Parking is limited on the property itself, we found parking on the street, but it might be tricky to find.
Location is excellent, it's pretty much in the heart of Napa.
The manager was very enthusiastic but the service was okay.
Mostly the condition of the room was very run down/not well maintained. The door was broken, and would only lock from the inside, but not the outside. No compensation was offered as well in return.

Location is great. Staff is very nice.
Beds are small. Two full siize instead of queen or king means you'll be sleeping closer to your other person if you are sharing a bed.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the staff as well. Location was great.
The structure of the hotel looked more like a motel. Everything looked old until you entered the room. The pool looked dirty and old and not as nice as the pictures.

Staff is very friendly, Gary is very helpful and warm. I enjoyed staying there. The room is nice and clean and everything whats needed.
Sadly my fridge was not working when i arrived in the middle of the night and needed to put my food in there. The second day they had really loud carpet cleaning going on in the midmorning. May it would be a good ideas to give the guest a heads up.

Great location and the beds are comfy
Entire hotel is under construction-our room was partially completed-partially painted, broken lid in toilet-door partially painted-and right next to the elevator-we should have requested a different room just from seeing it was next to the elevator but we were in a hurry when we checked in to get where we were going and didn’t realize the terrible noise it made until we got into bed about 9:30 and the last thing we wanted to do was change rooms…again-we should have-last trip someone took in the elevator was 1:30 that we noticed and first was 6am…& and yes it’s loud enough to wake you up-then the construction workers-although they weren’t using tools began setting up early like about 7 ish-and speaking loudly and hollering at each other-not a restful night all together and had to wake up wayyyy earlier than we wanted just due to the noises. Room 208 was ours and it should just be used for storage and not people. BUT-once construction is done completely the place will be a great cute place to stay with decent room prices. Owner was nice enough but tried to make me feel like because we only paid $145 for the room it was worth all the inconveniences-to me-that was rude and instead he should have at least humbly apologized instead of making excuses and telling us we should have noticed it was next to the elevator when we walked in the room. I’ve stayed in PLENTY of hotels and never heard the elevator next to my room-so I guess the technical difference is this was more of a motel feel so I should have expected the crummy nights sleep. Oh! And check your fridge before you put your leftovers in-we discovered when we went to get our leftovers in the morning-the fridge wasn’t even plugged in. Oh well-it was an unplanned stay and served its purpose-

Location .... place is run down but was the only "value" available.
All but the location

Locations was excellent. Walking distance to everything. This was the main reason we went with this hotel.
Rooms were not very clean and the shower didn’t not work very well. Not enough parking for all guests. Had to find street parking, and there is not even a pull up for unloading luggage before having to hunt down parking. Price is absolutely enormous for the size and quality of room, especially considering the lack of parking.

location
Terrible hotel. During the night our neighbors had a party at 2am and we were unable to sleep. I called to hotel reception, they told that they will go to talk with neighbors but it did not happened. I called again - but nobody picked up the phone. Hotel reception just did not care at all.

location and free parking.
run down. the light switches were finitely and wouldn’t always work. the blinds were semi broken. there was no smoke detector and cords were dangling from where they should have been.

Location spot on! Room location! Friendly and seamless check in
Carpet needed vacuuming over all cleaning could be improved! Some paint would be nice! Natural wear and tare

Downtown the location was good.
room was small. 2 Full beds for three adults was disappointing for the price. It was clean, but Only one window opened which made the room stuffy.

The property is walking distance to most of the central Napa attractions, including the park where the even we were attending was being held.

Staff was great ! Loved the suggestions for eating / where to visit
Loved location easy to walk to places

The location to the theatre was perfect!
It wasn’t very clean. there were crumbs on the bed and in the drawers.

The location
The room had a full-size bed instead of a queen and didn’t have anywhere to hang your clothes. This was for a room that was $355 a night. Utterly ridiculous!

Location
Rate, excessive and not in line with amenities or room conditions. Staff was rude and short when questioned about wifi login information. It was as if I was bothering her. These are the things I will remember and the reason I will never stay at this property, regardless of location benefits.

location
not as clean as I would expect for the price. they had a phone just sitting on the floor. we were locked out of our room both nights because the key cards stopped working. one staff person said she’d peaked in our room because she was about to check other people into it. granted when we checked in, the staff person changed our room because our room wasn’t ready. however, they should have a computer system to indicate what rooms are occupied and what’s available. the system shouldn’t be to open a room before checking people in. when our keys stopped working the 2nd time, my husband mentioned it to housekeeping, and she was about to key us into someone else’s room until we pointed out the correct room. she keyed us in, but she had no clue who we were or if we were even actually guests there. a little unsettling.

The location was amazing. Room was small but decorated in a modern way & everything we needed.
The property was older & the bathroom door stuck when opening & closing.
