Overall, great value for this hotel, wish i had stayed longer.

Great location to where i had to meet a customer!

Little noisey with outside street traffic, windows dont appear to be well isolated for sound.

A great place to stay with convenience to the metro. Have stayed here for several years

Location is great. Rosslyn metro station just across the street. Very easy to access. The breakfast buffet is an additional bonus. I do miss the omelette station but understand the need for more self serve. I like the express checkout too.

Like I stated above, I miss the absence of the omelette station. Maybe there could be a station to make your own ??

Enjoyed the stay

Location is great - nice walkways in Washington city center; great restaurants and shops around; nice rooms

Nice place to stay for easy access to the Washington area Metro system

The hotel room was clean and well appointed , the elevators work quickly ( unlike some other large hotels I have stayed in) The buffet breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices offing a wide variety of self serve options. The location of the hotel across the street from the Rosslyn Metro station worked so well for us to use the metro for access to attractions at the National Mall/Smithsonian museums. The is also a wonderful Italian restaurant ,Sfoglina, within walking distance ( 2 blocks down on Wilson Blvd.) of this hotel.

There was confusion at our check in about parking our car. It is valet parking only , so we had to scramble to get everything we needed out of the car before they took it away. The desk clerk did not make clear about the parking, she seemed unaware of what the hotel policy was ( she told me to go park the car myself) The $45. per day parking charge seems very high for a hotel that is not actually in Washington DC , but in Arlington/Rosslyn. The last time I stayed at this hotel in 2022, the fee was $32.

I’ve heard good things about the Hyatt Centric in my local area but I’ve never stayed. Quick in & out trip to drop d

Location & hotel lobby are good.

Room showed age & little icky i.e. black stains on shower curtain, corrosion on bath faucet and very dusty overall. $50 parking per night is also less than desirable.

everything was great up until we were trying to leave

very comfortable

we were told it would only take 15 minutes to bring our car up from valet…they ended up forgetting about us & we had to wait 45 minutes & missed our 12:30 reservations.

Staying in Arlington

The location was convenient, near a major metro station with direct service to DC and Arlington National Cemetery. I liked having a restaurant on site, and the staff were very helpful.

I would have liked room service, but not a deal breaker. I wasn't crazy about the unending stream of touring teens, as they were quite noisy and clogging up the elevators, but I cannot fault the hotel for hosting them.

A nice stay in Arlington

The hotel is excellent under many aspects. Location is wonderful and people are very kind.

Only one small (good) restaurant inside the hotel for dinner.
