We knew the place.
Extremely pricey on the Labour Day weekend (with taxes and all, we paid a bit over $900/three nights).
Electrical connections of the stove made me too nervous to attempt to use it.

The staff was very friendly.
The room was situated near a nice field.
The room contained everything we needed.
You can reach the centre of Kingston very easy.
There is a shooting range nearby. If you are unlucky you hear the loud noises all day long.
Breakfast is rather basic.
The bathroom was somewhat outdated.
8.0 / 10.0
Surprisingly quiet from the other occupants, but definitely something most people like (including myself).
The breakfast had more options than I expected, and was a good start to the day.
The bed was very comfortable.
Nearby to the city center.
Not really something I dislike, but thought I could mention either way. The parking spaces should be associated to the room number. I had to walk a bit, but again, it's not that big of a deal.

An excellent breakfast. Staff that listened to your wishes.
I wish their ad had told the closest exit to take from the 401.

It was clean and conveniently located around a lot of things to see and so.
Not enough variety for breakfast, no pool available to use

The beds.
The heater makes very loud noise preventing us from sleeping.

I would have preferred more fruit options at breakfast.

Some of the lights are not working in the room
7.0 / 10.0
Friendly staff, fair breakfast, nice beds.
The heater and the neighbours were really noisy. Although the carpet looked clean, on the second and last night my son couldn't stop coughing (allergic reaction to dust).
8.0 / 10.0
We enjoyed the room and good beds . The breakfast menu was quite expansive and the food fresh. Really good coffee. Dining area was spotless ..
Easy access from Hwy 2 and only 10 minutes from downtown Kingston.
No concerns or suggestions other than access to the lower level rooms was difficult for seniors or handicapped patrons due to the very high curb in front of the doors.
9.0 / 10.0
The room (a suite) was spacious and clean. Comfortable mattresses and couch. Nice kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Reasonable distance from downtown. Friendly staff.
The heater was a bit too noisy. Even on "off" position, it started periodically for a few seconds waking us up during the night.
The breakfast was ok, except for some hard boiled eggs that were stored peeled in a cold container and were sticky to touch. We did not dare to eat them. I would recommend keeping the eggs cold and in their shells.
