Indoors, the beach-chic living area features a spacious flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and ample seating. The 6-seat dining area, linked to a petite patio, adjoins a well-equipped kitchen with sophisticated quartz countertops and dark cherry cabinetry, a culinary haven.
With 4 bedrooms including 2 queens, 1 Eastern King, and 1 Cal King, each with ensuite or shared baths, this home ensures your comfort. Quality linens enhance your beachside escape.

-No events or over occupancy at any point during stay, all guests must be pre-approved by Coast.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-Home is located on a busier surface street. Please note that it is about a block away from to a middle and high School and can get quite busy during drop off and pick up time
-This home, like many coastal homes, is NOT equipped with AC. There are portable fans and ceiling fans in each bedroom to help move the coastal breeze.
ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING
The driveway can hold 3 normal sized vehicles. There is also limited additional public street parking. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
