Perfectly fine

Breakfast was great. Inn was lovely but a little tired looking,

If you are going to need a shower, do not stay here.

The location was wonderful, but then pretty much everything in Newport is walkable.

I learned something new as a traveler. I will always always always check the shower and water pressure prior to settling in as soon as I see the room. The shower shower was awful. It was just water dripping over you zero pressure. I explained this when checking out and nothing was said or done.

Would not stay again

Location was great. Only a couple of blocks from downtown Newport

The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable! Really rock hard! Pillows were hard too. Air conditioner did not work and the room was stifling. Bathroom really dated. No soaps, all dispensers were empty. There was only one lock on the door and it didn’t feel secure.

Nice location, off street parking, comfortable room, great breakfast.

No coffee/tea in room nor in the building. Had to walk to another building to get coffee/tea. The cost was too high.

Kim was such a great help, she went above and beyond! The property is in a good location, we be were able too walk too downtown Newport. The property was very clean.

.My only complaint was the mattress was very uncomfortable, I could feel springs and there was a bit of a sag. The pillows left a little to be desired as well.

Comfortable and clean but accessibility to services was bad.

The breakfast was good. The location was good.

Having to go down the street and in the basement for morning coffee and the breakfast was bad. The rooms were not handicap accessible.

Location was great, very central, Newport is very walkable. There was a free breakfast which was better than nothing. Free parking was useful as well.

The room was not clean (I definitely saw a few bugs scurrying around at different points), the hotel walls are very thin (so you can hear your neighbors quite clearly) and perhaps most offensively the WiFi was extremely slow and patchy.

Best Inn stay of 11 day trip.

Room, decorations excellent. Location at back excellent, quiet. Did hope for tub for a hot soak, but oh well. Breakfast excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Not worth the money

It was located near everything.

The air conditioning didn’t work well, there was one channel on the TV, and the furnishings were shabby. Breakfast the next morning; we were caught by one of the owners who told us to go down a few houses, down a few steps, and into the basement. Breakfast was set up: quiche was terrible; pancakes just so-so. Definitely NOT happy

Most relaxing spectacular foodie stay!

Check in was seamless. The room was spotless quaint and historic. The bed was very comfortable, shower great. I love the added bonus of refrigerator. Angel at the front desk was friendly, informative and helpful. The location is perfect for leaving car and exploring everywhere if you like to walk. Breakfast amazing! Cassandra rocks!

Would have liked microwave in room. Perhaps an elevator for people with special needs. Other than that thank you for awesome stay! Will be back

It was a fantastic place steeped in history in a prime location.

It’s a very charming and historic building but with updated amenities. It was very clean and the room was large with a very comfy bed. It was a bonus that they provide a mini-refrigerator. They also provide off street parking which was great.

When booking, didn’t know there were 4 Inns. Would have liked the Manor

location and cleanliness

didn’t seem to have an attendant at front desk available. had to wait for someone to show up .
