This property features two master suites and is situated on a gated corner lot with complimentary parking. It is conveniently located just 0.9 miles from the metro station.

**DESCRIPTION OF HOME**
Recently constructed, this 5 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms residence boasts all contemporary amenities and finishes. It is a newly constructed home that showcases an open concept design for the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complete with brand new polished stainless steel appliances. The spacious living area provides an ideal environment for relaxation after a hectic day in the vibrant city. You will find yourself conveniently situated within a mile of various restaurants, shops, and metro access. Unwind in the living space, which features a smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Amazon, Hulu - your account is required).
We welcome large families and groups, there is an additional two bedrooms basement apartment and two bedrooms back unit that is available to rent.
MAIN LEVEL:
*Living room space with large 60" smart TV that flows into the open dining table with 9 chairs. Additional 6 counter bar stools on the expansive granite kitchen island.
*One large sofa, one sofa with a fold out queen size bed and accent chairs.
*Modern, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances fully equipped with pots & pans, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, air fryer and blender. Sofa that folds out to a queen bed. (Please bring your own linens)
*Half bathroom by entrance.
SECOND LEVEL:
BR1: Master king bedroom suite with twin daybed, office desk with a closet to store clothes & blackout curtains. En-suite bathroom. Smart TV. Sleeps up to 3 adults.
BR2: Two full XL bunk bed over queen size bunk bed with closet and blackout curtains. Sleeps up to 8 guests
*Full bathroom with tub/shower combo in hallway.
THIRD LEVEL:
BR3: Master king bedroom suite with twin daybed, office desk with a closet to store clothes & blackout curtains. En-suite bathroom. Smart TV. Sleeps up to 3 adults.
Den4: Twin bed with nightstand. No windows.
BR5: Two queen size beds with ample windows and closet space. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
*Bathroom in hallway.
*Washer and dryer. Free to use. (Bring your own detergents and products)
PARKING:
*Free parking for up to 2 cars in the back. Cars must register with host with pictures of plates so it doesn't get towed. There is free street parking on weekends, overnight and on holidays. We recommend using Spothero to find spaces nearby. Not responsible for vehicles or parking violations.
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. Ship at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages or items.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in the city.
*One bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloths per paid guests.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every bathroom has starter size shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per District of Columbia law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place bagged trash only in bins out front. No loose garbage.
