was quiet with another family staying upstairs it was fine. Coming back I would aim to get an upstairs room! :)

Beautiful Riyad, offering so much more then expected. Very kind owner, great scenery,
We were fortunate to be alone in the Riyad. We were picked up at the entry of the city.
Good and correct breakfast. Rooms very clean and great bed

The staffs are all so nice and friendly. When you stay with them, it makes you feel like you’re at home. The place is very cozy. Location is pretty convenient. The two gentlemen that works there, picked us up with our luggage to and from the riad. Special thanks to them two (young stylish guy and former scuba diver - so sorry forgot your names!)
The bathtub was in the middle of the room, when I took a shower the water splattered everywhere.

Nothing for Riad but steps were kind.
The bath is middle of room , open air and water goes everywhere. It isn't easy to take shower. The room was cold and no heat in living room too for the breakfast. Hotel is more convenient than this Riad.My husband caught cold unfortunately.

We loved the atmosphere of the place – it is a beautiful traditional riad in the Medina, both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with freshly baked bread, smoothies and fruit salads. We didn't really have time to use the bath, but I really like the idea of a bathroom that isn't separated from the living quarters!
For some reason there were quite a lot of flies inside. Also, do keep in mind that you will have to park outside the gates of the old town. It's not a long walk, but not very convenient for carrying suitcases over the cobbled streets.
