The location was perfect, room was very small for 4 people.
Bfast was not included and the price was pretty high for what you get.

Easy check in , great service
Nothing

La camera molto accogliente, la SPA era carina, buona pulizia della stanza, il parcheggio interno e coperto
Sebbene la stanza era pulita c’era una cattivo odore
3.5
Ambiance, hot pool, tea and coffee in the lobby and in room
A bit of a longer walk into town
3.5
Cozy lounge, sauna, hot tub
Very dark, closed in, hideous pea green painted rooms, no mirrors in room, insufficient lighting in room, bathroom mirror too small, terrible lighting, couldn’t see to do makeup

Gave me zero issues Paying damage deposit with debit credit card which was such a relief. Can’t stand when hotels won’t accept them. Hotel was very adult friendly.
Rooms were claustrophobically small, even the toilet was angled into the sink my legs had to be angled out into the tub to sit down. Our bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, sheets were insanely stiff and starchy.

Location. Atmosphere.
Smoke air all over the building.
4.5
Large room, very comfy beds. Room had TV, coffee maker, kettle, and fridge. Toiletries including soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in bathroom. Plenty of towels. Hot pool in the hotel was like a massive hot tub/jacuzzi and there was also a sauna. I ate at The Keg restaurant 2 nights and the steaks were delicious!! Hotel also provided a 3 day bus pass for 2 of the local buses that run through Banff, which can save you a few dollars! There was an underground parking garage which had plenty of spaces and there was an elevator up to the hotel so it was very easy to get around.
The fridge made a bit of a loud buzzing/humming noise and it was right next to the bed, so I had to sleep with ear plugs. Everything else was great!

The spa
How old the rooms looked…thought it would have been more updated….checked in at the check in time and they made me wait over 30 mins to get my room while they gave other people room keys and sent them on there way

Amazing hotel! 1km walking from downtown Banff... very nice, well equipped, super comfy, great room, comfy beds, fast wifi. Spa/hot pool + sauna also nice... small gym as well. Nothing to complain about, really....
would maybe only recommend to not add fresh towels every day, when not required by the guests - not green / sustainable.

Nice pool, the keg staff was amazing!
Rude front desk staff, no towels available at the pool. Nobody was readily available at the front desk, waited 15 minutes 1 time and 20 minutes a second time before we got someone to help us
3.5
The room was a really good size and the bathroom was excellent.
Breakfast was not included which was disappointing

Great location. On site parking. Provided free passes for the local bus transportation which would take you to all the local attractions.
No AC but did have a fan.

I loved the wood fire smoke smell. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean.
3.5
Friendly staff, nice lodge feel to the hotel, room was comfortable with enough space for what I needed. Lovely lobby area with fireplace and comfortable chairs
A longer walk to the town than most hotels. The hotel does give a pass for the bus though which is nice

We stayed over the Christmas period. Lovely rustic reception area. Christmas tree and fire lighting in the foyer gave a really welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic food in the Keg Steakhouse. We ate there nearly everyday. Breakfast was wonderful and the evening menu had a great variety of high quality and tasty food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Warm and comfortable rooms. Very quiet considering our room faced the street and the hotel was busy. Walking distance from the town centre. Safe underground parking. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money. Deserves a higher star rating
I had no complaints at all.
