About this house rental

Be inspired by this artistic Victorian terrace on a quiet street in Surry Hills—perfectly situated to explore the CBD and surrounding suburbs with Central Station a 15-minute stroll away. Walk four minutes to make The Beresford’s Beer Garden your local lunch spot or pick up some groceries at Woolworths next door. Come home to cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with multiple spaces to dine and your own manicured courtyard to enjoy. Two bathrooms and onsite parking add to your convenience.
Be welcomed by a sophisticated open-plan living area, where you can curl up on the sofas and stream your favourite shows. The fireplace is not functional but heating and cooling in all bedrooms and living areas promises comfort year-round. Contemporary oak floors flow into the dining space, featuring a striking six-seater timber table and dramatic art. The elegant fully-equipped kitchen, with its modern appliances and gas stovetop, awaits your next culinary adventure.

Enjoy garden views in the second dining room from a plush cushioned bay seat, four-seater table or charming reading chair. With your morning coffee and favourite book in hand, open the French doors to a private courtyard. The feature-lit lawn with a bamboo backdrop sets a serene green scene for alfresco dining offering an electric BBQ.

Upstairs, the main bedroom is a bright sanctuary with a queen bed, a full-sized wardrobe, and a private small balcony. The top-floor, semi-open second bedroom also offers a queen bed, skylights, and a reading nook with plenty of literature to choose from, while the third bedroom is an office by day and a comfortable haven at night with a double sofa bed and a dedicated workspace ideal for those working remotely.

Enjoy the convenience and advantage of having two sleek white bathrooms both with walk-in showers, as well as free driveway parking for one car, and in-unit laundry with washer and dryer.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We are pet-friendly - please let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking and we will reach out to charge a pet fee of $100.
