Цена за отель соответствовала качеству.

Расположение, дружелюбный персонал, хорошие завтраки. Номер полностью соответствовал описанию. Моя тетя приехала в 11. 00 утра и в 11.30 ее уже заселили без доплаты. За это отдельная благодарность персоналу.

В душе поддекал шланг, не критично.. но, иногда неудобно. За 5 ночей из уборки только смена полотенец и вынос мусора. Можно было бы полы помыть хотя бы один раз.

Not recommendable

- breakfast is fair. Though menu is the same everyday. But it is fine. - Restaurants and groceries stores are walking distance and they are still open until midnight. - Metro is like 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. - Hotel is clean

- This is hotel is not a good for the tourist who does not speak Russian or their language. - We had a hard time even when we checked in cause the receptionist does not know how to speaks/understands English. - We arrived late in the evening and there was no even complementary water in the room. - On our second night, there was no Air Conditioning in the room, it maybe understandable as they said some construction did something on the line, however they should have informed us by calling, we actually tried to call the reception but to no avail. - In our stay of 3 nights, we got 1 English Speaking receptionist, when I ask about room extension or late check our, she asked me to wait twice (one in the evening and 1 in the morning), she said (I do not want to name her cause in a way she had helped me booked a Yandex) she is closing the accounts cause she has to log out, but to my surprise in the morning she is still there, and then again I ask, but again she told me to wait cause they are doing something. Our time as tourist is valuable, as we are catching time, my request or what i have to deal with, will only take few minutes, cause it is just a simple yes or no and payment if ever, but she told us to wait twice in different occasion. They maybe a little polite but not happy with the services. -It is quite far from the Center of Almaty/tourist spots, though it is 4 station away from when you use Metro -While it is good that you clean-up the room however this hotel they clean-up hotel room even with request to make up the room.

В целом очень хорошо.

Добрый день. Отель в целом хороши, встречающий персонал отличный, все сделали как мы хотели. Учли наши пожелания, приветливые девочки на ресепшене.

Но ресторан и завтраки не очень, все кладется по отдельности, сидишь ждешь, когда положат, с учетом того, что основная компания прошла. Завтрак не очень. И уборка на 2-ой день уже не делали, просто меняли полотенце и все, влажная не проводилась.

Bad experience

Location is not bad

In one of the rooms the air conditioning did not work and was very hot, the front desk staff just said to find another hotel late in the night. All 3 rooms were dirty and dusty and dully lit. Also the breakfast was a mess

Отель уже в ужасном состоянии!!! Не следят, не ремонтируют, не меняют ничего!!! Раньше постоянно останавливались в этом отеле, но Больше не остановимся!!! Нервы потрепали мне своей некомпетентностью!!! Начиная от девушки на ресепшене, заканчивая номерами… в ванной плесень, полотенца изношены, люстры сломаны, одна тусклая лампочка еле горит, все в пятнах, шторы оторванные провисают, сиденья на диване проваливаются… и это в номере люкс!!!((((

Есть масса средств по удалению плесени и можно поменять полотенца .

Плесень в душевой Невозможно помыться - вода вся стекает на пол через кабинку. Не уходит в слив! В принципе очень неприятные полотенца серого цвета ( когда то были белые 🤦‍♀️

Value to money

Everything.. Clean toilet. Daily housekeeping.. Nice normal restaurants with great food. Friendly staff when i ask to prepare food for sahoor.. Near city, public transport ard Abylai street, near money changer.. Can go to almaty centre mosque ard 1-2 km easy acess for yandex.. 24 hrs restaurant nearby. Payment by local curr

Location is good near station and money changer and small mall

Th room is too cold the heater is not working, were next door was the smoking area the door is bagging too loud really loud. Then they transfer us to the room smelly is poop. There not followed the price in Booking. Remove there hotel booking advertise. Price is not the same when i was check in not the same in booking. So is ended up they give us discount cos were going to check out our first night due to low quality of the hotel. Is 3 days not 2 days coz early check is full price we pay extra day.

Если стоимость проживания не оправдывает ваши расходы то лучше увеличьте и почините всё в номерах

Расположение отеля хорошее, светлые комнаты окна практически на всю стену, персонал девочки добрые и отзывчивые но не все, хороший wifi

- Комнаты практически не убирают за все эти дни проживание убрались всего 2 раза (что туда входит немного поправили постель и заменили полотенце) - очень плохо работает кондиционер, на все 5 дней проживания поставили только одну упаковку зубной пасты с щеткой (после использования в первый день замена или дополнении не было, ужас) - Никаких шампуней в душе нету, есть только мыло - Душ сломанный - В туалете не работает вентиляция - в туалете дверь если закрыть то не откроешь - Бокал грязный - нету бара в комнате - Ресторан слишком рано закрывается и не возможно ничего приобрести элементарно воды

Great hotel near Almaty 2 Train station

Very close the train station, great if you need to take the train to Astana. Many restaurants and shops nearby, central location, but not too noisy. Good breakfast.

staff at the reception was very professional and helpful. Hotel was located very near to a metro station

they really need to invest in a ventilation system so the whole first floor including the restaurant doesn’t smell like the kitchen! More hangers/drawers would had been useful

breakfast - very good. breakfast - best coffee compaired to all other 3 and 4 star hotel I was in Kasachstan and Kygigistan.

Hotel door key system - due to managment error nobody did get an roomkey. Everytime someone had to open our roomdoor. Nobody could or wanted to speak english.
