Very comfortable beds; nice, clean rooms; excellent service from the staff. Breakfast offered a nice variety. Would definitely stay here again!
TV was challenging to operate; no shelves or drawers in the rooms to store things (but these were very minor issues - overall, I had no major complaints)
4.5
- sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal

The rooms were cosy and the breakfast was good. The restaurant on top floor was the best location as it gave nice view of the city
There was a problem with the room entry card but was quickly sorted.

Well they have some sympathies employees and some other very rude
I booked a family trip with my husband . I married in January and I don't keep with me my weeding certificate but my birth certificate has the assent of that. The hotel didn't accept that and put my husband far away from me! I made a lot of complains. In the booking nothing shows about that.

A very good location, extremely kind reception employees, and a good/cheap restaurant.
Air conditioning can be tricky, but reception is always attending the needs.

Breakfast was quite good
The plumbing. When one of the neighbouring rooms flushed their toilet it sounded like a jet aeroplane taking off. This happened twice on our first night and ruined our sleep. The second night was quiet, but that seems to be just pot luck.

Really good location for exploring both the old and new towns of Rabat.
Nice, cozy room that heated up quickly.
Very helpful and friendly guy on reception.
Breakfast was a shade lacklustre compared to other places we've stayed in Morocco.

Front desk staff, breakfast staff were friendly and amazing. Food was nice. Front desk gentleman upgraded my room complimentary. Room was big and beautiful view.
Some drunk people were yelling, shouting outside on the street in night.

Breakfast can be a bit improved with the warm food

The terrace has beautiful view and you can eat breakfast looking at the panorama of the city. The room was clean, a bit small but for a short stay it is good enough.
