This place was amazing! Such a beautiful bed and breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again the next time im in Banff. The rooms were very nice and cozy, and the breakfast was so good! Best french toast that I have ever had.

The Breakfast was delicious and beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of work into it. The rooms were perfect, and clean. The location is right in Banff, we walked two minutes, and we were in town. I would definitely stay here again.
I liked everything. I honestly have nothing bad to say about my stay.

It was charming and welcoming.
We were close to downtown but just far enough away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated.

Thea’s House was fabulous. It was immaculate and our room was lovely. The location was superb; just a few blocks from the main street in Banff. It was an easy walk and we never used our car within town. And finally, the breakfasts were incredible — 3 courses every morning and absolutely delicious. Felt like we were dining at a Michelin starred restaurant! And throughout the day there was a table of goodies, from fruit, nuts, chocolates, and cakes, just in case we needed a little snack! If you can snag a room here, grab it and consider yourself very lucky!
It was all outstanding!

Everything about the property was great! Starting with the staff, so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and very comfortable with a soak in bathtub and a sitting area. There were complimentary snacks and beverages available. The B&B is a short walk to the different trails and to downtown! The highlight was the gourmet 3 course breakfast, so delicious and beautifully presented! The B&B is beautiful inside and out, congratulations to the owners Esther and Albert!
Nothing!

If you book at this delightful bed and breakfast you are in for a gastronomical treat. The three course breakfasts are truly amazing. The room was large and comfortable. The room had thoughtful extras. We enjoyed the very quiet location but easy walking distance to downtown Banff.
Breakfast finished at 9am which we did think a little early for vacations.

The location was perfect...a short 2-3 block walk to downtown Banff. Additionally, ski shuttles were again a 2-3 block walk from the BNB. The staff was amazing... so kind, welcoming, and friendly. Our room was very large and contained a sitting area, a CalKing bed, a small eating table and washroom. The room was spotless. Our room also had an electric fireplace which provided warmth and a cozy ambience when the temps were <10degreesF outside. The hotel also had a locker for my skis, poles and boots. The breakfasts were also epic! Especially the creme brulee french toast. Absolutely delicious. I am celiac and they completely catered to my needs.
We literally liked everything. Wouldn't change a thing!

Albert & Ester were AMAZING host. The B&B is only a few streets away from downtown BANFF. The house was always clean and tidy. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. Finding the B&B was very easy and parking in the back made it even easier. Ester could answer any questions you had about where to go or what time you needed to be at the lift. She even gave dinner recommendations. 11/10.
None.

What a great place to stay. My wife and I celebrated our 30th Wedding anniversary. Thea's House exceeded our expectations. The breakfast will leave you full until dinner, and there is so much you can take some for an afternoon snack. Great location, walk to the center of town in 5 min. Quite clean and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Everything about this place was perfect. The welcome, service, cleanliness, comfort, location, food. The hosts have literally thought of everything to make your stay one where you will want for nothing. The breakfasts are to die for and three courses really set you up for the day of hiking, skiing, snowboarding, or whatever takes your fancy. The hosts have spare equipment available to use, free of charge, and have extensive experience and knowledge of the area and the activities available. Cannot recommend this place highly enough
Everything was perfect!!

It was our first trip ever to Banff but we found our "home" there - appreciation to Albert and Esther for taking care of us in every little detail. Their hospitality, caring, and sweetness are beyond compare. We will surely visit again!

Our hosts were fantastic. Felt very welcome. Absolutely loved that they provided ice. Really appreciated the king size pillows on the king bed.
The breakfast was amazing and cooked with love.
Would definitely stay here again.
I run hot, so I found the room a bit warm. This was solved by running the ceiling fan.

it was a lovely house close to downtown and very quiet.

The breakfast was amazing! Great flavours and large portions. All equiptment we needed for hiking like crampons and poles were freely ready and well maintained. The host was very accommodating to our check in and holding luggage after check out. Sound proof walls and great views. Would reccomend staying here to anyone looking for a great escape.
Everything was perfect. No complaints or anything I would change.

1. House Architecture.
- Arriving it felt like a mountain cabin that’s meant to look outside. It wasn’t a boxy building.
- Room ceilings were high so it felt more spacious. The electric fireplace, mini fridge, lots of natural light in the short winter days.
2. Hospitality of the hosts.
- They were kind and welcoming when we arrived. They had crampons and had other equipment to let us borrow for a snow hike.
- We have allergies and they were accommodating to that for breakfast. They even tried new recipes! Must tell them in advance.
3. Location:
- We saw other people walk to a bus stop to go to ski slopes — though that seems to be true for the whole time.
- A few short blocks of walking to the center of town.
- Parking available in the back but we found street parking easy in the cold winter months.
