The location was great and the staff were fantastic.
The parking underneath was not organized. People were not adhering to the parking lines which made parking difficult and limited.

Even the room is dated, but it’s big and comfy. The bed is so comfy to sleep.

It's an older hotel but it was clean and tidy, and good value for money. We enjoyed the hot tub.
Nothing to complain about for a one night stay.

Free coffee and tea anytime was a nice touch, downstairs fire made it feel like a special stay. The cleaners were really efficient and we had clean towels everyday

The superior king room was very spacious with a homey comfortable feel. Very clean. Underground parking was included in the price of the room. We were provided with transit passes and discounts on activities for staying at Rundlestone. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The facility is a little dated and the Hotel restaurant is currently closed so you have to go elsewhere to eat.

Pretty nice room with a good view of the mountains. Friendly staff always happy to help.

No working a/c in the room but was advertised as having. Staff sent maintenance to try and "reset" the thermostat to get a/c working. This did not work. Bed was upstairs in the loft and we all know heat rises. Was told sorry, here's a tower fan to help try and cool down, and 50% off your stay, no other rooms are available. Ask the manager in the morning for more of a discount, this is the most we can do at this time. Brutally warm and uncomfortable to sleep. Asked for further discount on checkout like 75% and was told no. Front desk staff said that their $500 usd room per night with no working a/c was cheaper than other hotels that don't have a/c. And I should be happy to pay such a cheap price of $500 usd since it was on Canada day? So I paid $250 usd after discount to sweat all night and barely sleep in a hot loft room. Staff was totally uncaring. Leeka the manager wouldn't even come out to address the issue.

Big clean rooms, great facilities pool, gym,hot tub and parking, nice friendly staff. Arrived early and allowed to check in early to one of the rooms. Great location, lots of restaurants on this street.
Unfortunately restaurant in this hotel was not open when we visited however numerous other restaurants on this street. Farm and Fire great for brunch/lunch.

The pool area was beautiful and spacious. The beds were super comfortable, check in was quick.
Coffee in lobby was pretty gross lol

Lovely, friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Heated underground parking.
Great room size.
Plenty of room amenities.
I love that room cleaning is an on demand service, so you don't have to deal with people knocking your door.
It's a bit difficult to find the rooms, and the laundry room; especially if you pick the wrong elevator. Additional signs would be appreciated.
The restaurant is closed.

The Superior room was spacious!
Sink outside the washroom

The room is normal, although the sink is in the bedroom which is a bit weird.
There is a heated parking under the hotel.
The pool and hottop is ok
We were there Thursday 2 March to Sunday 5th of March. The room was charged to my credit card. BUT an higher amount then the room price ie. 507 euros was blocked in Hold and today 12th of March is still not released.
My friend in an other room booked as well the skipasses and got an HOLD or 1200 euros, only released today. This is simply theft and could bring travelers in problems.
Furthermore the hotel has a bar and restaurant but is closed. So you always have to go out to have dinner or breakfast.

Great reception staff, very helpful. Clean rooms, good view. Pool and spa fantastic.
Big bonus: If catching buses to the mountains, the first bus stop is a minute walk down the road so you’re always first on! Lots of days the people at the second and third stop had to wait out in the cold for a second bus.
No major dramas. The TV is quite old and doesn’t have many channels on cable so be aware of that :)

It has this nice and cozy vibe. I like the old style. it’s only 15 minute walk to downtown Banff. the lodge provides free bus shuttle tickets on request. the bus goes for every 20 minutes approximately. check google.
