Relación calidad-precio excelente

La ubicación y el precio son perfectos; además, por la mañana te ponen café y té de cortesía para todos los huéspedes, aunque no ofrecen desayuno. El personal es muy amable.

Nuestra habitación daba justo encima de un sistema de aire acondicionado que no dejaba de funcionar en todo el día y nos tocó dormir con tapones porque el ruido, incluso con las ventanas cerradas, era bastante molesto. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación, aunque no lo hicimos porque con los tapones se podía dormir, pero es algo que deberían tener en cuenta.

Best YWCA!

Very clean! Good location and well maintain. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

The kitchen is not well ventilated and so my clothes smell badly after a meal in the kitchen.

A good place to staff in Banff, where you know the money is helping others.

The social enterprise aspect of this hotel is amazing. The staff were welcoming and helpful. After travelling for a while, it was great to be able to cook in the kitchen which was fully stocked with utensils and pots/ pans.

It is mentioned in many reviews, but as the heating is on all day it is very hot in the rooms. It seemed wrong for the radiators to be so hot and have the windows open whilst it snowed.

Good location with stunning views. The kitchen has everything you need. Just buy your own ingredients.

The place is quite old but not bad for the value.

Séjour très décevant malgré la gentillesse du personnel et la localisation.

1) La localisation (5 mn à pied au centre-ville), 2) L'amabilité du personnel, surtout des dames à l'accueil lors de mon arrivée le 7/10/23 et de mon départ le 9/10/23 ("Sam").

D'abord le manque d'équipements (sauf pour le wifi qui marchait) d'où le manque de confort dans la chambre : je savais que la salle de bains se trouvait à l'extérieur de la chambre et devait être partagée avec d'autres, MAIS dans la chambre même j'aurais apprécié une petite machine à café comme on en trouve dans pratiquement toutes les chambres d'hôtel en Amérique du Nord. Il y avait, à un étage inférieur, une machine à boissons (relativement chères) mais pas de café, il fallait donc sortir carrément de l'établissement pour son petit-déjeuner. EN PLUS et SURTOUT, le chauffage était très fort et quand je suis descendue demander à la dame de l'accueil si on pouvait l'abaisser dans ma chambre, elle m'a expliqué que ce n'était pas possible à cause de l'âge et de la vétusté des radiateurs et du système global de chauffage du bâtiment : j'ai donc dû dormir avec les fenêtres à moitié ouvertes malgré la température fraîche à l'extérieur. FINALEMENT : très mauvais rapport qualité-prix, LE PIRE que j'ai jamais payé sur Booking.com surtout pour une chambre avec salle de bains partagée et se trouvant à l'extérieur de la chambre (ce fait est aggravé par le fait que sur l'internet j'ai trouvé, à ce moment-là, un prix -pour le même type de chambre, dans le même hôtel- qui était la moitié de celui de Booking.com !!).

Location is excellent, and has enough parking.

Main thing is that there is very little sound dampening between rooms - very easy to hear everything in the adjacent rooms and hallway. Price is also a little high compared to the value given the shared bathrooms.

I stayed at YWCA Banff hotel as a solo traveller for 4 nights, the room that I booked was double with private bathroom. The whole experience was amazing, I felt safe all the time, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is based central, very well looked after building, surrendings and bedrooms. The hotel also supports local shelter, I would like to make it clear they support the local shelter and there is no shelter at the hotel itself, so staying at YWCA Banff hotel helps the community which I find the idea lovely. For the duration of my stay it was very quiet and I had a good sleep every night, the bed was super comfy too. If I'll ever retur to Banff, for sure I'll book this hotel again.

The only downside is no fridge in the room, especially with such a hot weather. I won't take a star off just because of that.

Pretty good. Enjoyed the trip and staff are very helpful.

Location is very good.

Restrooms can be better. Shower curtains are short and water spills out and makes a mess. I don't know why the Kitchen is still closed while everything else is open.

I will definitely stay there for my next visit to Banff.

Super location. Friendly staff. Clean and good size room.

They can add some art displays to make the entry hallway more vivid. Also suggested to put a coffee machine at hallway.

Glad we had an affordable place to stay in a most beautiful part of the Canadian Rockies.

the location is great. We walked into town many times for touring and dinner. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. This is a great value. We appreciated the water heater you gave us, so we could have coffee in the room.

The rooms are small so sitting around to read or when the weather is not conducive to touring is difficult. We were disappointed the common kitchen area was not available.
