We were not pleased with this hotel in any way, shape, or form.

The location only!

The staff was rude. The room was dirty. The breakfast was bland. The room had broken items that were not fixed. The sheets were dirty as was the bathtub. Terrible seevice. Dirty indoor pool. Tiny outdoor pool. The dining hall had 3-4 tables and there are 2 locations that all people meet there to have breakfast?!! Very dirty, very old, and the manager was super rude after we voiced our concerns. They did not address them. The only good and positive thing about our experience was the location. We will never return as there are so many other hotels and this place deserves less than 1 star. Just overall terrible and we travelled with 2 familes which is a total of 8 people with kids and we stayed 4 nights unfortunately.

The location was great

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location and some staff members like the cleaning staff. The rooms were decent but a bit outdated. The breakfast was standard, but the seating is very limited. It's on the boardwalk, and the beach is right in front of you! If you stay there maybe book the ocean view side and not the city view side.

The fact that it's next to a dumpster. The indoor pool was absolutely disgusting and slimey. A bit outdated. The city view side always smelled bad because of the dumpster.

The best vacation with my grandkids.

Room was perfect location and hotel was the best location for everything. Beach was just steps away. Loved my stay.

Awesome. Breakfast was good and area was clean.

Location and price were optimal. I actually left another hotel close by because it was TERRIBLE. Staying here improved what would have been a ruined trip.

Roach crawling in the sink

The staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping ladies. They were courteous and attentive.

Although the room was very clean, we found a roach crawling in the kitchenette’s sink which made me paranoid. At check out I reported that to the front desk but the attendant didn’t make a big deal out of it. He made a comment- oh yes, sometimes they crawl up the pipes. Not what I wanted to hear. Also, I based our stay on other reviews, which commented on the free breakfast being great. For anyone who is curious about that, it was very average - scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. in other words- basic.

We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was on the Boardwalk and short walking distance to everything. Parking was on site, outdoor shower was available and the staff kept the place immaculate.

The evening desk clerk was not personable and could not be found early on the morning of checkout.

Great stay !

I have stay in a lot of place in OCean city but this place was the best ! Room was clean . Loved the kitchen in room and balcony view was nice . Hotel was right off the boardwalk. The best was soooooo comfy !!! Staff was soo nice ! I overslept for the breakfast lol so idk how that was but everything was truly amazing and prices was that bad compared to other hotels being soo high with horrible rooms ! I will definitely stay here again !!! Thank you !

I give my stay an overall 7 out of 10.

The location is perfect because it’s right on the boardwalk, just steps away from the beach. The rooms were clean.

The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were extremely too soft and not enough filler in them. This resulted in a rather uncomfortable sleep. And the bathroom needs updating.

Definitely our new "go to" place to stay when we visit DE/MD.

ocean front, quiet, price, close to activities on boardwalk, room was an efficiency although not needed, it was a nice, spacious room. Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Off season rates are awesome for the room you get.

accommodations were a 1st floor room so view was obscured by room fence & pool fence. Parking was tight but staff assisted in getting spot, breakfast area was small to maneuver around but doable. In season rates are extremely HIGH.

Staff went above and beyond, great location

The property was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was kept, stocked and ran smooth. Coffee and juice was always available in lobby aswell as fresh fruit and ice water. Breakfast was amazing; always stocked and prepared fresh, staff was always so kind. We are a large family of 9 so we booked one ocean view (building on boardwalk) and one street view (building in back of lot) street view building holds the pool which always had fresh towels and a very comfortable temperature pool, the showers/private changing rooms were very nice and even made going back to main building after a swim very convenient.Location on the boardwalk was amazing and perfect spot so nothing was to far away; whether It be going to inlet or visiting something further down on 20th. Will definitely be returning with my family next year for our yearly Easter trip.

Great experience. Great hotel!

The location is perfect and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The pools were nice to hop into after getting beat up by the waves.

The breakfast room was tight. Everyone had to gather in one tight area to get to the hot food. The breakfast staff would routinely pause what little flow there was to stock cabinets that i dont feel needed stocked during the middle of the rush.

Misleading advertisement about oceanfront facility

Location.

We were not given an oceanfront room as advertised. We were actually misled. We were directed to their second building which was not oceanfront. I think we should be receiving some sort of refund for this misleading advertisement.

The pool time service is 10 to 6, and the checkout is at 11. I think it can be better if they open the pool more earlier. In that way, you can enjoy the pool I little bit more.

I really liked it alot and wanted to stay longer. Would stay again.

Overall great stay and friendly staff. Breakfast bar had many items that most would be looking for. Clean stations and friendly hostess stayed on top of refills and helping guest. Clean and enjoyable! Location perfect!

I asked the room attendant to please just replace the towels and please clean/vacuum the chip crumbs from our 4yr old. *I heard her say, I'm not going to do that today and when returned we found she didn't. So we got on our knees and picked them up the best we could without a vacuum. * Only clean item- the headboards both had spot areas on them from prior guests heads.
