So so overnight only.

Breakfast was great, much like other locations we have stayed at.

We felt betrayed as we booked with this location only because we thought it offered a "FREE" shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise ship dock.

A reggeli nem változatos, kevés a választék. A parkolás drága. Hétvégén nagy volt a hangzavar a hotelben, lehetetlen volt a pihenés, folyamatosan hangoskodtak a folyosón vagy az utcán. A lift nagyon lassú.

Loved it! Would stay there again the next time we are in San Diego.

Loved the complimentary breakfast. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable. The desk staff was so helpful and finding restaurants and transportation.

Parking was tight. There was plenty of parking, but if you have a larger SUV , it's challenging to fit into the parking spots.

El desayuno es lo mejor

Me hicieron doble cobro. Antes de llegar no nos dimos cuenta que ya habían hecho el cargo a la tarjeta de credito con la que hicimos la reservación y al llegar al hotel nos volvieron a cobrar y pagamos de nuevo. He mandado correos al hotel y a booking y no me han contestado los mensajes.

Staff were super helpful for our first time here and very welcoming!

Close to everything, it was walking distance no more than 1 mile to restaurants and facilities. It was great

Staff was nice but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The and the property itself were clean and spacious.

I spent the entire night itching. I check the bed several times for bugs but didn’t find anything. Brought it up to the staff in the morning and they were very nice about it apologized and gave me some free points(don’t stay at hotels often so I didn’t even have an account). They said I might be allergic to the detergent in the sheets. I was so scared because at beginning stages bed bugs aren’t viable to the naked eye but thankfully I came home washed everything I took to the hotel will be and observed the red marks I had on my chest and everything turned out fine. Second thing was I stayed there with my one year old son and requested a crib but could not be given one because the person in charge of doing so forgot the key at home. Completely irresponsible. The front desk staff did not have a backup key. Again completely irresponsible. I had to ask for extra a pillows and sleep with him in the bed which wasn’t the safest option for my son. And lastly this hotel isn’t in the best location. I needed baby water for my son so I walked to the cvs nearby and wow so many homeless people and people that seemed to be on drugs around the area. It was scary.

Genial!

El desayuno es amplio pero es siempre el mismo todos los días. La comodidad de las camas y almohadas es excelente, así como la atención del personal. Ubicación buenísima! Cerca de todos los puntos turísticos y bien conectado con el transporte.

Más variedad en el desayuno.

Holiday Inn - Small but beautiful

One of the best staff in San Diego. Very helpful and provide great details. Very warm and nice people. The first impression of any hotel is their front office staff and I would give them a 5 star for the front office and also the house keeping service

Breakfast could have been a lot better for the price. The potato fry and other food products must be our of plastic and paper covers. It can be unhealthy.

Enjoyed our visit !

Staff was very attentive and friendly , room was nice & spacious and clean . Breakfast was good too. Loved that is was closed to the zoo. Didn’t have any problem with parking .

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived :( we waited about 1 hour and there was other people waiting as well but other than that we enjoyed our visit

Great stay, awesome location

The staff was warm, friendly, cooperative. They made suggestions of activities to engage in based on what my needs were. The breakfast was also a bonus and there was a variety of delicious food to choose from. Coffee is available all day and in the evenings there is complimentary popcorn in the lobby

Not good

Location was very bad and at the end of a tuunle I requested upper levels The bath did not have hand rail because of that we Could not take shower. It was a real dangerous bath!!!!

Overall good, just needs some more updates. Was a bit pricy for the value in my opinion.

Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good each day, lots of variety! Beds were comfortable and clean.

Our cleaning staff was great, but the room did need some TLC as far as deep cleaning /replacing carpets. also the pool was closed for repairs , which was not noted on our booking.com app.

Parking garage is very hard to maneuver in - narrow and tight turns, tricky to find. Hotel was further from gaslamp than I anticipated and not the most comfortable for senior women to walk - vagrants in adjacent neighborhoods.

Hotel worth a stay

Good location in the heart of the city. Close to museums, public transport stops, bars and restaurants. Very clean room with big and comfortable bed. Staff helped me with all the queries I had. Had a wonderful stay.
