It was a nice hotel, but I was disappointed because it wasn’t what we wanted or expected.

When I booked it it said breakfast included, it was not included

Breakfast not included when I was led to believe it was. Pool was closed when I was staying with my son who really wanted a pool. Room I booked was supposed to have a bathtub it did not. And I was quoted one price and charged nearly 200 dollars more.

The water pressure was good. There was a fridge.

The checkin staff was horrid - FaceTiming the entire time (I saw the people when she put her phone on the counter) was snappy at me because I was interrupting her call. The walls are thin, the bedding was a joke, mattresses so hard. The bathroom echos like crazy and because of the shower design the floor is a swimming pool. Water damage above the sinks, no mirror with a chair (bathroom only) and not even a hair dryer. The AC was RIDICULOUSLY loud. Also this is within yelling distance of the hospital.

Just my room wasn’t clean as it surpose to been and also I couldn’t get in cause of the security .

Only one mirror in room, lighting in bathroom very dim over one mirror. Price of a small glass of wine!

Not as upscale as other Marriott hotels, but acceptable.

Location was convenient, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, fairly secure parking lot with 24 hour security. Staff was friendly and professional.

No daily housekeeping (every other day, fresh towels are left in a bag hanging on your doorknob), no breakfast buffet, not as luxurious as other hotels in the brand.

no Bar services in the Evening first night they had just 2 bottles of beer after that no beer and every evening the bar was in darkness with no staff in sight

I was not satisfied at all

the balcony view is nice, and the fact you have to have your room key to get into the the parking lot

the tv was tore up our first night they did fix iit, they have a sign on the shower to hang the towel back up for reuse that is just unacceptable in my opinion. one of the plug ins beside the bed didn’t work. and they put a hold charge on your card for an extra 100 once you are there to check in for anything added to the room and they do not have this posted on the sight that is just false advertisement and very wrong.

friendly staff

shower was slow and no pressure, bed was uncomfortable, no coffee avaible, other places had breakfast for less cost, altogether was not worth the price paid.
