Location.
Customer service!!! When checking in the front desk were so rude. We were not told that there was a hot pool on the roof, that there was a restaurant, what time check out was and that there was a place for us to do laundry!! We have travelled the world and never experienced such poor customer service before. We felt judged every time we walked through the lobby. For the money you pay you would never expect such poor customer service.

Location was great. Very central to everything.
The beds were rock hard. I had the worst night sleep every night I was there. And the screen on the controller for the thermostat in my room was broken so it was really hard to set it to the temperature I wanted.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. My husband and I really enjoy our stay, celebrating my birthday in your hotel is really a very good choice. We will definitely be back again for another holiday trip.

Location, cleanliness
Price and facilities were closed way to early.

The room was beautiful and modern, very spacious. It had nice features like a water kettle, coffee machine, and giant fridge. The staff were very nice to leave a card and bottle of prosecco for my partner's birthday as well! The hot tub was a really lovely experience overlooking the sunset behind the mountains. The hotel was also in the perfect location, right on the main street in Banff next to anything you'd need.
The walk from the lobby to the wing we were in was pretty long and a bit confusing. Also, we were initially given details for the wrong room, so we were trying to enter someone else's! Had to walk alllllll the way back to the lobby to get the right keys, only to be told it was the wrong room number they'd given us.

Modern and fresh rooms, a little on the small size for 3 people. Close the the centre of town and parking on site. Great to have laundry available for guests to use. The staff were very helpful, I left something behind and they organised it to be shipped to me.
The vibe in the bar dining area was not very welcoming, needs to have better music, make it a more friendly and relaxed vibe. They changed their room servicing policy, but didnt tell us about it at check in. Our room wasnt servcied because we didnt place a request servcie sign on our door- the opposite of what all other hotels do.

Location was perfect right in the centre of Banff; staff were very friendly and helpful.
Loved the hot tub on the roof after a long day hiking!
The Brazen restaurant was great for breakfast and we also treated ourselves to an evening meal there which was fabulous.
Not all facilities open/available in March

Spacious room , comfortable beds and loved the hot tubs after skiing
We had a room on the street and it was very noisy at night ! Earplugs supplied which should have been a warning but still noisy

So handy to town and shuttle busses
It was all OK

location was the best. Only steps from restaurants, shops and bus stop.
very slow elevators, one was out of service.
cleaning could improve, there was a big stain in my bedroom carpet (coffee? animal pee) and hair in the shower.

The location and the value for the money.
Cleanliness can be improved little bit.

selection of alcohol at the hot tub bar was very limited

Great rooms, well appointed and comfy beds! The location is perfect, right in the centre of Banff. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
Free bus does a pick up at the rear of the hotel for the Big 3 ski resorts!

Location was great and the free ski bus went from just behind the hotel
Staff were poor and we found unhelpful. Not a single person asked how our stay was either. Room was cramped (the wardrobe opened into the bed) and you could hear everything through the walls. Only one hot tub open so queue to use it was prohibitive.

The location is is absolutely perfect. It’s right in the middle of town
Unfortunately there’s a club right next to the hotel. Most people getting out of the club tend to hangout right below the rooms. It’s very loud until around 4 am on the weekends, if you’re not a very heavy sleeper then most probably you won’t sleep much !!

Room was comfortable and quiet.
The restaurant. Thought the food was scant considering the price paid. Very disappointed.

Location is superb. Step out the front door and you are in Banff Main Street. Perfect if you don’t have a car.
The room was not clean. Huge unknown stain on the carpet, felt so grubby I had to ask for slippers as I wouldn’t walk barefoot on the carpet. Said carpet was horribly frayed where it meets the wooden floor. Complained at reception about it and they told me to take photos and e mail them….could they not have sent someone up to have a look? They take a monumental cleaning deposit so I wonder why they didn’t use the previous occupiers deposit to clean the carpet. It is certainly not a cheap place to stay and I expected better.
