About this apartment rental
About this space
Built in 1835, this historical home on the West End is just steps from the best eateries, arts, and shopping the city has to offer. When you arrive, park your car in your private spot behind the house and forget about it for a while. This cozy second-floor apartment is the perfect place for a getaway!
The space
-There is not a full kitchen in this studio apartment. I have instead assembled a small kitchenette area. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. The kitchenette area has been stocked with glasses, coffee cups, plates, bowls & cutlery, etc. Coffee, tea, and honey will be provided.
-In the summertime, you have your own rooftop garden and sitting area. There are little steps leading out to it through the large window. If you have any mobility issues, it may be a bit of a challenge, so please enjoy it at your discretion!

The apartment itself was absolutely adorable.
Felt like a cozy flat in Paris. It had everything we needed along with some nice touches, like yummy chocolate and also helpful instructions. The rooftop garden will not disappoint. A great place to sit and relax. The location can’t be beat. We walked to everything we needed in either direction. The place was clean and check in was seamless. Highly recommend.

This place is the cutest! Located near the art museum, 110 Park is a perfect place for two adults to have a Portland, ME getaway (I would not recommend for families with children). The all white decor is carefully curated, cute, cozy, and oh-so-ready for TikTok or IG. Little reminders hung everywhere make the space feel personal and welcoming while also helping you know how to care for both yourself and the space. With three chairs, planter boxes filled with native plants and pollinators, and string lights that come in at dusk, the outdoor patio is a wonderful area to spend evenings catching up with an intimate friend group you are visiting/staying with. Host is VERY communicative and kind.

This studio was perfect for weekend getaway! We absolutely loved all the little extras from snacks to sparkling water and everything in between. It was super clean and comfortable. The location was quite convenient to all the must go places on our list. The private parking spot was an added bonus as well. From booking to answering questions, Jennifer was such a pleasant host. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to Portland!

Nice clean space. Best part was the little private outdoor patio. Ran out of hot water pretty quickly in the shower. Had off street parking which was great. 5 stars!!!

I loved staying at Jennifer's apartment! We felt right at home and couldn't get over how tranquil the space was. She had so many thoughtful touches and we really appreciated all of them. I loved the street this apartment was on as well, really great area. A highlight was this apartment was a very short walk to Tandem Coffee, where we had amazing coffee and best egg and cheese sandwiches ever. Overall a real gem of a find! Thank you!
